Several studies have been conducted regarding hijab preferences. However, research focusing on Generation Z is still limited. ObjectivesThis research aims to explain how fashion trends, lifestyle, and brand image influence hijab fashion preferences.MethodThis research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire for 104 respondents, with the criteria being Muslim women who were hijab consumers aged 11-26. The collected data was analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach.ResultsThe results of this research show that halal fashion, lifestyle, and brand image have a significant influence on hijab fashion preferences. There are very limited studies on its impact from social and economic aspect, especially among Muslim society in Indonesia.ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to analyse the social and economic impacts of increasing underage marriage during the Covid-19 pandemic. By doing so, the study also aims to provide solution to solve the impacts for the affected communities.MethodThis study uses a qualitative method with a sociological approach that focuses on experiences and socio-cultural phenomena that occur in the midst of society.ResultsThere are several social impacts that occur as a result of early marriage, conflict in the family, regret and heavy pressure, loss of opportunity to continue education, not being able to socialize, domestic violence, divorce. An essential factor in determining a nation's economic growth is the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).ObjectivesThis research aims to analyze the level of interaction between Islamic financial institutions, Sharia investments, and export activities in Indonesia, examining their impact on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) over the short and long term, spanning the period 2017-2022.MethodThe study employs a quantitative research approach, specifically utilizing the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method.ResultsThe results of the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) reveal two significant variables in the long term. The causality test results indicate a significant relationship between Indonesian exports and Sharia investment. The Variance Decomposition analysis reveals that Sharia Financial Institution Assets contribute 2.7 percent, followed by Sharia Investment at 0.3 percent, and Indonesian Exports at 0.03 percent to the variation in GDP.ImplicationsThis suggests that Indonesian exports significantly impact Sharia investment, and vice versa. However, concerning Gross Domestic Product (GDP), none of the variables exhibit significance. However, research on financial performance specifically using liquidity, leverage and company size is still limited.ObjectivesThe research aims to examine the effect of liquidity and leverage on performance financial with company size as a moderating variable. This research aims to find out which companies in the Jakarta Islamic Index 30 are influenced by factors that can improve their financial performance so that they have a more positive impact on companies and investors.MethodThe subject of this research companies listed on Jakarta Islamic Index 30 for 2020 – 2022. Data collection techniques used in this study were purposive sampling and with a sample size of 114 samples. However, research specifically discussing fire insurance products is still limited.ObjectivesThis study carries out a SWOT analysis of fire insurance products from the marketing strategy aspect and Islamic perspective.MethodThis study used a quantitative approach with a sample of PT. Chubb Life Insurance (Persero) Medan Branch, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out using interviews and questionnaires. This study uses SWOT Analysis to evaluate internal and external factors that influence a company to identify strengths and weaknesses.ResultsThe research results show that the strengths of PT. Chubb Life Insurance were in its principles that are not usury, its brand is strong and its policies and claims services are well served. The opportunity can be found around office buildings that requires fire insurance. The weaknesses faced are low market share and human resources. One of the products implemented is KPR Syariah iB Hebat financing.ObjectivesThis research aims to analyze sharia compliance in the implementation of KPR Syariah iB Hebat products at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta, as well as the role of DPS in controlling and supervising every operational activity and product so that it remains in accordance with sharia regulations and principles. MethodThis research used a qualitative approach, in the form of field research, to describe the field data obtained and analyzed in this research.ResultsThe contract used in the KPR Syariah iB Hebat product at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta is a murabahah, istishna’ parallel, and musyarakah mutanaqishah contracts, based on DSN-MUI fatwa. The provisions listed in the DSN-MUI fatwa are then compiled into a letter of agreement. DPS supervises the development of new BPRS products and activities and supervises BPRS activities. Until now, there have been no findings of serious deviations from sharia aspects at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta, usually the findings are limited to administrative requirements that can be fulfilled. ImplicationsBPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta should maintain the sharia compliance for KPR Syariah iB Hebat and its other financial products. For sharia insurance company many factors can lead to customer satisfaction including religiosity.ObjectivesThis research aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, service and premium rates on customer satisfaction with sharia insurance purchasing decisions as an intervening variable at the Askrida Syariah insurance company, Medan Branch. MethodThis research method is a path analysis method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers who joined the Medan Branch of the Askrida Syariah Insurance Company. Samples were taken at random (random sampling) by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents of Askrida Syariah insurance customers, Medan Branch, using the Slovin formula. The data collection method uses two approaches, namely the library approach and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this approach is PLS with the SmartPLS program Version 3.2.8.ResultsThe research results show that religiosity and service have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, while premium rates have a negative and insignificant impact. Religiosity and service have a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction through sharia insurance decisions, while premium rates have a positive and significant effect. PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh is one of the financial institutions that is transitioning from conventional to sharia as the implementation of this qanun.ObjectivesThis research aims to find out the impact of implementing this Qanun on PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh. MethodThis qualitative research uses interviews, observation, and documentation for data collection. The data is then reduced, simplified and presented to draw conclusions.ResultsThe results of the research show that there were changes in the payment mechanism carried out by PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh before and after the implementation of the qanun. Apart from that, the implementation of the qanun caused PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh to experience a decline in business of up to 70% in the initial stages. However, subsequently, PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh began to experience an increase in business. MethodThe method used in this study is a narrative review that analyzes literature related to Islamic business. A narrative review is used to provide a basic overview of the significance of digitalization in Islamic businesses.ResultsThe results show that digitalization can provide many benefits for businesses, including Islamic businesses. Islamic banks are one part of Islamic business, which is the first to digitize. Stakeholder support in Indonesia for the digitalization of Islamic businesses is adequate. ImplicationsIslamic businesses should begin digitalizing to maintain sustainability.
