Two alleles were detected at the Glu-A3 locus: Glu-A3d, Glu-A3c (the Glu-A3c allele prevailed); four alleles were detected at the Glu-B3 locus: Glu-B3b, Glu-B3j, Glu-B3g, Glu-B3d (the allele Glu-B3b prevailed). Three alleles were detected at the Glu-A1 locus, the Glu-A1a allele prevailed. Five alleles were detected at the Glu-B1 locus: Glu-B1al, Glu-B1b, Glu-B1c, Glu-B1d, Glu-B1h (the Glu-B1c allele prevailed). Two alleles were detected at the Glu-D1 locus: the Glu-D1a, Glu-D1d (the Glu-D1d allele prevailed). To determine the dependence of wheat flour bakery quality on the allelic state of high molecular weight and low molecular weight glutenin loci, tech-nological indices, caused by gluten proteins, were determined: flour sedimentation index, flour strength, dough elasticity index, dough tensility and resiliency index, strain factor, and dough elasticity and resiliency ratio. The dependence of flour baking quality on the allelic state of low molecular weight glutenins loci Glu-A3 and Glu-B3 was shown. It was found that the highest indices of sedimentation, flour strength and elasticity were characteristic of varieties with alleles Glu-B3b and Glu-B3g . In the varieties with Glu-A3c alleles, the sedimentation index, flour strength, elasticity and dough deformation indices were higher than in the sam-ples with Glu-A3d allele. It has been confirmed that Glu-B1al allele of the high molecular weight glutenin Glu-B1 locus is characteristic of wheat with the highest flour baking quality.","PeriodicalId":129884,"journal":{"name":"Fiziologia rastenij i genetika","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125995780","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed hypothesis was that numerous spectral bands of maize inbred lines leaves, not observed yet, but occurring in the different kinetic forms (bands of high and low intensity, single or grouped), should be systematically studied and the dynamics of their formation, very often caused by different oscillations and vibrations of molecular bonds, should be explained. In some cases, there is a possibility of the partial cancellation or increase of spectral bands intensity. According to our hypothesis, low intensity spectral bands imply the unstable state of the biological system (leaf), which is a consequence of the excited state of molecules, radicals, atoms or ions in tissues, cells or biomembranes. Similar transport processes occur when biological systems are rhythmically excited, as well as when complex transport of ions occur across the excited thylakoid membrane. These bands most frequently appear in the wave number range of 500—1600 cm –1 . Nevertheless, they fractionally occur in the wave number up to 3000 cm –1 . These spectral bands varied over inbred lines used in this study. The systematic analysis of spectral bands of leaves of observed maize inbred lines (for instance, high intensity bands with significant width on 3370 cm –1 ) showed the difference in their occurrence: the most intensive occurrence was in leaves of the inbred line ZPPL 186, then in ZP M1-3-3 Sdms, while the lowest intensity was detected in the inbred line ZPPL 225. In such a complex way, it is possible to identify not only organic compounds and their structure in leaves of observed maize inbred lines, but also to indicate the possibility of complex inducement of their unstable and conformational states. carboxylic intermolecular H bonds in dimers polymers; valence oscillations of N—H bonds amides","PeriodicalId":129884,"journal":{"name":"Fiziologia rastenij i genetika","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129920971","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was found that symbiotic alfalfa systems that were formed with the strain S. meliloti B-7411 differed in N 2 assimilation rate depending on dosage of phosphorus and potassium nutrition (PK), but had similar dynamics of increase of this index from stems formation to flowering stage. A number and weight of root nodules on alfalfa, at double dose of PK was reduced, which led to a decrease of biological atmospheric nitrogen fixation. The highest level of N 2 assimilation by alfalfa root nodules was found in the periods of stems formation, budding and flowering at the background of 1 norm phosphorus and potassium (by Helrigel), and the decrease of this index in 2.6, 3.6 and 2.9 times observed at the corresponding stages at the background of 2 norms of PK. Bacterization of alfalfa seeds contributed to the growth of the aboveground plant mass of both mixture components. The greater yield of green mass and dry matter was obtained in treatments with presowing inoculation of seeds by rhizobia S. meliloti В-7411 and with 1 dose of phosphorus and potassium without inoculation as compared to treatments with higher doses of PK (1.5 and 2 n). Positive dynamics of aboveground mass growth of smooth bromegrass was also observed during its cultivation in mixture with alfalfa, for different rates of input of phosphorus and potassium. At the same time, the smallest values of plants green mass growth of the grass component of mixture were also obtained for the double norm of PK.","PeriodicalId":129884,"journal":{"name":"Fiziologia rastenij i genetika","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128315745","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its influence on the resistance of corn ( Zea mays L.) seedlings of hybrids Ariosso and Rotango to the salt stress (germination of seeds on 100 mM NaCl solution) have tigated. Hybrid Rotango differed by higher salt resistance in comparison with the hybrid Ariosso that was revealed in smaller oppression of growth of shoots and roots under conditions of salt stress. Priming of seeds with Sedaxane in concentration of 0.1 mg/ml significantly softened the negative impact of salt stress on the linear growth and accumulation of seedlings biomass. At the same time the treatment with Sedaxane increased the growth of both shoots and roots in seedlings of hybrid Ariosso under the salt stress, and only shoots in hybrid Rotango. Higher value of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and guaiacol peroxidase activity in shoots under stress conditions were characteristic to hybrid Rotango in comparison with those for the hybrid Ariosso. Under the influence of Sedaxane at the impact of salt stress SOD activity increased in the seedlings of hybrid Ariosso. Activity of other antioxidant enzymes (catalase and guaiacol peroxidase) in variants with priming of seeds with Sedaxane in both hybrids almost did not change. Treatment of seeds of both hybrids with Sedaxane significantly increased the accumulation of proline and caused the tendency to increase in content of carbohydrates and anthocyans under the action of NaCl. Sedaxane also elimi-nated the increase in content of hydrogen peroxide affected by the salt stress in shoots of seedlings of both genotypes. It was concluded that the intensifying of accumulation of low-molecular antioxidants and osmolytes under the influence of Sedaxane can be one of the causes of increase in the salt resistance of corn.","PeriodicalId":129884,"journal":{"name":"Fiziologia rastenij i genetika","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123827290","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
