Barakah adalah kebaikan, nikmat dan selalu bertambah, dengan disertai sifat tetap dan isitiqamahnya kebaikan tersebut, samaada pada ilmu, harta, keluarga, masa maupun yang lainnya. Semisal kita mendoakan kebarakahan kepada orang lain atau guru kita, bererti kita mendoakan agar rezeki, umur, ilmu guru kita bertambah baik. Dalam Quran kata barakah terdapat dalam 31 ayat yang tersebar ke dalam 24 surah. Ini menunjukkan akan pentingnya makna barakah dan aplikasinya barakah dalam kehidupan kita. Kebarakahan dapat diperolehi secara individu maupun institusi, dalam hal ini akan diterangkan makna barakah dalam sebuah institusi pendidikan iaitu Pondok Moden Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo Indonesia dan aplikasinya, yang mana institusi Pondok ini telah berdiri pada tahun 1345 H (1926 EM). Pada dekade awal berdirinya, Gontor hanya mempunyai puluhan pelajar/santri, dan sekarang telah bertambah menjadi lebih kurang 25.000 pelajar/santri dan berkembang daripada 1 kampus menjadi 21 kampus cawangan diseluruh Indonesia dan lebih kurang 200 pondok yang didirikan alumninya dengan mengikuti metod/kurikulum Gontor. Therefore, this paper will discuss about Iqra’ Braille 1 that has been transcribed by a few researchers from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. This study was conducted using qualitative approach by analyzing Iqra’ Braille 1 in term of the contents, guidelines, activities as well as the performances. The objectives of this study are: i) to identify the suitability of Iqra’ Braille 1 as the foundation in teaching al-Quran for visually impaired people, ii) to identify the suitability of guidelines and activities in Iqra’ Braille 1 as the foundation in teaching al-Quran for visually impaired people, and iii) to analyze the compatibility of presentations of Iqra’ Braille 1 for visually impaired people. The study found that the content, guidelines, activities and presentations of Iqra’ Braille 1 are suitable as the foundation in teaching al-Quran for visually impaired people, but there’s some improvement must be made to adjust the usability and compatibility of Iqra’ Braille 1 with the ability of visually impaired people. Future researchers are suggested to study about the ability and the time taken by visually impaired people in completing the syllabus of Iqra’ Braille 1. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Pengajaran dan pembelajaran al-Quran bagi golongan Orang Kelainan Upaya (OKU) penglihatan bukanlah satu perkara yang boleh dipandang enteng. Justeru, kertas kerja ini akan membahaskan mengenai Iqra’ Braille yang telah ditranskripsikan oleh beberapa penyelidik dari Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kaedah kualitatif dengan menganalisa buku Iqra’ Braille 1 dari aspek isi kandungan, panduan dan aktiviti serta persembahan. Objektif kajian ini adalah 1) mengenalpasti kesesuaian isi kandungan Iqra’ Braille 1 sebagai pengenalan asas al-Quran kepada golongan OKU penglihatan, 2) mengenalpasti kesesuaian panduan dan aktiviti yang terdapat dalam Iqra’ Braille 1 sebagai pengenalan asas al-Quran kepada golongan OKU penglihatan, dan 3) mengkaji kesesuaian persembahan Iqra’ Braille 1 bagi golongan OKU penglihatan. Secara keseluruhan, hasil kajian menunjukkan Iqra’ Braille 1 sesuai digunakan sebagai permulaan pengajaran al-Quran bagi OKU penglihatan dari sudut isi kandungan, panduan dan aktiviti serta persembahan. Iqra’ Braille 1 juga sangat membantu OKU penglihatan dalam mempelajari al-Quran. Namun begitu terdapat beberapa penambahbaikan yang harus dilakukan bagi menyesuaikan penggunaan Iqra’ Braille 1 dengan keupayaan golongan OKU penglihatan. Researchers have produced mixed result on the impact of diversity on performance. Some scholars found a positive relation between diversity factors and performance whilst others have found negative relations between diversity factors and performance. This paper therefore examines the effect of work force diversity factors (generational diversity, gender diversity, ethnic/racial diversity and educational diversity) on organisational performance. The study utilises secondary sources of data such as library resources and web based journals information for reviews and analyse from conceptual perspectives. In the study each of the aforementioned diversity factors are reviewed against organisational performance based on literature