Some of these patients are diagnosed to have Failed Back Surgery Syndrome (FBSS). Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) has been documented to be an effective treatment for FBSS. The success rate of SCS is higher in patients who are treated within one year after their last spine surgery. This retrospective analysis of hospital records of patients receiving SCS for failed back surgery syndrome (FBSS) aims at evaluating the current trajectory FBSS patients follow and to record the time delay between their last spine surgery and SCS trial.","PeriodicalId":131868,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Neurosurgery Research and Reviews","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125274227","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
