Oleh sebab itu, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang tepat guna dan selaras dengan visi dan misi IAKN Ambon sangat diperlukan. Saat ini, permasalahan yang dihadapi IAKN Ambon adalah tata kelola teknologi informasi yang tidak disertai dengan perencanaan yang baik sehingga menyebabkan berkurangnya kehandalan teknologi informasi tersebut terhadap peningkatan kinerja proses bisnis yang ada. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah rancangan enterprise architecture yang yang menjadi pondasi bagi seluruh sistem informasi yang dijalankan. The Open Group Architecture (TOGAF) framework merupakan kerangka standar guna dalam memberikan pendekatan yang komprehensif untuk perencanaan, perancangan, dan pelaksanaan aristektur informasi organisasi. The process of evaluating the performance of housekeeping employees at PT. Fajar Mekar Indah (FMI) in Bidakara is still using a manual calculation system, namely still using calculators and Microsoft Excel in its calculations, ledgers with lines, and sheets of paper, so that the resulting information is sometimes found to have errors in calculations and recording, often losing data to less accurate in making reports. To assist and support the needs of processing employee performance appraisal data at PT FMI, it can be done by designing an online (web) based application system. While the method used by researchers in designing employee performance appraisals is by applying the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. Covid-19 patients can experience fever, dry batik, and difficulty breathing. The infection spreads from one person to another through a splash (droplet) from the respiratory tract produced when coughing or sneezing. The number of residents until 2019 reached 11,063,324 people spread across 6 cities consisting of 44 districts and 267 urban villages, making Covid-19 easy to spread. To be able to see the area of spread of Covid-19, it is necessary to group based on the attributes used consisting of Suspect Cases, Probable, Cases, Close Contacts, Confirmed Cases and Deaths. In this study, to cluster the data, the K-Means method and the Euclidean distance measurement method were used. This study produced a prototype application for grouping data on the distribution of Covid-19 patients. The result of the implementation of the K-Means Algorithm is that the Covid-19 spread cluster in DKI Jakarta is divided into 3 (three) clusters, namely cluster 1, cluster 2 and cluster 3. One method that can be used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where the seafarers recruitment process using the AHP method aims to assist companies in making decisions in the selection process for new seafarers by presenting alternatives that are displayed in the form of an alternative ranking system. This method is carried out at PT. Multi Increwing Servis which is currently in the process of recruiting new seafarers. The analytical method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) because this SDLC method can facilitate the design of a decision support system starting from the registration process for prospective seafarers to the selection process for new seafarers recruitment.