to confirm the veracity of the claims made by different scholars. The finding of the study revealed that, albeit the mixed results, most of the scholars found workforce diversity factors have a positive relationship with organisational performance. Albeit these findings, scholars agreed that managing a diverse workforce is a challenge for managers. Thus, the initiative to re-evaluate the spiritual needs among PwDs was conducted by a group of researchers from Ibnu Ummi Maktum Research Centre (UMMI), as well as to provide understanding to the community. The objective of this study is to share the experience of UMMI to identify issues related to the Quranic education for the PwDs and explain the role of UMMI in the effort to expand the access of the PwDs to the Quranic education, while addressing issues of religious obligations among them. This study used qualitative methods by making protocol analysis of documents and interview protocol to collect data. The findings show that there is a high level of need especially for the Public University (UA) towards the solidarity and accessibility for the PwDs to appreciate the virtues of the Quran and the wonderful concept of religious life. This noble effort is also seen coinciding with the USIM's wishes to be 'a blessed campus' and a global reference center for Integration of Naqli and Aqli by 2025. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) adalah antara golongan yang sering dikaitkan dengan isu dan perbahasan berkaitan keperluan mereka dalam pendidikan, terutamanya dalam aspek berkaitan persoalan taklif dalam menerima dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam. Bertitik tolak dari sini, inisiatif untuk menilai semula keperluan spiritual dalam kalangan OKU  telah dijalankan oleh sekumpulan penyelidik dari Pusat Penyelidikan Ibnu Ummi Maktum (UMMI) di bawah Institut Sains Islam (ISI), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), di samping memberi kefahaman kepada masyarakat terhadap konsep taklif dalam kalangan OKU. Objektif kajian ini bertujuan untuk berkongsi pengalaman UMMI mengenalpasti isu-isu berkaitan pendidikan al-Quran bagi OKU dan menjelaskan peranan UMMI dalam usaha memperluaskan akses OKU terhadap pendidikan al-Quran disamping menangani isu tuntutan beragama dikalangan mereka. Kajian ini menggunakan metod kualitatif dengan menjadikan protokol analisis dokuman dan protokol temu bual untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil dapatan kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa wujud keperluan yang tinggi terutamanya bagi Universiti Awam (UA) ke arah solidariti dan aksesibiliti OKU untuk menghayati kemukjizatan al-Quran dan konsep indahnya hidup beragama. Brunei is an oil-rich country however currently experiencing growing youth unemployment; recorded at 28.4%, the highest value recorded by International Labour Organization (ILO) so far for Brunei over the years. This qualitative study uses focus groups to investigate the issue of youth unemployment and occupational aspirations. The thematic analysis conducted revealed that occupational aspirations of youths in Brunei are very much related to the economic conditions, more specifically the rentier economy. This gives rise to a ‘rentier mentality’ of youths in Brunei whereby there is a tendency for youths to aim towards prestigious occupations. Norway’s education and labour market policies can be seen as a role model for Brunei due to its similar rentier economy and more so for having one of the lowest youth unemployment level in the world i.e. 9.4% in 2017. This study found that the key lessons from Norway for Brunei lie in the diverse education system which not only focuses on the academics but places greater emphasis on vocational training and entrepreneurial skills. This overexcitabilities is one of the socioemotional issues faced by gifted and talented students. The concept of overexcitedness has come to be known in the field gifted and talented and has a great impact on the self-development and future of the students. A survey was conducted using the Overexcitability Survey (II) instrument to measure the overexcitabilities of these gifted and talented students. Previous researchers agree that the Overexcitability Survey (II) is also suitable to be used in identifying gifted and talented individuals. The Overexcitability Survey (II) has five