After the Industry 4.0 upheaval, safety became an integral part of any system used for industrial application. A Safety Monitor IP can be added as common hardware IP, which can be reused across generations of systems. This paper shows how system security is increased by adding a safety monitor SW stack to the system and will also discuss on how this SW stack is validated. A system is taken for testing with a safety monitor as an internal intellectual property (IP), which will monitor all the safety critical components of the system and test them periodically for any error/failure. The aim is to detect and handle any failure as soon as possible, reducing the risk factor to an ignorable point. To further increase the coverage of safety monitor, a host SW stack is used that runs on the Real-Time Operating System. This host SW stack will also run some periodic checks on a different set of safety critical components of the system and report it to our safety monitor. To counter such probable scenarios the demand evolved to design security protocols which are sound enough to counter most of such situations in near future. In this scheme, an ECG based user authentication protocol for smart IoT devices is proposed. ECG is one of the unique characteristic traits of any individual which is experimented to remain similar throughout, provided any biological changes have not occured. The scheme uses the captured ECG signal from a smart IoT device taken as raw input by the computation model. The signal is then used to extract the user characteristics such as the QRS complex, P peak, T peak, etc. A feature vector is derived after pre-processing of the signal, which is then used by the computation model to check for the authenticity of the individual. The final authentication of the user depends upon the similarity index of the feature vector generated by the existing user’s record captured during registration. The data used here is from the ECG ID database and the obtained accuracy is measured close to 94.2%. This in turn, results in rapid increase in transistor density and proliferation of portable, battery-operated, compact and high-performance smart computing devices. These factors make power minimization a critical defining metric for both design & test engineers. Testing such ICs ought to consider hierarchy levels at various stages of planning a Power-Aware test (including DFT & ATPG) and while developing infrastructure for low-power EDA tools. Over past decade, power management and optimization have become de-facto along with test problem growing by few manifolds as feature size goes down to 10nm [3]. So this paper brings the heuristic approaches of reducing scan power using X-filling in comparison with industrial performance test bound techniques using ISCAS’89 Benchmarking circuits. 70% power reduction is possible using proposed X-filling technique. The controller used here plays an important role by minimizing the speed deviation and hence the steady state error becomes zero. To control the speed of such drive system, voltage and frequency are changed without disturbing the ratio of voltage and frequency i.e., the ratio is maintained constant. The proposed technique works on the reduction of peak overshoot, rise time and settling time. It can be seen from the results obtained that the closed loop model has better accuracy than open loop control system model. A transformation block is used to convert the d-q axis into abc axis. All the MATLAB/Simulation results are discussed thoroughly with respect to their corresponding characteristics. In this paper we used FR-4 substrate having epsilon value 4.4 for implementation of patch antenna and its dimensions are 41.2 mm x 41.2 mm. The patch dimensions are 29.2mm x 29.2mm. This patch antenna covers only 2.4 GHz frequency range with the -23.801 dB return loss and this is best implementation of patch antenna for application of WLAN. The implementation of five-level H-type inverter with secondary circuit requires only five MOSFETs, four diodes and two capacitors which is notably less against the devices utilized in the conventional H-bridge inverter without secondary circuit. A comparative analysis of the parameter values (fundamental voltage and total harmonic distortion) of simulated load voltage waveforms of five-level conventional H-bridge inverter, five-level T-type inverter and five-level H-type inverter with secondary circuit has been accomplished. The results show the supremacy of fivelevel H-type inverter over five-level conventional H-bridge inverter and five-level T-type inverter. The filter is used to extract the fundamental in-phase component from the distorted grid voltage, which is contaminated by lower-order harmonics. In this paper, Perturb and Observe (P&O) MPPT technique is utilized to derive optimal power from the solar PV array. The FOFT based control for VSC is required to resolve several power quality issues like DC offset rejection, harmonics elimination, compensation of reactive power and the most important is to maintain the power factor near unity under abnormal grid condition. The system’s output is evaluated using the MATLAB/Simulink platform, and it is found to be satisfactory. The main purpose of the FOFT based control is to deliver sinusoidal current waveform to the three-phase weak AC grid. Abiotic factors and the phenomena associated with them underpin biology as a whole. One of the abiotic factors is the soil. Macronutrients are elements which plants require in relatively large amounts whereas micronutrients are those which plants require in much smaller amounts. A combination of macronutrients and micronutrients give the soil its optimum health. A lack of any one of these nutrients can significantly impact the health and longevity of a plant. Natural deficiencies in soil can be supplemented by using the proper applications and techniques to ensure maximum growth and yield of the plants. When plants get good nutrition, they grow well and give farmers the best possible yield in return. In this paper Back Propagation Neural Network using trapezoidal fuzzy number is applied to optimise the exact requirement of nutrient in the soil to maximise the yield of the plant. The wheat seeds sown in four different wheat fields are taken as the input. The weights denote the quantity of macronutrients viz., nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and sulfur applied to each field. The inputs and weights are feed forwarded to find the output of the hidden layer which gives the yield on application of only the macronutrients. The micronutrients viz., boron, chlorine, iron and manganese are supplied to each field and the total yield of all the four fields is also recorded. If the yield obtained is not the expected output then by back propagation, the error is identified and the optimum quantity of macronutrients and micronutrients to be applied are calculated till the maximum yield is obtained. IPOs are valuable financial instruments because they deliver massive profits on the day of a company's initial public offering.Various factors such as listing day return, promoter group retention, price-to-earnings, earnings per share, return on net worth and net asset value are considered in this paper while evaluating an IPO. Sector wise performance in also considered to analyze the appreciation in price over and above issue price in secondary market over a period from 2017 to 2020. The study focuses on Correlation and regression analysis to determine the relationship between IPO returns and the benchmark index Nifty50.Since IPO’s are mainly considered as a means to earn quick gains, the result of this study would help aid the investors in taking more informed decisions. The project is to design a remote healthcare system. The first part is the detection of a person’s vital signs using sensors, the second part is for sending information to the website and the last part is contributing the disclosed information for remote surveying. Remote surveying of the data enables a doctor or guardian to monitor a person’s health improvement away from the person’s premises. This device allows a person to be monitored continuously. The system makes use of an Arduino to achieve this functionality. It makes use of sensors like temperature sensors, pulse oximeter sensors, GSR sensors to keep track of a person’s health. This project also helps the person to get a medicine alert and a fall detector is used to give alerts to the patient’s guardian using IoT when the elderly people falls down from the bedside. The sensors are secured to a microcontroller of the Arduino to track the condition which is in turn connected to wi-fi module in order to transfer the real time notifications through internet. The system shows detail of a person’s status over IoT in real-time.
