Design and assembled models of the device are based on either profiled multiple-wave interferometer or long-haul ring topology FOCL. To construct the interferential type OSCD (optical signal splitting and chirping device) models optical ceramic glass mixer processed with the ITHP (intense twist under high pressure) method was used. Loss and transmission coefficients with account of splitting for all the prototype units were measured — on frame-controller equipment and on RoF segment test bench equipment. Satisfactory measurement results obtained allow to make conclusion on OSCD models applicability for RoF test segments. The designed models and test bench pictures are also illustrated in this article.","PeriodicalId":135870,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Multi-Conference on Engineering, Computer and Information Sciences (SIBIRCON)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133663973","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper is devoted to the description of information-theoretic approach for performance estimation of such systems. The keynote of the method is a calculation of a special characteristic suggested which indicates actually the growth rate of the amount of files that can be transmitted via the network depending on a certain unit of time. The calculation of this defined as entropy efficiency within the paper characteristic is based on the Information Theory and let it possible to evaluate the estimation analytically considering only description of the desired parameters of a network being constructed. This approach is considered then in terms of a way to apply the approach to the efficiency estimation of different caching strategies. Simple calculation example is provided also in order to clarify the approach.","PeriodicalId":135870,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Multi-Conference on Engineering, Computer and Information Sciences (SIBIRCON)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128864101","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The influence of the number of layers on lens radiation parameters is investigated. Four types of lenses discretization are considered. For each type antenna directivity is analyzed. Radiation patterns of three-layered Luneburg lens and 3-w ave length outer radius are shown. To calculate radiation patterns and antenna gain a model based on cylindrical Green's functions for layered inhomogeneous cylindrical structures was used. A model of equivalent radial lines, in which voltages and currents are associated with the spectral components of the electromagnetic field, is used for the analysis. In addition, for the solution transfer and boundary matrices are used and boundary conditions are modeled by end loads. The optimal method of cylindrical Luneburg lens layer's permittivity and thickness choice is suggested.","PeriodicalId":135870,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Multi-Conference on Engineering, Computer and Information Sciences (SIBIRCON)","volume":"260 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131862638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The task of diameter constraint network reliability calculation is NP-hard, so it is relevant to use various reduction and decomposition methods. We propose to use a serial-parallel network transformation in the preliminary step before factoring. Further, we develop this approach in order to perform the serial-parallel transformation on each recursive call of the factoring procedure by H. Cancela and L. Petingi. Such reduction allows to greatly reduce network reliability computational time.","PeriodicalId":135870,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Multi-Conference on Engineering, Computer and Information Sciences (SIBIRCON)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115576806","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specificity of this kind of research is a fairly large number of respondents. Within the framework of the RFBR project “Public Consciousness of the Modern Youth of Mongolia” large-scale questionings of the youth of Mongolia are held. To conduct questionings, the authors developed a system for collecting and analyzing personal data. This system includes subsystems for testing and analyzing data and allows you to create and simultaneously conduct questionings. However, technical problems, carrying out large-scale research require monitoring the input data. The author's experience in organizing series of experiments on collecting sociological research data is considered in the paper.","PeriodicalId":135870,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Multi-Conference on Engineering, Computer and Information Sciences (SIBIRCON)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116920319","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
