This method is carried out at PT. Multi Increwing Servis which is currently in the process of recruiting new seafarers. The analytical method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) because this SDLC method can facilitate the design of a decision support system starting from the registration process for prospective seafarers to the selection process for new seafarers recruitment. Abstract

The decision support system is designed to assist decision making in solving semi-structured or unstructured problems by adding human wisdom and computerized information, one of which is seafarer recruitment activities.
