The main idea of the past research is to optimize a set of process parameters before executing the entire process steps, which fails to effectively respond to the needs of dynamic manufacture environment. However, very little research has focused on the dynamic optimization of process parameters during the process. Digital twin is commonly known as the enabling technology to solve the dynamic problem in the industrial sector. This paper proposes a novel digital twin framework for metal cutting process dynamic optimization during the metal cutting process. Five characteristics of digital twin model of the proposed framework are analyzed. In this framework, a metal cutting process digital twin model is proposed to dynamically infer the optimal process parameters while interacting with its physical counterpart during the process. An information model for the metal cutting process digital twin is put forward to formalize the representation of the comprehensive information between the digital twin and its physical counterpart. The model can select the key features in the time-series data, then input them into the LSTM layer to mine the internal connections, and finally obtain RUL predicted results through two fully connected layers. This paper proposes a newly design of vector control system with fuzzy slide mode regulator which is robust to sudden torque load and has less overshoot in sharp speed variation. In order to ensure the stability of data transmission, the transmission channel between the collection terminal of the sub-station and the main station adopts the regional power dispatch data network or the Inner Mongolia provincial power dispatch data network, and the communication protocol adopts a variety of expanded versions of the 102 protocol. The dispatching data network adopts IPover SDH technology for networking and transmission based on optical cable channels. The reliability and safe transmission of the dispatching data network affect the safe and stable operation of the power grid. The system first obtains the depth map between neighboring cameras by multi-camera calibration and stereo matching, then stitches multi-camera images by feature extraction and matching, then uses semantic segmentation network to identify and segment objects, and establishes an object height library, and finally estimates the object distance in the non-overlapping region based on the similar triangle principle and the object height library. At the same time, the incomplete isolation between remote control and computer control methods has also led to frequent accidents during the operation of USV. What's more, the existing cruise mode of USV cannot effectively clean up the rubbish on the shore. In response to these problems, we first designed a set of control systems with dual operating systems and dual communication links using the idea of redundancy, and used relays to realize the isolation of multi-mode control methods. Then we carried out the motion modeling of the developed USV, and verified the match between the experimental ship and the model through the rotation experiment. Solving adaptive control problems often requires accurate information about the system model. When the unknown interfering signal is added to the system model, the design of the controller becomes more difficult. This paper uses the backstepping method to solve this adaptive control problem. Firstly, the mean-value theorem is applied to transform the strict-feedback nonlinearity into the measurable function. Secondly, In the design process of the backstepping method, the disturbance of the unknown interference signal is effectively controlled by selecting the appropriate adaptive rate. Further, the complete design process of the adaptive controller and proof of convergence are given. The algorithm introduces the concept of global density to select sample points. The centroids are initialized by selecting the sample points with the maximum density and distributed by a certain distance. At the same time, the concept of spatial location is introduced in the process of sample partitioning to filter out the centroids that are closer to each sample point, thus avoiding unnecessary centroid distance calculation and optimizing the shortage of longer clustering time caused by the initialization centroid process.
