The purpose of this study was to measure the level of implementation of Islamic Business Ethics for MSME players in the PUSPA Bank Indonesia program in West Java in Bandung in 2017. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The number of research samples is 50 consumers from 4 MSMEs engaged in the culinary, service, fashion and craft sectors. The results of the study show that the level of implementation of Islamic Business Ethics of micro business actors guided by the PUSPA program in Bank Indonesia in West Java in 2017 was very good. The unit of analysis in this study is prospective consumers Daihatsu Terios in Indonesia as many as 120 orang.Teknik collecting data field study questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive technique using frequency distribution. Research findings showed that the image of the brand image are in the good category and description buying interest in the excellent category. The loss of employee commitment means organizations lose support and loyalty from employees in achieving organizational goals. One of the companies that experienced a decline in employee organizational commitment was X Bank. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence job involvement and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The object in this study was employees of X bank, one of Indonesia's conventional banks. This study used saturated samples with 54 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with computer software program smartPLS version 3.0. The results reveal that job involvement and job satisfaction influence organizational commitment. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is the class XI students majoring in pastry at SMK N 9 Bandung .. The type of research used is descriptive, verification. The method used is explanatory survey with a sample technique that is a saturated sample technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows computer software tools. The findings in this study indicate that the picture of entrepreneurial learning in a good category, a picture of entrepreneurial motivation in a good category, motivation for entrepreneurship is positively influenced by entrepreneurial learning, and there is an active relationship or correlation between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation.
