Проанализированы особенности проведения испытаний, связанных с использованием в АИС метода многостанционного доступа с временным разделением. Предложено использование служебных сообщений управления каналами, приведенных в Рекомендации МСЭ-R М.1371-4, что позволяет проводить испытания в соответствии с критериями, предъявляемыми к натурным испытаниям, при этом практически не влияя на штатную работу испытуемой береговой станции АИС. Рассмотрены критерии подтверждения связи н стороне береговой станции и судна. The issues of conducting full-scale tests of the automated information (identification) system (AIS) - one of the main technical means of the vessel traffic control system are considered. The features of the tests related to the use of the method of time division multiple access in the AIS are analyzed. It is proposed to use the channel management messages given in Recommendation ITU-R M.1371-4, which allows testing in accordance with the criteria for field tests, while practically not affecting the normal operation of the AIS coast station under test. Определено минимальное значение коэффициента внешних шумов на стороне судна, которое может приниматься при расчетах дальности действия службы НАВТЕКС, и соответствующее ему требуемое значение эффективности судовой антенны. Проведен расчет и анализ зависимости дальности действия службы НАВТЕКС с учетом полученной эффективности судовой антенны и внутренних шумов приемника. The influence of the effectiveness of the ship's antenna on the range of the NAVTEX service has been studied. The minimum value of the coefficient of external noise on the side of the vessel, which can be taken when calculating the range of the NAVTEX service, and the corresponding required value of the efficiency of the ship's antenna are determined. Модель позволяет учесть эти факторы на этапе проектирования графических пользовательских интерфейсов ИС. В условиях постоянной модификации существующих, появления новых ИС и технологий данный подход к проектированию человеко-машинного интерфейса позволит конечному пользователю максимально сократить путь от первичного знакомства с продуктом до решения стоящих перед ним задач, повысить комфортность и эффективность работы.\u0000 The paper propose a cognitive model of information system users, which contains a full range of psychophysiological parameters and limitations of operators-users of information systems of law enforcement agencies, as well as environmental factors that have a direct impact on the working conditions of specialists. The model makes it possible to take into account these factors at the stage of designing graphical user interfaces of information systems. Эксперименты подтвердили результативность предложенной модели и построенного на ее основе подхода к обеспечению требуемой устойчивости хранения данных.\u0000 The paper considers a model for assessing the sustainability of big data storage in distributed storage based on the HDFS file system. The model makes it possible to evaluate the stability of data storage depending on the parameters of HDFS construction.