sub constructs: emotional dimension, imagination, intellectual, psychomotor and sensory. The findings of the study among high school students (n = 40) in gifted and talented schools in Negeri Sembilan showed that gifted and talented students had the highest score for intellectual constructs (mean = 3.54) and followed by sensory (mean = 3.51), imagination (mean = 3.45), emotion (mean = 3.40) and psychomotor (mean = 3.40). This study also goes through the Positive Disintegration Theory by Dabrowski that gifted and talented students are able to excel and strive to overcome their weaknesses in order to succeed if they are able to adapt to the uniqueness of the over excitabilities. The knowledge of this over excitabilities is necessary to help the excellence of gifted and talented students. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Keterujaan luar biasa merupakan satu keistimewaan yang ada pada pelajar pintar dan berbakat namun jarang diketahui oleh masyarakat umum. Keterujaan luar biasa ini merupakan salah satu isu sosioemosi yang dihadapi oleh pelajar pintar berbakat. Konsep keterujaan luar biasa ini mula dikenali di dalam bidang pintar dan berbakat dan memberikan impak yang besar dalam perkembangan diri serta masa depan pelajar. Kajian tinjauan telah dilakukan menggunakan instrumen Soal Selidik Keterujan Luar Biasa (II) bagi mengukur keterujaan luar biasa pelajar pintar dan berbakat ini. Pengkaji-pengkaji yang lepas bersetuju bahawa Soal Selidik Keterujan Luar Biasa (II) ini juga sesuai untuk digunakan bagi mengenal pasti individu pintar dan berbakat. Soal Selidik Keterujan Luar Biasa (II) mempunyai lima sub konstruk iaitu dimensi emosi, imaginasi, intelektual, psikomotor dan sensori. Hasil dapatan kajian dalam kalangan pelajar sekolah menengah (n=40) di sekolah pintar dan berbakat di Negeri Sembilan ini menunjukkan pelajar pintar dan berbakat mendapat skor tertinggi yang signifikan bagi sub konstruk intelektual iaitu (min=3.54) dan diikuti sensori (min=3.51), imaginasi (min=3.45), emosi (min=3.40) dan psikomotor (min=3.40). While in the field of science, related fields are medicine, dentistry and engineering. Meanwhile, when it is called Islamic knowledge, it draws on such subjects as interpretations, hadiths, fiqhs, creeds and the like. But when the words of Islamic Science are mentioned it creates a slightly different answer. This is because it is closely related to the context in which the word is used and also the background of the researcher discussing the word. This study aims to examine the purpose of Islamic science in the context of epistemology as well as the framework of Islamic science in implementing the concept of integration of naqli and aqli science at the Islamic University of Malaysia Malaysia. The results of this study are expected to provide a clear understanding of Islamic science in the development of Islamic knowledge frameworks to achieve the objective of integrating naqli and aqli knowledge. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Perkataan sains seringkali difahami meliputi subjek seperti fizik, kimia, dan biologi. Manakala jurusan sains pula maka bidang yang dikaitkan adalah seperti perubatan, pergigian dan kejuruteraan. Sementara itu apabila disebut ilmu Islam maka tergambar subjek seperti tafsir, hadith, fiqh, akidah dan seumpamanya. Namun apabila perkataan Sains Islam disebut ia menimbulkan jawapan yang agak berbeza. Ini kerana ia berkait rapat dengan konteks perkataan tersebut digunakan dan juga latar belakang pengkaji yang membincangkan perkataan tersebut. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti maksud sains Islam dalam konteks epistemologi serta kerangka ilmu Islam dalam melaksanakan konsep integrasi ilmu naqli dan aqli di Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. This study explores the utilization of Multiliteracies Project Approach in augmenting employability skills among the graduates. This qualitative study was conducted at a public university in Malaysia, involving 50 students in an English communication course. Data was collected through observation, interviews and reflective journals and data was analyzed using a thematic analysis. Findings show that the use of MPA developed the students’ English language communication skills and technological knowledge. Even the peace and prosperity enjoyed by the state as well as the