One method that can be used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where the seafarers recruitment process using the AHP method aims to assist companies in making decisions in the selection process for new seafarers by presenting alternatives that are displayed in the form of an alternative ranking system. This method is carried out at PT. Multi Increwing Servis which is currently in the process of recruiting new seafarers. The analytical method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) because this SDLC method can facilitate the design of a decision support system starting from the registration process for prospective seafarers to the selection process for new seafarers recruitment.
