Prostitution is an uncontrolled behavior that is fatal for those who do it. The main factors behind the occurrence of prostitution are economic, environmental and broken home factors. This has become a public controversy, in addition to environmental economic problems that also affect the occurrence of prostitution so that the fatayat of Nahdlatul Ulama wants to minimize prostitution. This communication strategy is the communication strategy used, namely from Anwar Arifin's communication strategy who knows an audience who will receive a message so that the audience understands a message that is conveyed, the next step is to compose a message so that the message to be conveyed does not deviate from the theme and the last one uses a method so that the event which will run smoothly. Furthermore, Fatayat uses the Word Of Mouth strategy to attract an audience to take part in the event to be held by finding an audience to attend the event by using information from friends to friends, luring the community by participating in the event to get a facility, and then giving ideas to develop career. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of citizen journalism on increasing access to Makassar Info's Instagram account and to determine the level of public participation in accessing Makassar Info's Instagram. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection technique in this study used primary data, which is data obtained directly from the results of the questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of this study indicate that citizen journalism has a positive and significant effect on increasing public participation in accessing Instagram Makassar Info. The level of community participation in providing information to Makassar Info Instagram is still in the very low category, this is evidenced by 100 respondents, there are 42 (42.0%) respondents who say that they rarely send information to Makassar Info Instagram, but judging by the public participation in accessing Makassar Info Instagram, including in the high category, this is evidenced from 100 respondents there are 40 (40.0%) often and (18.0%) respondents who say very often access Makassar Info Instagram. There are still many users who do not fully understand the consequences of using the internet. Even though they have mastered how to use it, there are still many who use it not productively or safety. The application of digital literacy is considered to be a solution to various problems that occur in society due to the development of the internet and digital media. In this case, the government comes with its role to create a digital literate society and use the internet safely. This study intends to describe the digital literacy carried out by the Surakarta Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encoding Office in an effort to create a society use the internet safely. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The subject of this research is the Office of Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encoding Surakarta. The informants in this study were 4 people consisting of the Head of Communication and Encoding, the Department of Computer Administration for the Diskominfo SP Surakarta and 2 residents of the city of Surakarta. The results of this study indicate that the digital literacy program implemented by Diskominfo SP Surakarta as an effort to realize the community using the internet safely is carried out by means of socialization both face-to-face and through publication media and the implementation of digital transformation of information or public services. Digital literacy is carried out in stages, the first level is digital competence, the second is digital use (digital usage) and the third is digital transformation. The core management of the youth organization has made improvements and changes to the structure to maximize the roles and functions of members to be more active and show good communication so that they can foster a sense of togetherness and cohesion among other members. This study has the following objectives: 1) to find out how the influence of organizational communication climate on Karang Taruna Tunas Jaya, 2) to find out how the influence of group cohesiveness on Karang Taruna Tunas Jaya, 3) to find out how much influence organizational communication climate has on group cohesiveness Karang Taruna Tunas Jaya. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative with survey method. The population of this study amounted to 60 people using census sampling technique. The research data processing technique uses descriptive inferential statistics, namely the average score value to calculate the value of the frequency distribution, while to calculate the correlation using Spearman rank correlation statistics, one-way hypothesis testing with t-test and determinant coefficients. The results of this study are: 1) the influence of organizational communication climate on Karang Taruna Tunas Jaya is classified as good, the results show an average value of 47.3 where the value after entering the range of 40.8 - 50.4 so that it is declared good, 2) the effect of cohesiveness group at Karang Taruna Tunas Jaya is good where the results of the study show an average value of 63.51. The author in this study used the Forum Group Discussion method, which was carried out separately in two groups, namely students and college students. Segregated by gender because to minimize the swaying of opinion. The FGD was conducted on 10 students from four faculties. The data is processed using the Miles Huberman and Saldana data collection, condensation, and presentation models. Meanwhile, to review the validity of the data, the author uses a data triangulation model. The results of the author's research show that 60% of students are classified as very active on social media with an accuracy of 70% of student activities in verifying information on social media. The form of counter-narratives that students do is the first active clarification in their social media channels. Second, students make correct narrations as a form of contradiction to the content of the untrue news that has spread. The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the social order, especially the world of da'wah. The emergence of various social media da'wah has nourished the development of virtual proselytizing, even more so when dealing with Generation Z. This research intends to reveal the virtual da'wah phenomena on social media that are currently in demand by Generation Z. Descriptive qualitative is used in this research. This research also used library research, as a method of data collection. This research concludes that there are three main subjects in looking at virtual daâ€™wah, generation z, and religious moderation. First, Generation Z has a unique character, different from previous generations. Generation Z can also be called iGeneration or net generation because all its movements cannot be released with gadgets and the internet. Second, Gen Z has a hand in the transition of da'wah in Indonesia, from conventional da'wah to virtual da'wah in the digital space. Third, Gen Z has the characteristics of being an open and tolerant generation.
