In addition, we introduce a bootstrapping method for improving the coverage of association relations. The tagging process is quite simple for ordinary users, which contributes to its popularity. However, free vocabulary has lack of standardization and semantic ambiguity. It is possible to capture the semantics from user tagging into some form of ontology, but the application of the resulted ontology for recommendation making has not been that flourishing. In this paper we discuss our approach to learn domain ontology from user tagging information and apply the extracted tag ontology in a pilot tag recommendation experiment. The user segmentation is successfully used in campaign analysis, for web/product/service recommendation, or for web usage optimization. This type of analysis can be helpful in web performance analysis, web usability or accessibility as well. Various software is available for user behavior analysis or for analysis of user interaction with the web site. However, most of them have the user segmentation based only on statistical measurement of such information like click-through rates, identification of popular paths and others. In this paper there is presented the web site community analysis oriented to the user segmentation. The analysis is based on the users' similar behavior on the website. However, the evolution of SOA challenges traditional research methodologies and motivates us to explore new approaches for analyzing and evaluating the effects of change. In order to identify the basic principles that analyze the SOA evolution, this work will utilize dependency analysis and information entropy. Dependency analysis is applied in order to derive information from service dependencies to measure the relative importance of the service in a service-oriented system. In addition, we combine information entropy with dependency analysis to measure the service and system entropy. However, as the number of contacts increases, people often find it difficult to maintain their contact network by using merely memory, and are frequently encompassed with questions like \"who is that person, I met him in Tokyo last year\". Existing contact tools make up for the shortage of unreliable human memory by storing contact information in the digital format, but laying much burden on users on manually inputting contact data. This paper, however, presents a social contact management system called SCM, which supports the auto-collection of rich contact data by exploring the aggregated power of pervasive sensing and Web intelligence techniques. Regarding that people often need to leverage several associated things (e.g., meeting location) to fetch other information about a contact (e.g., his name), we also develop an associative contact retrieval method. Based on access data that relate these dimensions, a recommendation model can be built and used to identify a set of N items that will be of interest to a certain user. In this paper we propose a multidimensional approach, called DaVI (Dimensions as Virtual Items), that enables the use of common two-dimensional top-N recommender algorithms for the generation of recommendations using additional dimensions (e.g., contextual or background information). We empirically evaluate our approach with two different top-N recommender algorithms, Item-based Collaborative Filtering and Association Rules based, on two real world data sets. In multiagent systems, sub-problems are solved by autonomous agents that build organizational structures. Each agent internally further decomposes a problem by goal and plan hierarchies. The underlying design of a system rejects an engineers experience with approaching complex problems. It is desirable to reuse patterns and structures that proved their practical use and were validated (e.g. interaction protocols, goal hierarchies, behavior templates, organizational structures, etc.). This improves software quality and reduces development time and costs in the long run. Model-driven software engineering enables the separation of the platform independent design of the system under consideration and the actual implementation for a concrete execution platform. The gap between the different levels of abstraction is closed by model transformations. In this paper we propose a model-driven reverse engineering approach for lifting the underlying design of implemented multiagent systems to a platform independent level. For this purpose we specify conceptual mappings from the platform to our platform independent modeling language. The extracted structures have to be refined (e.g. by using existing platform independent artifacts) and can be re-used as blue print for solving similar problems on similar execution platforms.
