The traditional automation control technology and virtual simulation technology cannot intuitively reflect the operation working state of the actual equipment in the intelligent manufacturing production line in order to solve the problems of low intelligence level, lack of 3D visualization function, and poor sense of interactive experience in the traditional manufacturing system. In this paper, we design a digital twin intelligent control training system based on digital twin technology and determine the overall framework of the system and the corresponding modules and functions. The static virtual model of the twin system is constructed using 3dMAX software, the UI visualization of the dynamic interactive twin system is built using the unity development platform, and the OPC UA based industrial IoT real-time data acquisition method is proposed. The digital twin module establishes the data acquisition framework to connect the actual production line with the virtual production line to realize real-time data signal acquisition and control and complete the digital twin and data fusion. The experimental results show that the system can realize intelligent control of production line visualization production and intuitively reflect the operation status of the equipment. The system is used to teach practical training courses in colleges and universities. Students can obtain the real-time operation status of production plants in the physical world through the models, movements, data, and other information displayed by the digital twin, which increases students' practical operation ability and improves the teaching effect, and lays the foundation for further expanding the application fields of digital twin technology.","PeriodicalId":134294,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 5th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Communications","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121451901","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

E-Commerce recommender systems provide suggestions of products based on the consumer sentiment and ratings. There is often a mismatch between consumer rating and their sentiment. Identifying the accuracy of the mismatch is a challenge in machine learning. This research proposes a Novel Hybrid Machine Learning Framework to Recommend E-Commerce Products based on consumer sentiment and product descriptions. This proposed framework combines a text embeddings model, sentiment analysis model and a rating engine. The text embeddings model is implemented using gensim doc2vec for consumer reviews and product descriptions. Further it uses neural networks for capturing the consumer product interactions for collaborative filtering. The sentiment analysis model is implemented by inputting distributed text embeddings into neural networks that are trained to capture content feature of products and sentiment of consumer evaluations. The rating engine is implemented by aggregating several embeddings as attention weights for consumers and products, then outputting the prediction score for the consumer–product interaction. This research makes use of the real-world Amazon product category semi structured baby and digital music semi structured datasets, each of which contains information on consumer reviews and product metadata. Mean absolute error (MAE) and root mean-square error (RMSE) are considered to evaluate the recommendation performance, thereby measuring the accuracy of prediction ratings. Experimental results on Amazon distinct product dataset demonstrate an accuracy metric MAE value of 0.5909 and RMSE value of 0.8080. These results demonstrate that the proposed framework performs better on rating prediction in enhancing consumers experience in order to find their preferences for e-commerce products. Consequently, e-commerce platforms can enhance sales and consumer satisfaction by using machine learning frameworks to recommend which products a consumer will be interested in based on their past purchasing behavior.","PeriodicalId":134294,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 5th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Communications","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128769849","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to achieve frequency orthogonality under relative time delay and to ensure the unpredictability of the sequences, this paper proposes a long-period optimal frequency hopping sequence set construction method. First, the base sequence is constructed using TOD information available in real-time and has a long period. Then, the frequency hopping sequences are orthogonalized to each other based on the orthogonal frequency hopping coding technique, which can obtain the set of frequency hopping sequences with good performance.","PeriodicalId":134294,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 5th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Communications","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128921427","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Initially, they were used in psychology, but now they are widely applied in a wide range of disciplines - from text mining to automatic creativity assessment. However, to the best of our knowledge, to date no attempts have been made to map the interdisciplinary research field related to word association (both as the object and methodology). A large number of research papers on the subject makes a detailed manual literature analysis unrealistic, but vital for using text mining methods. This paper is the first one to have applied structural topic modelling to map the interdisciplinary word association research field. We exported abstracts of the papers related to word associations and published in the period from 2003 to 2022 from the Scopus database and designed topic models with the year of publication and country of the corresponding authors as covariates. This allowed us not only to reveal the major academic topics/latent themes in the word association research area but also to analyze the dynamics of scientific interest to particular topics as well as to establish preferences in topics related to the countries where researchers work. Our results indicate the existence of a wide variety of important research foci in the domain of word association. We revealed 30 topics which were divided into four clusters reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of this object/methodology: 1) WA as a diagnostic tool for cognitive/emotional impairment; 2) WA as a methodology to study cognitive processes related to language production; 3) WA processing and applications related to computer science and NLP; 4) WA as a tool for studying the conceptual structure of an individual. Text mining approach for WA as well as most of the topics from cluster 4 were shown to witness an upward trend. The analysis allowed us to revealed two groups of countries with respect to the type of topic distribution: one with a clear preference for several topics and the other one with a diverse range of topics. Taken together, our findings related to WA research mapping could help scientists - both novice and seasoned ones with different backgrounds – to get a better understanding of the possible applications of this powerful methodology and directions of the study of the phenomenon at hand.","PeriodicalId":134294,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 5th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Communications","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116645347","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since Shannon put forward information entropy and used it to measure the amount of information in the information system, people began to explore various new methods to measure the uncertainty in the information system. Rough set is a method to solve uncertainty problems, and the measurement of knowledge uncertainty is an important content in the research of rough set theory. Many scholars have explored this from different perspectives. This paper analyzes the uncertainty of knowledge from a new perspective based on Pawlak's definition of the degree of knowledge uncertainty contained in approximate sets, and provides a new measure of knowledge uncertainty. Compared to existing similar measures, this measure not only better reflects the connotation of knowledge uncertainty in the approximation space described by Pawlak, but also is computationally feasible. The research helps people better understand the causes of uncertainty in approximation spaces, and expands and enhances the applicability of rough set theory.","PeriodicalId":134294,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 5th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Communications","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128593121","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This problem brings challenges to the existing nonlinear distortion suppression technology. We propose a nonlinear cancellation architecture digitally based on auxiliary antenna arrays. In this architecture, we add an auxiliary transmitter to the conventional transceiver architecture with a low-cost and low-complexity approach. The transmitter is used to transmit the estimated nonlinear signal to cancel with main signal at the receiving end. For the reconstruction of nonlinear signals, we separate the linear part and the nonlinear part of the PA output and model them in two steps. Moreover, we propose a coefficient update method to estimate and track the channel. We test the effectiveness of the method and compare the architecture with the performance of conventional digital predistortion (DPD) by simulation experiments. The results prove that the proposed methods can show good performance in improving adjacent channel power leakage ratio (ACLR) and in-band distortion. Moreover, under strong distortion, our architecture performs better than conventional DPD.","PeriodicalId":134294,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 5th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Communications","volume":"241 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115586757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Considering this, this paper proposes a new method for the roll-off factor estimation, and the root mean square error (RMSE)criterion is employed to measure its performance advantage compared with the previous estimation methods. To be more specific, the envelope of the impulse response of the raised cosine-roll-off filter is derived with the help of the inverse Fourier transforms, and the roll-off factor is estimated by the ratio of the minimum to the maximum of the envelope. Simulation results show that the RMSE performance of the proposed method can be improved by 78% compared with that of the existing method when the SNR is 15dB. Moreover, the RMSE performance can be found to decrease dramatically with the growth of the roll-off factor when the factor is larger than 0.6.","PeriodicalId":134294,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2023 5th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Communications","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132752796","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
