The analysis of spatial and temporal regularities of the annual runoff\u0000of the transboundary river Alazani (Ganikh), which flows through the territory of\u0000Georgia and Azerbaijan, has been carried out. The series on the average annual water\u0000discharge of 6 hydrological gauges for the period from 1925 to 2017/2019 was used.\u0000It was found that for the researched rivers, the fluctuations of the average annual\u0000water discharges are in phase, however, the absence of strict synchronicity in the\u0000fluctuations of the annual runoff leads to a decrease in the spatial correlation coefficients. In the studied series of river Alazani (Ganikh) both on the territory of Georgia and Azerbaijan, there is no trend; however, for a number of annual runoff of the\u0000Ayrichai River, the main tributary of the r. Alazani (Ganikh), a significant positive\u0000trend was revealed. It should be noted that the reason for the nonstationarity is the\u0000climate change, the impact of which on runoff has become noticeable in recent\u0000decades. It was found that the variance of the second half of the analyzed series increased. The annual runoff of the Alazani (Ganikh) River has changed very little\u0000over 1991-2017 / 2019 compared with the period 1961-1990. The article is devoted to the analysis of long-term fluctuations of the\u0000annual flow of the Shirvan rivers. The analysis used data from 4 rivers with an observation period of more than 50 years. linear trends were identified in the observation series, and their significance was assessed. The annual water discharge\u0000observations are divided into two series, covering 1961-1990 and 1991-2018. The\u0000dynamics of annual precipitation data of meteorological observation stations located\u0000in the study area were also analyzed. Annual precipitation increased in Goychay and\u0000Ismayilli meteorological stations, and partial decrease in Gabala and Oguz meteorological stations. The seasonal variation of the annual flow is also analyzed. According to data of Alijanchay and Girdimanchay, a decrease in annual flow was observed,\u0000and an increase was observed in Goychay and Turyanchay rivers. The study used rainfall and temperature monitoring data from 5 meteorological stations registered for 1991-2016. Different\u0000(month, section, seasonal, and annual) rainfall indicators were compared with the\u0000same quantities of 1961-1990. Multiculturalism was examined over two periods\u0000(1991-2004-I, 2005-2016-II). based on the research, the average annual temperature\u0000in the province over the past 25 years is 14-16°C at the coastal and adjacent stations,\u000011-13°C in the lowlands, and 8-10°C in the middle. however, the average annual\u0000temperature has increased by 0.7°C compared to 1961-1990. Over the years, precipitation has been distributed over a wide range (330-1220 mm), depending on the\u0000stations. The amount of annual sludge here reaches 2 million cubic meters.\u0000These sludges contain complex multicomponent substances of organic and mineral\u0000origin. Taking this into consideration, we analyzed surplus sludge that generated\u0000during the technological process at hovsan Aeration Station. The studied surplus\u0000sample is a substance that is thickened in the mechanical workshop of the station,\u0000and then the substances are dehydrated in a centrifuge. They consist of a complex\u0000polydisperse system. The study of surplus sludge formed during the technological\u0000process at hovsan aeration station revealed that the main component of sludge consists of organic substances.
