Problems in the salary calculation process such as making payslips and the absence of a company database are only paper document archives, over time there are often typos and lost files. Researchers build an employee payroll information system that is displayed on the company's internal website page where the manager is only a special payroll officer. The software development method in this research is the waterfall model. The results of the study obtained that the salary calculation process can be carried out on the employee payroll information system so as to produce faster and more accurate information, payroll can directly print salary slips as official evidence between the company and employees, payroll information systems as a benchmark for technological progress so as to facilitate the company's performance in decision-making. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Information Systems, Payroll, Waterfall.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000 \u0000PT Malka Makarya Selaras Jakarta merupakan perusahaan jasa konsultasi manajemen sumber daya manusia. Masalah dalam proses perhitungan gaji seperti pembuatan slip gaji dan tidak adanya database perusahaan hanya berupa arsip dokumen kertas, seiring dengan waktu berjalan sering terjadi kesalahan ketik dan kehilangan arsip. Peneliti membangun sistem informasi penggajian karyawan yang ditampilkan dalam halaman website internal perusahaan dimana pengelolanya hanyalan petugas khusus penggajian. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak pada penelitian ini adalah model air terjun (waterfall). Mekanisme monitoring kinerja yang masih menggunakan sistem manual, biasanya bagian HRD  menerima progres pekerjaan karyawan berdasarkan pencatatan dalam lembar kerja spreed sheet seperti excell. File excel yang berisi update pekerjaan masing-masing karyawan menjadi acuan untuk sebagai parameter monitoring terhadap pekerjaan karyawan. Hal ini menjadikan pekerjaan sulit dimonitoring sehingga HRD dan Direktur dapat kesulitan dalam menilai kinerja karyawan. Pembangunan sistem monitoring yang dipilih bebasis website. The reception of teaching staff at the LPIA Hamlet Zamrud Bekasi still uses conventional methods so it requires a long time in the management process. Seeing this, it is necessary to have a computerized data management and decision making system for prospective teaching staff based on predetermined criteria namely micro teaching, teaching experience, recent education and age. In implementing a decision support system using the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method, this method was chosen because in its calculation it can determine the weight values for each attribute, then proceed with the ranking process which will choose the best alternative from several alternatives based on the weights and criteria that have been set specify it. By using criteria to assist in the development and development of decision support systems for system development using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. Design and system analysis uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). By using the SAW method, the decision making for teaching staff acceptance becomes easier so that it speeds up the decision making process for teaching staff acceptance. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Decision Support Systems, Rapid Application Development, Simple Additive Weighting, Teaching Staff, Unified Modeling Language. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Penerimaan staff pengajar merupakan suatu proses penting yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja suatu perusahaan. Penerimaan staff pengajar di  LPIA Dukuh Zamrud Bekasi masih menggunakan cara konvensional sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam proses pengelolaannya. Melihat hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya suatu sistem pengelolaan data dan pengambilan keputusan calon staff pengajar secara terkomputerisasi berdasarkan kriteria yang telah di tentukan yaitu micro teaching, pengalaman mengajar, pendidikan terakhir dan usia. Dalam penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW), metode ini dipilih karena dalam perhitungannya dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk masing-masing atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses ranking yang akan memilih alternatif terbaik dari beberapa alternatif berdasarkan bobot dan kriteria yang sudah di tentukan. Dengan menggunakan kriteria untuk membantu dalam pembangunan dan pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pembangunan sistem menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development). Analisa desain dan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). This study aims to create an information system for the Selection of Participants for the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) which will assist Administrative Staff and SD Negeri Pejuang V Bekasi City in determining eligible and ineligible participants for assistance. The method used in this information system uses the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The K-Nearest Neighbor process is carried out by giving weight to the student data attributes and looking for the Euclidean distance, then sorted from the smallest distance, after sorting the student data then looking for the closest distance to the training data. The K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm in data training is very fast, simple, easy to learn, effective with large training data and is resistant to data containing incorrect or anomalous values. The results of this study obtained student data as many as 77 students, there are True Positive (TP) data of 5 data, False Positive (FN) of 7 data, True Negative (TN) of 65 data and False Negative (FP) of 0. Results The accuracy obtained is 90.90% with a value of k=10. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Information System, K-Nearest Neighbor, KNN, Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP). \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Pemilihan peserta Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) merupakan kegiatan menentukan siswa yang layak untuk mendapatkan bantuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem informasi untuk Pemilihan Peserta Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) yang akan membantu Staff Administrasi dan pihak SD Negeri Pejuang V Kota Bekasi dalam menentukan peserta yang layak dan tidak layak untuk mendapat bantuan. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem informasi ini menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor. Proses K-Nearest Neighbor ini dilakukan dengan memberikan bobot pada atribut data siswa dan mencari jarak Euclidean, selanjutnya diurutkan dari jarak yang terkecil, setelah diurutkan data siswa tersebut maka dicari jarak terdekat terhadap data training. Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dalam pelatihan data sangat cepat, sederhana, mudah dipelajari, efektif dengan data pelatihan besar serta tahan terhadap data berisi nilai yang salah atau anomali. Hasil dari penelitian ini data siswa yang didapat sebanyak 77 siswa, terdapat data True Positive (TP) sejumlah 5 data, False Positive (FP) sejumlah 7 data, True Negative (TN) sejumlah 65 data dan False Negative (FN) sejumlah 0. Most of these automotive businesses have utilized Information Technology (IT) to support their operations. However, the capability in planning, managing and implementing Information Systems and Information Technology (SI/IT) that is linked to the company's business strategy has not been fully implemented. Therefore, Strategic Planning of Information Systems is currently one of the keys in achieving the company's goals that must be aligned with the business strategy set by the company. The role of SI/IT should not only be an operational automation tool but more than that as an organizational key enabler.  The study was conducted for modeling SI/IT strategy plan based on Hyundai's business strategy using Ward & Peppard methodology, analysis with SWOT, Value Chain, Five Force which then mapped into Critical Succes Factor to obtain possible SI/IT strategies. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Strategic Planning, Balanced Scorecard, Automotive Industry \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Industri dan bisnis penjualan otomotif merupakan bisnis yang memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di negeri ini.  Persaingan pada bisnis penjualan otomotif juga makin tinggi sehingga membutuhkan kebutuhan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk bertahan dan tumbuh berkembang. Sebagian besar bisnis otomotif ini telah memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi (TI) untuk menunjang operasionalnya. Namun kemampuan dalam perencanaan, pengelolaan serta implementasi Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI) yang dihubungkan dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan masih belum diterapkan sepenuhnya. Untuk itu Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi saat ini merupakan salah satu kunci dalam pencapaian sasaran perusahaan yang harus diselaraskan dengan strategi bisnis yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.
