Candida is a normal and widely distributed flora in the body especially in the digestive tract mucous membranes (24%) and vaginal mucosa (5-11%). This fungus is opportunistic and some Candida species can cause infections such as Candida tropicalis, Candida glablata and Candida albicans as species that most often cause infection. The disease caused by this fungus is known as Candidiasis and often occurs in the oropharynx and vagina. One of the predisposing factors that can change the saprophytic nature of Candida sp. being a pathogen is Diabetes Mellitus. This study aims to determine the description of Candida sp. in the urine of Diabetes Mellitus patients at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Rasidin Padang in February-June 2018. This study uses descriptive methods. With a population of all urine patients with Diabetes Mellitus patients obtained a sample of 22 patients based on the criteria treated at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Rasidin Padang in March-May 2018. Examination of specimens is done macroscopically using PDA media and microscopically with gram staining. From the preliminary survey that the researchers conducted by Anthropometry according to BB / TB Index, it was found that the nutritional status of the students was less than 35.19%, Normal nutrition was 64.77%, it showed that the students' learning ability and nutritional status were quite low. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the nutritional status of students. The research design used was analytical with Cross Sectional Study approach. This research was conducted in SDN 17 Palaluar in Koto VII Sub-district of Sijunjung Regency and the time of research implementation in Mai - July 2017. The population in this research is all students of SDN 17 Palaluar in Kecamatan Koto VII Sijunjung Regency amounted to 210 people. Sampling technique done by simple random sampling. Data were collected using 2 x 24 hour food recall form and cheklist sheet. Univariate and bivariate data analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that 42.6% of children's nutritional status was abnormal, 39.7% less energy consumption, 48.5% less protein consumption, 57.4% of children did not have infectious diseases, 45.6% physical environment was not good, 63 , 2% food snack is not good, 51,5% food advertisement is not good. Statistically got relationship of energy consumption, protein, infectious diseases, physical environment, food snacks, food advertisement with nutritional status at student. It is hoped that Puskesmas will organize nutrition program of students through UKS (School Health Unit), so it can provide early information to schools about the importance of maintaining nutritional intake and nutritional status that can support student achievement. Schools can provide education and knowledge to school children about nutritious food. Purpose : the ain for this study is to known the relationship between attitude and motivation with application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) in region of puskesmas Gulai Bancah Bukittinggi City 2018. Design of this study is descriptif correlation with approach of cross sectinal with 94 study sample predefined. The study used questionnaire for get information by respondent. The result of this study showed family than have good attitude (63,8%), higt motivation(69,1%) and good PHBS (60,6%. There was a relationship between attitude (P=0,002) OR= 4.442 and motivation (P=0,001) OR 4.961 with application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) of housewifery in region puskesmas Gulai Bancah Bukittinggy City 2018.based on the result can be on the line that more than half housewifery have good attitude, and high motivation, and more than half housewifery have a good PHBS. The result showed that attitude and motivation have relationship wiith application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS). Sari, Halimah Tusadiah","doi":"10.33653/JKP.V5I1.99","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33653/JKP.V5I1.99","url":null,"abstract":"From the Word Health Organization data (WHO, 2016) shows that the number of people with mental disorders in Indonesia at this time is reaching about 236 million people with the category of mild mental disorder 6% of the population and 0.17% suffer from severe mental disorders, 14.3% experiencing disruption of the stove. 60 million people are exposed to bipolar, and 47.5 million people are affected by dementia and the incidence of depression is quite high almost more than 350 million people of the world suffer from depression and is a disease with the 4th rank in the world.The purpose of this study is to know how the Relationship Mechanism Koping With Risk of Depression in the Post Disaster Fire Disaster in pasar atas kota Bukittinggi Year 2018. This research method using descriptive analytic method with cross sectional design approach, then data processed by using Chi Square test. The sample in this research is 123 respondents. Based on the result of the research, it was found that more than half (64) 52,0% of post-disaster victims of shop fire in the city of Bukittinggi using mammaptif coping mechanism, and from the research also got result that more than half of 87 (70,0%) people are at risk of depression.The result of statistic test is obtained p value of valeu = 0,004 and OR= 0,282 (p <α) that there is a Relationship Mechanism Koping With Risk of Depression in Post Disaster Fire Disaster in pasar atas kotaBukittinggi Year 2018. So in this study can be concluded that there is a relationship between coping mechanism with the risk of depression. When compared with the limit of \"non public health problems\" WHO recruited for the problem of stunting by 20%, then almost all countries in the world experience public health problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between birth weight, exclusive breastfeeding, giving complementary feeding and energy intake with the incidence of stunting in infants aged 24-59 months in the working area of the Lubuk Buaya Health Center in Padang City. The design in this study was Cross Sectional (cross-sectional data. Birth weight data, Giving Exclusive ASI and Giving MP-ASI was obtained through interviews using a questionnaire. Energy Intake data was obtained through interviews using Quantitative Food Frequency (FFQ). with a total sample of 94 toddlers aged 24 - 59 months, the following results were obtained according to Lameshow (1997): in the group of toddlers aged 24 - 59 months who experienced stunting 60% of them had low birth weight as much as 17.4% of toddlers stunting no exclusive breastfeeding, 34.6% lack of complementary breastfeeding and 36.8% lack of energy intake in the stunting under-five group, stunting in 24 - 59 months of age with birth weight had a significant relationship ( p = 0.002) The provision of exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in infants has a non-significant relationship (p = 0.327). MP-ASI supplementation with the incidence of stunting in infants aged 24 - 59 months had a significant relationship (p = 0.001). Energy intake with the incidence of stunting in infants has a significant relationship (p = 0.005). One indicator of the success of health services in the field of clinical pathology laboratory services is the waiting time for laboratory services. The standard set for laboratory service outcome waiting time is ≤ 140 minutes for blood chemistry and routine blood. This research analyzed the service time of outpatient laboratory that conducted hematology and clinical chemistry examination in the laboratory of Pasaman Barat Hospital. This research is a type of descriptive analytic research that is quantitative and supported by qualitative using cross sectional approach. The result of the research showed that laboratory service time at RSUD Pasaman Barat fulfilled the standard (≤ 140 minutes) for hematology examination 33.94 minutes, clinical chemistry 83.92 minutes, hematology and clinical chemistry 98 minutes. The purpose of this research is to know the social environment and spiritual relationship with drug abuse on residents of West Sumatra LPKA year 2018. This research was conducted on 21-25 February 2018 with design research using descriptive analytic approach using cross sectional. The number of samples in the study as many as 37 people with techniques of sampling respondents total sampling. This research instrument using a detailed questionnaire. The results of this research show that the social environment supports as much of 48.6%, which has a less good spiritual as much as 51.4% and 64.9% of heavy drug abuse. The research results obtained there is the relationship between the environment and drug abuse sosail (ρ = 0.008 and OR = 11,000) and there is a spiritual connection with drug abuse (ρ = 0.001 and OR = 29.143). Cigarette smoke caused by active smokers to harm the health of the smokers themselves and passive smokers. Cadmium (Cd) is one of the metal compounds contained in tobacco, the higher the level and the longer the exposure, the greater the toxic effect will be given. Metal cadmium (Cd) can cause interference and even able to cause damage to the system that works kidney. Then the rest of metabolism is excreted through the urine. This study aims to determine the ratio of levels of cadmium (Cd) in the urine of active and passive smokers. The type of this research is descriptive observational research with survey method that aims to know the level of Cd in active and passive smoking urine. Determination of cadmium content (Cd) by SSA method (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry).
