This study aims to examine the influence of the environment and financial performance with good corporate governance as moderation. The independent variables are environmental performance and environmental costs. The measurement of environmental performance used PROPER. The measurement of environmental cost used a cost comparison between the costs of corporate social responsibility and net income. The dependent variable was financial performance as measured by Return on Assets. Good corporate governance was measured using the number of independent boards of commissioners. Quantitative research method was applied by employing WarpPLS application. The samples were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2017-2019. The results showed that environmental performance and environmental costs had no effect on financial performance. Good corporate governance did not moderate the effect of environmental performance on financial performance. Pageblug in Javanese culture, however, has wider meaning than that of English and refer to complicated mitigation approaches. Pandemiy could not solely treated as physical matter, without understanding social and cultural aspects. Pageblug in Javanese culture provides transdiciplinary approaches in which the understanding and the mitigation require physical as well as spiritual treatment. This paper aims to reveal the dimensions of pageblug . This article uses heuristic and cultural interpretation approaches of library sources. Pageblug according to Javanese society refers to all kinds of calamities, such as natural disasters, epidemy, and wars that result in large-scale casualties. Pageblug has broad dimensions, including physical, political and social conditions, natural signs and relationships with God. The mitigation approach to pageblug in Javanese culture involves physical treatment or medication ( jamu ), advice of intellegent person ( wong pinter ) with deep understanding ( ngelmu ), the discipline ( laku ) and prayer ( japa ). Malicious envy is a part of the negative emotions which is a psychopathological disease. If it is allowed, it will endanger one's happiness and interpersonal relationships. This study aims to test empirically the role of self concept and gratitude for malicious envy among students of UIN Walisongo Semarang. Subjects in this study were 329 students taken using a cluster sampling technique. The measurement instrument was the self concept scale, Islamic gratitude scale and malicious envy scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression 2 predictors analysis shows that self concept and gratitude can be used as indicators to predict the malicious envy among college students positively and very significantly or p <0.01. Minor hypothesis shows that self concept can not predict the emergence of malicious envy among college students, but the gratitude can predict to the emergence of malicious envy among college students positively and very significantly or p <0.01. of formal operational cognitive development. This study is very important to conduct because studies focusing on the causes of malicious envy is still very rare. Therefore, this study seeks to find the causes for malicious envy in students which can eventually be used as a reference to overcome the emergence of malicious envy and design character education. This study aims to determine the effect of of e-filling and e-billing systems implementation on taxpayer compliance with understanding of the internet as a moderating variable (empirical study on KPP Pratama Demak). This research uses quantitative methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data, where data sources can be obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population used in this study is that all taxpayers registered with the KPP Pratama Demak are 99,327 taxpayers. The sample used in this study amounted to 105 taxpayers, to calculate the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique was assisted by the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the e-filling system (PSF) and the implementation of the e-billing system (PSB) has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance (KWP). Understanding the internet cannot moderate the effect of applying the e-filling system to taxpayer compliance with a significant result of 0,305 > 0,05. The management of zakat, infaq and alms funds has not been optimal, due to the collection and distribution constraints. This article aims to identify the management of zakat, infaq , and alms based on empowerment of pesantren (Islamic Boarding School). The method used is a qualitative approach. Primary data source through interviews, while secondary data through literature search. The data analysis technique used a descriptive approach. The results show that the collection is obtained through zakat fitrah , zakat maal , infaq boxes and alms, and funds from the management's business. Meanwhile, the allocation is through the Santri Mulia Scholarship, Mulia Mandiri Economics, and Insan Sehat Mulia . The allocation focuses on four sectors, such as education, health, socio-religious and economic programs. Fund management constraints include low public awareness, lack of socialization, rejection from muzakki , lack of human resources, and criminal practices. This study aims at revealing the steps Islamic education can take in responding to the challenges of the industrial era 4.0. This era is marked by cyber-physical and manufacturing collaboration with the characteristics of using applied technology. Methodologically, this is a qualitative research. The data obtained came from literature review analysed by philosophical hermeneutics. Responding to challenges and opportunities of the industrial era 4.0, the Indonesian government reviewed the relevance between education and work, while paying attention to human aspects, and proclaimed the new literacy movement focused on three main literacies: digital, technological, and human literacy. Islamic education, as part of the national education system in Indonesia, has responded to the government call in digital, technological, and human literacy by taking serious and systematic preparation in two domains: institutional and learning process, in responding to challenges and opportunities of the industrial era 4.0. The use of digital tools and information technology in today’s learning process, such as e-learning confirmed its participation in improving the digital and technological literacy. Hadith is one of the arguments for extreme attitudes and actions. This paper will analyze why it happens and what the solutions are. Through a contextual hermeneutic approach, this paper found several things. Regarding the use of hadith as one of the arguments for extreme attitudes and actions, this paper found two factors. First, the domination of the Hadith normativity which is positioned as the normativity of al-Qur’an. Whereas the Hadith normativity status is different from al-Qur’an, which in terms of wurūd is qaṭ’īy. Second, the domination of the use of the textual understanding method, especially after there were wide openings for the entry of transnational Islamic organizations. Regarding the solution, this paper offers three notions. First, reducing the dominance of Hadith normativity. This can be done by involving the social sciences and humanities approaches in understanding it. Second, promoting the use of contextual understanding methods, without denying the textual understanding method.
