This research was conducted with the aim of seeing the effect of heavy metals on the bioluminescence reaction of luminous mushrooms. Starting from the effect of heavy metal concentrations on the intensity and inhibition coefficient of luminous mushroom biolumination. From the measurement results, the maximum intensity value of luminous mushrooms is 499.6 au occurring at a wavelength of 505 nm. At a wavelength of 505 nm, visible light is produced in green. The results obtained are in accordance with observations, because the light emitted by the glowing mushroom is green. If the concentration of heavy metals is greater, the intensity of the bioluminescent fungus (Neonothopanus sp) will decrease. The type of heavy metal affects the intensity of the fungus biolumination. The greatest decrease in intensity occurred in copper (Cu) and iron (Fe), zinc (Zn) and lead (Pb). If the heavy metal concentration is greater, the inhibition coefficient will be smaller. The greatest inhibition coefficient due to the presence of heavy metals occurs in copper (Cu) then iron (Fe), zinc (Zn) and the smallest is lead (Pb).","PeriodicalId":127466,"journal":{"name":"Eksakta : Berkala Ilmiah Bidang MIPA","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116170784","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hypoxia can occur in various situations in life. The main effect of hypoxia is the effect on the brain, so the body will do everything it can to restore the state of homeostasis. HIF-1α protein is a marker of hypoxic conditions. HIF-1α regulates the synthesis of many genes to maintain and restore body homeostasis from hypoxia to normoxia. This study was a descriptive study with cross-sectional design. The sample of this study were six swimming athletes with a 12-19 year age range who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The HIF-1α protein is measured by the ELISA method. Data were analyzed statistically. The results showed higher levels of HIF-1α after anaerobic exercise than the levels of HIF-1α before and after aerobic exercise. This is greatly influenced by the intensity of the exercise carried out. This proves that cellular adaptation to hypoxia is more stable in aerobic exercise, where the body's metabolism during aerobic exercise is more stable ","PeriodicalId":127466,"journal":{"name":"Eksakta : Berkala Ilmiah Bidang MIPA","volume":"396 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117315615","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The STAR model can be used to forecast future observations at these locations by involving the effects of observations at other nearby locations in spatial lag 1 and lag time 1 [2]. The STAR model can be written as a linear model assuming that error is normally distributed with zero mean and constant variance. In Indonesia there are many known medicinal plants. Miana plants (Coleus atropurpureus, L) are one of the potential medicinal plants in Indonesia. This plant is widely used as medicine. This study aims to determine the effect of adding miana leaf flour to the ration on body weight gain, feed consumption, feed conversion and carcass percentage. This study used a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment was A = control, B = 1% Miana leaf flour / kg ration. C = 2% leaf flour miana / kg ration, D = 3% miana leaf flour / kg ration E = 4% miana leaf flour / kg ration. What was observed were performance and carcass including feed consumption, feed conversion, body weight gain, carcass percentage. The results of this study showed that the addition of miana leaf flour in the ration had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on body weight gain, feed conversion, feed consumption and carcass percentage. Giving miana leaf flour in the ration can be tolerated up to 4% in broiler rations.","PeriodicalId":127466,"journal":{"name":"Eksakta : Berkala Ilmiah Bidang MIPA","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121731735","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This proves that the management of domestic liquid waste in the City of Tanjungpinang, especially black water, has not yet received serious attention, resulting in a decline in environmental quality. One of the stages in processing black water is decomposition. The decomposition process can be assisted by bacteria, one of which is cellulose-degrading bacteria. This study aims to find bacterial isolates that have the potential to degrade cellulose in feces from coastal soils in Tanjung Pinang City. This research is a laboratory experimental research. This study was cross sectional study conducted by distributing the questionairres to the patients of public health centre in Padang, Indonesia from April to June 2015. This study involved 446 respondents with complete information. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was used to measure the service quality of corresponding public health centre. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach was also applied to identify any attributes to be improved. The respondents of this study were very satisfied with the health service that they ever got. All attributes of service were plotted in four quadrants. This study proved that CSI and IPA methods are pertinent to be applied to measure patient satisfaction and identify any attributes of service to be maintained or improved.","PeriodicalId":127466,"journal":{"name":"Eksakta : Berkala Ilmiah Bidang MIPA","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125688936","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
