A sample of n=176 (males=115; females=61) lecturers working at college level from southern districts of Punjab was taken and surveyed. Self-structured questionnaires consisted occupational stress, mental health, and copying style. Frequency and parentage were used assess the individuals' demographic characteristics; however, correlation, regression, mediation, and significance testing were also done. Results indicated that teacher stress has statistically significant relationship with coping strategies (r=.442**, p < 0.01). Likewise, the table indicated a statistically significant linear relationship between teachers’ stress and mental health (r=.721**, p < 0.01). Regression analysis indicated that occupational stress and coping strategy statistically predicted mental health of the colleges’ teachers (p < 0.05). Additionally, an increase in the coefficient value of the mediation analysis from (.265 to.712) showed that the mediating variable fully mediated the association between occupational stress and mental health.","PeriodicalId":129253,"journal":{"name":"Global Educational Studies Review","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115829915","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, limited research has been conducted on the experiences, challenges, and acceptance of IBS. This study explored the challenges educators and head teachers face when implementing IBS for paper generation in educational settings. Thematic analysis of data collected from four participants revealed that technical challenges, such as system integration, maintenance, and interface design, and human resource challenges, including a lack of adequate training and support for educators and resistance to change, impact the effective use of IBS for a paper generation. Addressing these challenges through adequate training, support, and resources can help ensure IBSs successful adoption and use in educational settings. The study highlights the importance of further research to investigate the perceptions and experiences of students and evaluate the effectiveness of IBS in enhancing exam quality and productivity in educational settings.","PeriodicalId":129253,"journal":{"name":"Global Educational Studies Review","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133302388","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Individual semi-structured interviews were conducted with six secondary-level Islamiat teachers, two from each education sector. Findings revealed that all teachers believed Quran and Hadith to be the main sources of morality. They focused on imbibing moral development only through lectures, sparse questions-answer sessions, the narration of stories and examinations. Moreover, they did not advocate the Islamic virtues of peace, tolerance, and human rights. Also, they expressed negative views of other religions and Western social practices. Among the challenges, participants considered an unsupportive social environment and unsupervised internet access as challenges to moral development. Hence, the study recommends that Islamiat teachers should broaden their perspectives and use interactive and cooperative teaching strategies. Moreover, teachers should be provided professional training for the effective moral development of students through Islamic studies.","PeriodicalId":129253,"journal":{"name":"Global Educational Studies Review","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130691289","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim of the study was to explore the teacher's perception of inclusion in higher education. The qualitative approach was used by using a basic qualitative research design, a semi-structured interview guide. The sample of the study consisted of 12 professors from public and private universities of Lahore who have a system of inclusive education. Data was collected through a purposive sampling technique. The literature review and the interview guide both served as sources for themes. The conceptual framework used consisted of five components like self-awareness, teacher motivation, administrative support, classroom management, and differentiated instruction. For the analysed data Thematic analysis technique was used. The results of the study reported that the intuitions that work in inclusive education systems lack the necessary teacher training, infrastructure, and aids to assist pupils with special needs. The institutions need to invest more in teacher training programmes, accessibility, and technological equipment.","PeriodicalId":129253,"journal":{"name":"Global Educational Studies Review","volume":"166 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123437483","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
