Previous studies have proposed that depressed patients have abnormal autonomic nervous system activities and inadequate response under cognitive tasks, which can be objectively assessed using physiological signal features. In this study, Electrocardiographic (ECG) and photoplethysmogram (PPG) signals were collected from 17 depressed patients and 19 healthy controls in resting and task states. Statistical, time-domain, frequency-domain, and non-linear features were extracted. Unlike previous studies, linear fusion and merge fusion were performed on the features of both resting state and task state. LightGBM feature importance was adopted for feature selection, And the LightGBM classification algorithm was used to distinguish depressed patients from healthy controls. The accuracy of the fusion modality for both resting state and task state higher than that of the single modality, such as only rest state, only task state, which can obtain 85.32% accuracy. Conclusions: It is shown that the fusion of resting and task states obtains higher accuracy rate for depression recognition compared with individual resting state and individual task state, that the method of multimodal features based on LightGBM Classifier is effective for depression assessment, and that this study may provide some help in the objective assessment of depression.","PeriodicalId":131256,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122048123","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, the reference model was drawn as a simple flow using Microsoft. The proposed method starts with writing a VBA script to extract traces from the drawing that enables the generation of XES file used for modeling the reference process in BPMN which is more standardized notation. Meanwhile, the actual process is investigated via the collected event logs. The open-source ProM with the plug-in Inductive visual Miner is utilized for identifying and analyzing the deviations, not conform to the reference model. The discovered actual process is then created in BPMN. The findings would benefit further bottleneck exploration and performance analysis for process improvement. The approach also facilitates modeling the organization's process with standard notation.","PeriodicalId":131256,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131564842","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the key information reflecting the fundamentals of stocks, financial information is directly related to the rationality of stock selection. In the study of the relationship between financial information and stock investment performance, traditional methods have problems such as the lack of microscopic research on the investment effects of individual investors, we cut from the two perspectives of transaction frequency and main information attention, around financial information utilisation degree of individual investors, investment behaviour and performance of three aspects to study and put forward the research hypothesis, adopts the method of questionnaire survey to collect data, establish four orderly logistic regression methods based on the empirical analysis model, to empirically tested samples. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that improving the use of financial information can help individual investors achieve better investment performance, make investments more cautious, reliable, and correct, thereby effectively avoiding investment losses and realising investment returns.","PeriodicalId":131256,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126319559","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Electroencephal ogram (EEG) is widely used to diagnose possible epileptic seizures. Many researchers have been devoted to predicting the seizures and abnormal discharges of brain regions by analyzing the nonlinear characteristics of EEG signals. Predicting the future state of a nonlinear dynamic system such as EEG signals is a difficult task, especially when only short-term and high-dimensional EEG signal samples are available in the real system. Therefore, this paper proposes a method based on the Randomly Distributed Embedding (RDE) method. We first use the model sequence generated by the Rössler system to analyze the effectiveness of the RDE model for predicting nonlinear dynamic systems, and then apply the RDE model to the prediction of the EEG signals of normal people and epilepsy patients. Under the harsh premise of small amount of data with high dimensions, it overcomes the shortcomings of traditional machine learning prediction algorithms that require subst antial training data volume. It converts the high-dimensional hindrance to prediction into a source of practical information, which can accurately predict the future state of EEG signals of normal people and epilepsy patients.","PeriodicalId":131256,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125300678","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the diffuse electric field and subthreshold stimulation current delivered by the conventional TES cannot accurately stimulate retinal neurons. A more recently developed temporal interference (TI) stimulation approach has demonstrated the capability of generating a more localized electrical field near the target neurons, suggesting its promising performance in localized retinal stimulation. The characteristics of retinal ganglion cell (RGC) activation are not only related to the electric field distribution, but also related to the morphological and electrophysiological characteristics of RGCs itself. This study investigated the effect of multiple RGC morphological and electrophysiological properties on the RGC activation threshold under TI stimulation. Our simulation suggested that RGC activation threshold was most affected by sodium channel conductance distributed in high sodium channel band (SOCB) and less affected by dendritic field size, dendritic field depth, and SOCB length. RGC activation threshold decreased with the increment of SOCB conductance and slightly decreased with the increment of dendritic field depth and SOCB length, while slightly increased with the increment of dendritic field size. This study provides new knowledge about the spatial responsive characteristics of RGC activation under TI stimulation.","PeriodicalId":131256,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132447535","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many researchers are striving to predict the individual's decision-making response(ie., acceptance or rejection) by processing electroencephalogram(EEG) trial-by-trial. In the study, we proposed a supervised learning approach, called regularized discriminative spatial network pattern(RDSNP), to predict individual responses with a small size of training data set. It constructs discriminative brain networks by calculating the phase lock value of different decision-making responses with single-trial EEG data. Then the single-trial spatial network topology was applied to extract the RDSNP features. Finally, a linear discriminate analysis(LDA) classifier was built on RDSNP features and used to predict individual decisions trial-by-trial. To verify the performance of RDSNP, we compared this approach with such widely used baseline feature extraction methods as event related potentials, network properties, principal component analysis in EEG signals of 16 subjects, which was acquired during the experiments of ultimatum game, in terms of accuracy and F1-score suggests that our approach achieve a better performance on predicting single-trial decisions.","PeriodicalId":131256,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129626762","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis mainly aims to extract and classify the sentiments objects in texts. In this paper, we propose a novel BERT-based ABSA model, which combines an adversarial training procedure with relational graph attention neural network (R-GAT). To our best knowledge, it is the first model that simultaneously using adversarial training, relational graph attention neural network and BERT for aspect-based sentiment analysis. In our proposed model, the BERT Encoder is used to extract the context feature vector, R-GAT is applied to integrate the typed syntactic dependency information. The proposed model also includes an adversarial training method to ensure the robustness of neural network, which is realized by artificially increasing data samples similar to the real-world examples using adversarial processes in the embedding space. Our experimental results on three benchmark datasets demonstrate that the proposed model is competitive compared to the other state-of-the-art methods.","PeriodicalId":131256,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132488994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, polyps are very similar to other intestinal tissues. Intestinal peristalsis and debris shelter lead to great changes in polyp morphology. Lens motion may lead to blurred images. Traditional target detection methods can not meet the needs of the complex environment. In previous work, we propose top likelihood loss and similarity loss to solve the false positive problem. However, when detecting video polyps, there are great problems in the previous work due to the more complex video environment. In this work, we develop the new video detection mode based on our previous work. We add a new post-processing method in the prediction part of YOLOv4 model, which uses the front and rear neighborhood frames to judge the accuracy of current frame detection, combine the single frame detection results and spatiotemporal information, and then make the final decision. We test our method on two datasets, One is the private dataset we collect, and the other is the public dataset. Compared with the baseline, our method has a great improvement in accuracy. Ours method is superior to the most advanced target detection methods that can meet real-time constraints.","PeriodicalId":131256,"journal":{"name":"2021 14th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114227548","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to make up for these shortcomings, an atmospheric waveguide measurement system based on STM32 and wireless data transmission module is designed. The system takes STM32F103 as the control core and uses the wireless data transmission module to transmit various parameters measured by the system to the main control core for processing and then to the upper computer.
