This solution is given as a for clients to go from classic service concept to oriented service concept. Moreover, this paradigm collects a set of operations which made them a complex task to the managers. Since the coming of the Cloud Computing encourages service providers to deploy their services. These enormous services need some infrastructure services that are located in datacenters in order to execute them. Due to this use, Cloud infrastructure owners are concerned by the huge energy consumed during this execution. This problematic will affect the use of costs for the services providers. To tackle this problem, in this work, we present several models presented in machine learning methods in order to predict the energy to be consumed for the next use. These forecasts could help the infrastructure providers to propose a plan and some analytics to eliminate the waste of used resources during the execution of services. The implementation of this model has been provided in order to evaluate our system. The obtained results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed system.","PeriodicalId":132958,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Mathematics and Information Technology (ICMIT)","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123039751","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it has been shown that emergence is difficult to anticipate, to track and to supervise emergent phenomena. This makes it uneasy for us from taking advantage of its positive possibilities. This paper is about detecting emergent behaviours. The approach lies in four steps: (1) Historical data analysis, (2) Collecting the dataset from an agent-based simulation, (3) Applying K-means Clustering statistical method, (4) An inflexion predictor is used. This paper presents the first three steps. The work in this paper combines techniques from weather forecast and Big data statistical techniques to explore emergent behaviours. We test the primary model with a well-known model: Boids flocking model.","PeriodicalId":132958,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Mathematics and Information Technology (ICMIT)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134434634","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The fluid is assumed to be incompressible and invisid. Both gravity and surface tension are included in the dynamic boundary conditions. The fully non-linear problem is formulated by using a boundary integral equation technique. The resulting integro-differential equations are solved iteratively by Newton’s method. When surface tension and gravity are included, There are two additional parameters in the problem known as the Weber number and Froude number. The problem is solved numerically. Numerical solutions for some symmetric examples are presented. These solutions depend on two parameters: the Weber number, the Froude number.","PeriodicalId":132958,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Mathematics and Information Technology (ICMIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130744996","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, seven pan-sharpening techniques are tested on Alsat-2A images. The spectral and spatial qualities of fused images are tested using the Correlation Coefficient (CC), the Structural Similarity (SSIM), spatial correlation coefficient, and the quality with no reference (QNR). A comparative performance analysis of the CC, the SSIM, SCC and the QNR shows that the Brovey and the generalized intensity-hue-saturation (GIHS) perform the best among all the techniques in terms of spatial information. The Additive Trous Wavelet Transform with unitary injection model (ATWT) perform the best among all the techniques in terms of spectral information. The Additive Wavelet Luminance Proportional (AWLP) gives the best balance between the spatial and spectral information.","PeriodicalId":132958,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Mathematics and Information Technology (ICMIT)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115361601","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