well-being and peace of the souls of the Zikir Nation are a gift to the blessings of Allah SWT with absolute power and the Blessed One that is connected by the Dhikr in the constant mention and remembrance of Him. Hence, this paper generally addresses the concept of barakah and the concept of Zikir State in the sphere of spirituality and the importance of preserving the barakah in the context of Zikir State. The method of study is a library study that highlights the discussion of the concept of barakah and the concept of the Zikir State. The results of this study requires a clear understanding and appreciation of internal environments in order to maintain a barakah towards Baldah Tayyibah Wa Rabb Ghafur (a good, safe and prosperous country, and your God is the Forgiving God). \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Negara Zikir merupakan satu imej dan refleksi jelas bagi sebuah negara yang menjunjung tinggi ajaran ugama Islam sebagai panutan bersendikan al-Quran dan al-Sunnah serta berpegang teguh dengan akidah Ahli Sunnah Wal Jamaah bermazhab Syafi’ie di mana budaya amalan zikir bukanlah sesuatu yang baru tetapi sudah lama dipraktikkan dan sebati dalam jiwa masyarakat Islam Negara Zikir. Bahkan keamanan dan kemakmuran yang dinikmati negara serta kesejahteraan dan ketenteraman jiwa yang dikecapi masyarakat Negara Zikir merupakan satu barakah nikmat kurniaan Allah SWT dengan kekuasaan mutlak serta Rahmat Allah jua yang dihubungkan oleh zikir dalam keadaan sentiasa menyebut dan mengingat-Nya. Justeru, kertas kerja ini secara umumnya membahaskan konsep barakah dan konsep Negara Zikir dalam ruang lingkup kerohanian serta kepentingan mengekalkan barakah dalam konteks Negara Zikir. Metod kajian adalah kajian perpustakaan yang menyorot pembahasan konsep barakah dan konsep Negara Zikir. The diversity of races and religions in Malaysia is unique and it is also an endless blessing. The tolerance inherit in Islam cause the relationship of community can be built well, it also allows us to respect each other and also one of the proof or sign of the Allah’s greatness and supremacy that has created humans in all kinds, shapes and cultures. Thus, by understanding the objectives of Islam in social relations, it will establish unity between one nation to another, where they complement each other for the purpose of peace and prosperity in a country. The differences in religion are not the cause of a country’s decline because Islam has never prevented them from practicing what they believe and they obey. It is based on Allah’s word “For your religion and for me is my religion” ( Al-Kafirun:6).The purpose of this study  was to look the extent of community relations of Muslim and non-Muslims in Malaysia. This research will use the library research method and great scripture (kitab) as a reference. The result of the study will be suggested to the appropriate authorities to create a policy or base that can maintain the unity of society. \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Artikal ini membincangkan mengenai pandangan Al-Quran dan As-sunnah dalam meraikan hubungan antara muslim dengan non-muslim dalam kerangka Maqasid Syariah Di Malaysia. Kepelbagaian bangsa dan agama di Malaysia merupakan satu keunikan dan ia juga satu nikmat yang tidak terhingga. Toleransi yang terdapat dalam Agama Islam  menyebabkan hubungan kemasyarakatan dapat dibina dengan baik, ia membolehkan kita saling hormat menghormati antara satu sama yang lain serta ia juga salah satu bukti kehebatan dan keagungan Allah yang menciptakan manusia dari pelbagai jenis rupa, bentuk dan budaya. Maka dengan memahami objektif Islam dalam hubungan kemasyarakatan, ia bakal mewujudkan kesatuan antara satu bangsa dengan bangsa yang lain, yang mana ia saling melengkapkan diantara mereka bagi tujuan keamanan dan kesejahteraan dalam sesebuah negara. Perbezaan agama bukanlah menjadi penyebab akan kemunduran sesebuah negara, malahan Islam tidak pernah menghalang untuk mereka mempraktikan apa yang mereka yakini dan anuti. Ia berdasarkan Firman Allah \"Bagi kamu ugama kamu, dan bagiku ugamaku\"(Al-Kafirun: 6). Tujuan kajian ini dibuat adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana hubungan kemasyarakatan muslim dengan non-muslim di Malaysia. Kajian ini juga akan menggunakan metod perpustakaan dan menjadikan kitab-kitab yang mu’tabar sebagai rujukan.
