Abstract
The performance of asynchronous motor vector control system based on traditional PI speed regulator in exterior disturb response is not perfect. This paper proposes a newly design of vector control system with fuzzy slide mode regulator which is robust to sudden torque load and has less overshoot in sharp speed variation. The simulation result shows that the performance of fuzzy slide mode regulator in asynchronous motor speed control is superior to the PI ones in dynamic responding and robust characters.
