{"title":"Detecção Automática da Onda R do ECG por Limiar e Transformada de Wavelet Discreta: Um Comparativo do Cálculo da Frequência Cardíaca","authors":"Maikon Lorran, G. Faria, Vinícius Rosa Cota","doi":"10.17648/sbai-2019-111293","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17648/sbai-2019-111293","url":null,"abstract":"During the last decades, several methods have been developed for the automatic detection of electrocardiographic (ECG) signal characteristics, based on mathematical tools. Some of them are the Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT), the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Hilbert Transform (HT), among many others. The transforms are applied in the algorithm, which is based on an adaptive threshold, in order to highlight only the R peaks of the ECG, so that the heart rate is calculated. The work carried out filtration and identification of the R peak for two different people. The first one, through the threshold detection, where the other P, Q, S, T and U waves were ignored, that is, they were submitted to a zero condition. After the best R-peak condition was found, heart rate was calculated. In the second person, we used the Wavelet Transform, which separates the frequency bands. It is possible to obtain only the frequency referring to the peak R and thus to calculate the heart rate. The ECG databases were obtained from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The results show the feasibility and efficacy of the methodology. Resumo: Durante as últimas décadas foram desenvolvidos diversos métodos para a detecção automática das características dos sinais de eletrocardiogramas (ECG), baseados em ferramentas matemáticas. Algumas delas são: a Transformada Wavelet Contínua (TWC), a Transformada Wavelet Discreta (TWD), a Análise de Componentes Principais (ACP), a Transformada de Hilbert (TH), entre muitas outras. As transformadas são aplicadas no algoritmo, que é baseado em um limiar adaptativo com o objetivo de realçar apenas os picos R do ECG, para que a frequência cardíaca seja calculada. O trabalho realizou filtragem e identificação do pico R para duas pessoas diferentes. Sendo a primeira por meio da detecção de limiar, onde as demais ondas P, Q, S, T e U foram ignoradas, ou seja, submetidas a condição igual a zero. Depois de encontrada a melhor condição do pico R, a frequência cardíaca foi calculada. Na segunda pessoa foi utilizado a Transformada de Wavelet, que separa as bandas de frequências, sendo possível obter apenas a frequência referente ao pico R e assim, fazer o cálculo da frequência cardíaca. Os bancos de dados do ECG foram obtidos do Instituto de Tecnologia de Massachusetts (MIT). The goal is to plan the weekly jobs among the digital printers in order to minimize makespan and cost. The considered problem is NP-hard, which makes it unviable to employ exact methods for solving instances with the required dimension. The solution strategy proposed combines a NSGA II algorithm and a local search operator. Resumo : Este trabalho aborda o problema de sequenciamento de tarefas em máquinas paralelas não relacionadas sob uma perspectiva multiobjetivo, mais precisamente o problema de sequenciamento de tarefas de impressão. O objetivo é planejar o trabalho semanal de impressão em máquinas digitais com o intuito de minimizar tempo e custo. Este problema é do tipo NP-difícil, o que exclui a possibilidade de se aplicar técnicas exatas para instâncias do mesmo porte das consideradas. Therefore, it is important that the student experiences practical activities on this subject. With this in mind, this paper aims to present a practical approach for teaching, based on the Problem-Based Learning strategy, to evolve the student in a real problem. To achieve this, we propose an electronic circuit to perform practical classes based on outliers removal techniques and filters for noise attenuation. The circuit performs temperature measurement and adds noise to the signal. From this approach, the student faces the following problem: how to apply data processing techniques to transform, as close as possible, the signal containing noise in the original signal? Two state-space models, a nonlinear and a linearized around an operation point, are developed considering the synchronous reference frame. For validation purposes, a cosimulation scheme is proposed in which the drive circuit of the actuator is performed in the ANSYS Electromagnetics ® Twin Builder software and the finite element model of the electromagnetic device is described in ANSYS Electromagnetics ® Maxwell. The results are analyzed in two situations: quadrature voltage step and disturbance load force step. This approach allows evaluating the proposed analytical models against non-idealities of the electromagnetic device such as saturation, leakage flux, armature reaction and end effects without the need for experimental validation. It indicates the state of the insulation material. Identifying their existence is not an easy task. Some techniques such as chromatographic analysis of the refreshing oil have been used for offline detection of partial discharges. In this paper we present a Virtual Sensor scheme for online partial-discharge detection. The virtual sensor consists of two steps. First, the pre-processing step consists in cleaning the data, and applying wavelet transforms. Second, a neural classifier, namely, a radial-basis-function neural network (RBF), an adaptive neuro-fuzzy system (ANFIS) or an evolving neuro-fuzzy system (DENFIS) is employed. In this paper partial discharges are simulated using a lumped-parameter model. For performance analysis, disturbances are considered. System results have shown to be feasible and robust. The use of virtual sensors for online detection of partial discharges is encouraging. proposta de Sensor Virtual para detec¸c˜ao de descargas parciais on-line . O sensor virtual ´e constitu´ıdo de duas se¸c˜oes. Primeiro, o pr´e-processamento, onde os dados de correntes do transformador s˜ao tratados e transformadas wavelet s˜ao empregadas. Segundo, o classificador inteligente, constitu´ıdo por uma rede neural de base radial (RBF), um sistema neuro-fuzzy adaptativo (ANFIS) ou um sistema neuro-fuzzy evolutivo (DENFIS). Neste artigo as descargas parciais foram simuladas utilizando um modelo de parˆametros concentrados. Para an´alise de desempenho s˜ao consideradas situa¸c˜oes de dist´urbio. The SOF controller design is based on a two-stage method and the robust static gains are obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMI) conditions. The D -region considered for the eigenvalue placement is a circle in the complex left half-plane which is defined according to two scalar parameters. We also propose more relaxed conditions for the SOF controller design, when compared to the conservative preliminary LMI constraints, by considering parameter-dependent Lyapunov functions (PDLF) and parameter-dependent Finsler’s Lemma additional variables (PDFV). From the point of view of predictive control, the direct regulation of the output voltage of this type of converter is not a trivial task. One of the major difficulties is related to non-minimal phase behavior. It requires a long prediction horizon, which makes the control problem an even more complex activity. The predictive control based on the infinite prediction horizon proposed in this work presents great advantages, such as avoiding the numerical conditioning of the solution of the optimization problem, guaranteed feasibility, which allowing a control law offset-free and some robustness to small parametric variations.
