Several Customer prefers to post their comment, suggestion, complaints about company's products and services to online media such as Facebook, Twitter, Social web board because it easy way to blast to public and increases pressure to product owner for responding. This is one factor that cooperate need to be concern and manage responding to customer services that match to customer requirements by analyzes customer suggestion on social media vice versa they can detect negative feedback or complaints early which, able to prevent their reputation. This study was collected text that contains customer suggestion on insurance services from various online social media and extract some specific word via Thai text segmentation and coverts text to Vector Space Model (VSM) based on TF-IDF. We performs experiment by used 800 records of textcrawler and implement two clustering models algorithm which include K-Means and Self-Organization Map (SOM) for clustering suggestion text into three cluster groups as follow Cluster_0 is about to customer feedback on Car Insurance Policy, Car Insurance Premium or Insurance Renewal, Cluster_1 is contains customer feedback on insurance claim services, Cluster_2 is about customer enquired general information. We use “Davies-Bouldin index” method[3] for evaluating both clustering algorithms. A result of experiment shows that K-Means has a significant performance higher than SOM. Finally, The benefit of this study able to help insurance company improve their products and services and increase customer satisfaction and retention strategies planning.","PeriodicalId":127868,"journal":{"name":"2016 Management and Innovation Technology International Conference (MITicon)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123907768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The influence of non-thermal plasma and electric field treatment on germination improvement of sunflower seeds was studied. For the plasma-treated cases, sunflower seeds were irradiated by argon-oxygen plasma at the gas flow rate of 5:5 liter per minute. The experiments for electric field case, sunflowers were placed in the same magnitude of electric field in the plasma-treated cases, but mixed gas was not fed to the systems. All the experiments were treated for 90 seconds at the source voltage of 9, 11, 13 and 15 kilovolts. The experimental results showed that both methods could improving the germination rate and germination percentage of sunflower seeds. In both electrical treatment methods, the germinating rate was higher than that the controlled group for 14%, approximately. However, in the case of electric field treatment, the electric arc was easy to take place at high voltage, which could damage the sunflower seeds.","PeriodicalId":127868,"journal":{"name":"2016 Management and Innovation Technology International Conference (MITicon)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116323299","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The non-paid unrestricted versions with basic default configuration were set up to be attacked from the outside network. The attack scenarios included port scanning, ping of death, flooding, and password attack in different conditions. The results showed that pfSense performance was better in overall. Basic setup of Endian could detect more attacking categories but fewer occurrences. Therefore, Endian could be suitable for non-commercial, home, small enterprise with less important network and data. On the other hand, pfSense could be worth using in a wider variety of organization, however, with some configuration modification.","PeriodicalId":127868,"journal":{"name":"2016 Management and Innovation Technology International Conference (MITicon)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114610559","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

FsXCS is the extended XCS system combining XCS with fuzzy logic theory to tackle the multi-step continuous input-output problems. Indeed, XCS is a great attention discrete-valued system considering from the rule generalization system. However, it becomes more difficult when extending to continuous-valued systems, and even more difficult when addressed in multi-step continuous input-output problems. In order to develop FsXCS, we propose new computation details on some XCS components while these changes do not affect the original XCS's learning procedures. The performance of FsXCS was tested on simulation classical continuous problems; n-Environment, and automatically back driving a truck. This paper aims to shed more light on this issue by developing a mathematical simulation model that is based on the reasons from different schools of thought. The results show that both schools of though are correct in different situation. In an early era, superior IT infrastructure can create a better firm performance because it can differentiate the IT leaders from others. However, in a long run, other firms are aware of benefits from IT investment so they invest more on IT projects. IT outsourcers and consultants also gain more experience from working in multiple projects which make the IT cost lower.
