The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population of this study is the General Bureau of the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI) with a total of 183 employees. The sample research method uses the Slovin Formula with a total of 65 employees who can represent the population. Data analysis was performed using the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing using the t test, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, data processing assisted by the IBM SPSS Statistics 2.3 Software program (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of the study show that the regression line equation obtains a constant coefficient value of 39.589, meaning that promotion (X1) and mutation (X2) are equal to zero, the level or level of employee performance (Y) is 39.589. Price coefficient b1 = 0.027, the promotion value (X1) has increased by 1%, the other independent variables are fixed, the level of employee performance (Y) has increased by 2.7%. The coefficient value b2 = 0.336 the mutation value (X2) has increased by 1%, the other independent variables are fixed, the level of employee performance (Y) has increased by 33.6%. These results can be a reference for various government agencies in order to improve employee performance. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to promotion within the organization.","PeriodicalId":129857,"journal":{"name":"Moestopo International Review on Social, Humanities, and Sciences","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128448518","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This momentum is necessary since 2023 is a political year in Indonesia, where Jokowi will enter the edge of his term in 2024. This research aims to identifying the low hanging fruits, in the context of Indonesia Chairmanship in ASEAN 2023, Rational Choice Theory will be used to answer the policy outcome that Indonesia used to influence national interest through the ASEAN. The vital Indonesian position of ASEAN might be divided into four phases. The first was during the founding of ASEAN itself, which resulted from the Bangkok declaration in 1967, and Indonesia's first chairmanship of ASEAN in 1976. The second was in 2003 when Indonesia had just shifted to democracy, the third was when Indonesia finally became a fully adopted democracy in 2011. Finally, In the current situation, many scholars believe ASEAN is at its lowest point in the last decade. Indonesia may use this momentum to restore ASEAN's position to become a regional organization that is considered not only in Asia but also at the global level, as mentioned in Bali Concord. This article aims primarily to identify the pattern of Indonesia's foreign policy through ASEAN and give suggestions for the foreign policy that may be in line with Indonesia's current national interest and leave legacy marks for Jokowi during Indonesia's Chairmanship of ASEAN. The result is Indonesia should Acknowledge the Myanmar Crisis, to secure its 2023 Chairmanship in ASEAN which will impact to 2024 General Elections.","PeriodicalId":129857,"journal":{"name":"Moestopo International Review on Social, Humanities, and Sciences","volume":"352 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116447952","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The goal of this study is to first figure out how victims can stay in abusive relationships, and then to figure out how victims' experiences in abusive relationships are described. The notion of Interpersonal Communication and the theory of Relationship Maintenance were applied in this study. This research employed a phenomenological method and a qualitative approach with a constructivism paradigm. The information was gathered by interviews or in-depth interviews with four sources, and the results were assessed using the source triangulation data validity technique. The findings revealed that relationship violence can take many forms, including physical, emotional, sexual, and financial. During and after the occurrence of violence, abusive relationships tend to go through cycles. Even though they are in an abusive relationship, the perpetrator still engages in relationship maintenance behaviors such as giving praise, being open to each other, providing certainty in relationships, doing tasks together, and interacting with others, as stated in the relationship maintenance theory. Victims of abusive relationships have their own reasons for staying in abusive relationships, such as the fact that they have been in an abusive relationship for a long time, still love them, and are frightened to leave.","PeriodicalId":129857,"journal":{"name":"Moestopo International Review on Social, Humanities, and Sciences","volume":"143 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130822305","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These lesions are caused by the fungus Candida albicans. Candida albicans is the most common pathogenic Candida species causing fungal infections of the oral cavity. The use of antifungal drugs is the most common way of giving, but there are many side effects that can be caused. Herbal ingredients that have antifungal effects can be alternative therapies with fewer side effects, one of which is turmeric (Curcuma longa Linn.). Turmeric has various compounds that have the potential as antifungals including curcumin, flavonoids, and essential oils that work by inhibiting the growth of fungi including Candida albicans. The purpose of this literature study is to provide scientific evidence related to the potential inhibition of turmeric extract (Curcuma longa Linn.) against Candida albicans. This writing is a literature study made based on reference sources or references obtained from journals accessed through the databases of Google Scholar, Hindawi, PubMed, Scopus, DOAJ, Research Gate and textbooks. The results of the study stated that turmeric extract had an inhibitory effect on the growth of Candida albicans, the greater the concentration of turmeric extract used, the greater the inhibition caused. Turmeric also has fewer side effects than antifungal drugs.","PeriodicalId":129857,"journal":{"name":"Moestopo International Review on Social, Humanities, and Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130714632","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
