For this purpose, in this study, a one-dimensional signal processing toolbox has been designed using the MATLAB Graphical User Interface (GUI). Real-time medical signals can be obtained and analyzed in time and frequency domains. This toolbox can be used to analyze a signal that is pre-recorded or one dimensional that is created by a user. Due to the toolbox developed, the data which are acquired from EMG and ECG cards and digitized in the Arduino microprocessor are displayed in real time on the computer screen. Also, the high-frequency noises in the ECG signal have been eliminated by designing a Parks-McClellan low pass FIR filter. Heart rate has been calculated with high accuracy by counting R peak points per minute from the noise reduced ECG signal automatically. Perception is influenced by emotional experiences, attitudes, goals, ambience and nudity. Detection patterns; sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell, space and time perception. In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of external stimuli on human sensation using EMOTIV EPOC + device which is an EEG (Electroencephalography) based device. EMOTIV EPOC is a 14 channel wireless EEG device designed for research and advanced brain computer interface (BCI) applications. The device simultaneously measures connection, excitement, attention, interest, relaxation and stress emotions with the Xavier interface program. In the data collection process, Stroop test proving that visual perception as an external stimulus precedes symbolic- semantic perception, and binaural sound directing brain signals were used. Based on the Stroop effect, a 5-stage game with Unity 3D was developed. In the developed game, 15 healthy 15 girls and 15 boys aged between 20 and 25 were collected for a total of 30 subjects for 6 different emotional states. Post-Hoc test was applied to collected data using SPSS program. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was seen that external stimuli had an effect on human perception. Accordingly, metallic implants are widely used in orthopedic. Titanium (Ti) is a frequently preferred biomaterial due to the properties such as resistance to corrosion, non-toxicity to the human body and mechanical strength. However, when Ti implants cannot be sufficiently osteo-integrated in the host bone, bone tissue formation fails and limits the use of these implants. Today, Ti surfaces can potentially be functionalized to provide useful additional features such as overcome above corrosion resistance, increasing bioactivity and osteo-integration properties. The ability of cells to attach to Ti implants and secrete extracellular matrix (ECM) molecules improve new functional tissue formation. Integrins which present in the cell structure, play an active role in cell adhesion and interact with short amino acid sequences in extracellular matrix molecules. Especially, the RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) sequence, has been described as mediating cells of various plasma and ECM proteins, including fibronectin, vitronectin, type 1 collagen, osteopontin and bone sialoprotein. Bioactive peptide constructs that are conjugated to the surface of implants have the potential to increase implant cell interaction, inhibit fibrous tissue formation, and provide direct osteointegration of the implant. The most effective way of achieving peptide conjugation to the implant surface, which is an important step at this point, can be considered as a parameter directly affecting osteointegration. In this study, we aim to evaluate the efficacy of commonly used Ti-peptide conjugation methods on cell attachment and proliferation. It is used to assess and to monitor neuromuscular diseases such as anterior horn diseases. The Electrophysiological muscle scan is based on recording Compound Muscle Action Potentials (CMAPs) as response of the muscles innervated by the nerves being stimulated by gradually increased electrical currents. The purpose of this study is to develop a method which will ensure the MUNE by the analysis of the data obtained via electrohysiological muscle scan. CMAPs which were generetaed as a result of gradual stimulation in simulator software were recorded. The absolute values of the differences of CMAPs and the ratio of the mean of these values to the maximum CMAP value were computed through a software created in MATLAB to calculate MUNE values. We investigated whether we can predict who will respond more to neurofeedback applied by AutoTrainBrain by analyzing the resting state EEG brain data. Based on our analysis of the EEG data collected, we observed that the power amplitudes across resting states in the theta band over the left Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex (DLPFC) (electrode: FC5) predicts who will respond more to neurofeedback with AutoTrainBrain (Pearson correlation coeff: 0.78, P<0.001). Skin expansion surgeries that are used for therapeutic purposes with natural inspiration in cases are usually inflated with a saline infusion of a silicone balloon placed under the skin. Although imitating nature is the most challenging part of this treatment, knowing whether there is a physiological limit or not is the answer that will produce physical activity on the ground. In other words, when the physical force is above a certain value, the balloon is inflated excessively, resulting in complications such as necrosis due to impaired perfusion when the pressure effect applied to the ball by the pulling forces and balloon is over, or balloon exposition due to deep tearing at higher levels. For this reason, its deep physical properties and knowledge of the changes during application will give a very valuable insight into whether a pathological effect will occur. Optical, electrical and tensile responses will emerge in response to the physical changes that can occur in the bubble as the balloon is inflated. While many versions of these three responses are the subject of many studies separately in the literature, the biggest obstacle to the simultaneous execution of the researches is undoubtedly the low cost and high cost of synchronous devices. In the first tests made, the formation of radiation of the high voltage circuit was observed. The integration with the tungsten probe system was completed and tried to test the relation between angle and distance and radiation. In this study, a passive rehabilitation device has been designed to offer repetitive, low-cost, portable, easy-to-use human-machine interface for people who have limited hand-wrist mobility, also substantially decrease the therapist's workload, and provide motivation and objective feedback to users. In this analysis, it was used thin film pressure sensor and Arduino programming platform equipped with ATmega328 microcontroller. For the sensor layout, 5 zones were determined in the sole and the proportional values with the pressure were recorded and these values were used for the insole design. For the pressure analysis, 17 volunteers aged 19 to 34 years, with flatfoot and normal foot participated for the experiments. A center line was determined to provide a balanced distribution of the pressure in the sole and a mathematical model was created for this distribution. Through this model, the data obtained from the experiments was normalized and the appropriate height values were calculated for the insole zones.
