Tentu dengan kehadiran teknologi memberikan dampak baik dan buruk bagi masyarakat. Penggunaan teknologi yang tidak diintegrasikan dengan baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari akan menjadi kurang maksimal, khususnya belajar ilmu agama Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk kepentingan wali santri dalam mengetahui pentingnya belajar ilmu agama Islam dan mencari sumber informasi keagamaan dengan menggunakan teknologi berupa media online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah dengan dilakukan penyuluhan atau pendampingan kepada wali santri di Dusun Gondang Sleman. Namun, banyak mahasiswa yang kurang paham tentang investasi syariah, yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan mereka. Oleh karena itu, studi financial behavior mahasiswa UII dapat mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor seperti overconfidence, risk perception, loss aversion, dan herding yang mempengaruhi keputusan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meneliti pengaruh financial behavior mahasiswa UII terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi syariah dan untuk memahami preferensi mahasiswa dalam memilih instrumen investasi syariah untuk masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dual method (kuantitatif dan kualitatif) untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa UII terhadap investasi syariah. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner sebanyak 48 mahasiswa dan wawancara oleh 10 mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan partial least square melalui SMART-PLS untuk data kuantitatif, sementara data kualitatif direduksi dan disajikan. Hasil daripada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa overconfidence, loss aversion, risk perception, dan herding bias menghasilkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan investasi mahasiswa Universitas Islam Indonesia pada instrument investasi syariah. Terdapat tantangan tersendiri bagi SD N Pojok sebagai sekolah inklusi dengan jenis kebutuhan khusus siswa tunagrahita (lambat belajar) karena tidak adanya media yang dirancang secara khusus bagi siswa tunagrahita dalam mempelejari huruf hijaiyah, sehingga siswa tunagrahita tertinggal jauh dalam memahami bacaan huruf hijaiyah dari siswa normal lainnya. Pada penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis MITA berbentuk puzzle hijaiyah untuk membantu siswa tunagrahita mempelajari huruf hijaiyah. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian research and development model ADDIE 5 tahap: Analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yakni pertama, untuk menganalisis beberapa pelanggaran kode etik yang dilakukan oleh hakim konstitusi Anwar Usman. Kedua, untuk menganalisis implementasi etika kepemimpinan hakim konstitusi Anwar Usman. Metode yang digunakan yakni kepustakaan atau biasa disebut dengan library research, dengan menggunakan berbagai literatur yang serupa, kemudian ditulis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama, Anwar Usman terbukti melanggar 5 prinsip, yaitu Prinsip Ketidakberpihakan, Integritas, Kecakapan dan Keseksamaan, Independensi, serta Kepantasan dan Kesopanan. This study aims to analyze the Montessori method as one of the relevant methods to overcome problems in the world of education, especially related to learning methods. Metode Montessori itself has been implemented at the Brainy Bunch International Islamic Montessori School Malaysia which is also the location of this research. Researchers use qualitative research with case studies and data analyzed descriptively. The informant determination technique uses purposive sampling, where the informant involves educators in related educational institutions which include the Chief Executive Officer, Principal, Vice Principal, Teacher, and Students in the Brainy Bunch. This research found related to the internalization of Islamic values, the preparation of applied learning, the completeness of effective and inter-creative learning facilities and media, learning activities that are supported and equipped with subjects, learning focus, and learning support activities, as well as effective, descriptive and evaluative learning assessments. The mediation process is an obligation that must be carried out by the judge before carrying out the next trial. If you look at PERMA No. 1 of 2016, there are many advantages why mediation is used in court. The purpose of this study is to understand the problems faced in virtual mediation at the Ujung Tanjung Religious Court and describe the efforts made by law enforcement of the Ujung Tanjung Religious Court in handling virtual mediation problems in terms of the effectiveness of Soerjono Soekanto. qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study is that the low success of the community itself is that not all parties in this case use the services of advocates, and the average level of education of the parties is low. The Ujung Tanjung Religious Court in carrying out its duties and functions has carried out a mediation process based on PERMA No.1 of 2016, the results of the litigants in conducting the mediation process are still low and the parties' strong desire to divorce. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Montessori method at the Brainy Bunch International Islamic Montessori School in building self-reliance and motivation in students. This study uses a case study method in qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The determination of participants in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique in which the participants included school principals, kindergarten managers, and teachers. The secondary data sources in this study are reference books and journals related to the Montessori method and learning motivation. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation. This research shows that the application of the Montessori method in building learning motivation in young children is well done which includes lesson planning, implementation, and learning evaluation. Almost all systems of human life are assisted by sophisticated technologies and are connected to the internet. This aims to facilitate human work and activities, including government services which currently have many collaborated with sophisticated technology in maximizing public services. This step is seen as the right step, considering the sophistication of existing technology that is considered more effective and efficient in carrying out public services. As for Islam, the technological progress that enters almost all aspects of human life is seen as a form of maslahah mursalah, which is something that is permissible by syara' as long as it is good acording to the reason and can provide good also avoid bad things for humans. One of the government institutions that uses technology in providing services to the public is the religious court, as a legal instrument where the community can seek justice according to the culprit it handles, a religious court of course must provide maximum service to the community. Through Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2019, the government provides a new innovation by implementing an electronic court system (E-Court) which aims to make it easier for people to litigate. The obstacles that were previously encountered when people were in litigation such as distance, time, and expensive costs were expected to be overcome by the existence of an E-Court which aims to realize fast and cost-effective administration in order to achieve the ideals of an efficient and effective court. For this reason, this research is deemed necessary to see whether these goals have been achieved or not and whether they are in accordance with the mursalah maslahah.
