Firstly, preprocessing the items in the transaction database before constructing the tree, deleting those items whose support is less than the minimum item support, and constructing multiple support trees using the remaining frequent items. Then a new method of constructing multiple item tree based on intersection rules is proposed. This method no longer uses a specific standard arrangement item to generate tree, but constructs a tree by the principle of intersection every time a new transaction item set is input. Finally, the IMISFP-growth algorithm is compared with the CFP-growth++ algorithm on five different databases. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm is superior to the CFP-growth++ algorithm in terms of running time, memory consumption and scalability.","PeriodicalId":130202,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Power Data Science (ICPDS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130964874","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is an evident amplitude modulation effect between the average wind speed and the turbulence variance, and the modulation effect is also found with multi-scale characteristic. The turbulence intensity decreases with the wind speed in a certain range. However, when the wind speed is great in a certain degree, the turbulence intensity almost keeps stable. Simultaneously, both the average wind speed and the center frequency also have the multi-scale modulation effect. The center frequency increases with the wind speed in a certain range. However, when the wind speed is great in a certain degree, the center frequency almost keeps stable. The key discussion was given for this multi-scale amplitude and frequency modulation characteristic resulting from the cascade effect of turbulent energy transport. And the instantaneous model of wind speed and wind power is presented for its great significance of power system's real-time dispatch and optimization control.","PeriodicalId":130202,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Power Data Science (ICPDS)","volume":"15 15","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120927940","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Efficiency puts higher demands. Based on the national network adjustment [2011] No. 168 document and the current distribution network security protection scheme, a high-reliability automated distribution network model management scheme based on two-way encryption authentication technology is proposed. Solve the problem that the uplink data of the terminal is not credible due to the single authentication between the primary station and the terminal in the current distribution network protection scheme. Compared with the current distribution network, the proposed scheme integrates the network layer and the application layer, unified key management, and implements a low-latency, highly trusted two-way encryption authentication mechanism for data transmission between the primary station and the terminal. It is the first in China.","PeriodicalId":130202,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Power Data Science (ICPDS)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132712570","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In these algorithms, PrefixSpan algorithm is one of the most widely used algorithm, the algorithm USES the prefix projection technology, effectively avoid the candidate item, to a certain extent, improve the efficiency of mining, however, need to construct a large number of projection database PrefixSpan algorithm, and constructs the projection database not only need to consume a lot of memory, and need to add a lot of scanning time, therefore, in this paper, the PrefixSpan algorithm is improved, and put forward the ISPA algorithm, this algorithm can greatly reduce the number of projection database building and thus improve the efficiency of sequential pattern mining First, by comparing the mining results of the two algorithms, it is found that ISPA algorithm can find the most important sequence pattern, thus satisfying. Secondly, experiments are performed on three aspects: different support, types of data sets, and size data sets. It is verifies that the ISPA algorithm is better than the PrefixSpan algorithm.","PeriodicalId":130202,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Power Data Science (ICPDS)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121500077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The existing algorithms have great damage to the data. In order to solve this problem, DP-FMA is based on the real frequent itemset to mine the frequent itemset with noise, so that the support of frequent itemset will not decrease, and the availability of mining results will be improved. Aiming at the problem of inconsistency between the support with noise and the real support for mining in existing algorithms, a consistent constraint strategy is proposed, which makes the mining support with noise in descending order of integer and ultimately improves the accuracy of mining results. Finally, theoretical analysis is used to prove the differential privacy and availability of the algorithm. The experimental comparison proves the high availability and high accuracy of the algorithm.","PeriodicalId":130202,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Power Data Science (ICPDS)","volume":"116 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133241149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
