Ultra wide band (UWB) interferometry with spectral analysis of noise signal is based on the summation of perfectly incoherent noise signals received by two space-apart antennas. This paper demonstrates techniques for more accurate estimation of the angle and the angle velocity of moving targets. Every spectral component of the sum signal oscillates in the current time with Doppler frequency. Nonlinear radiolocation is a simple way to discriminate electronic targets (semiconductors). All electric devices contain semiconductors. Its voltage-current characteristic is nonlinear, so the probing signal spectrum is upgraded with harmonics. Efficiency of such transformation is small. There are the objects capable to create a handicap in a frequency band of a nonlinear location. Reception of a weak signal on a background of handicaps is conducted. It is usual narrow-band interferences. Therefore, a locator should have ability of a choice of a radio channel in the range of channels 1..m with a minimum level of handicaps.
