The research was conducted at SDN Tigaraksa IV. The population is 130 students with a sample of 64 respondents. The instruments used are questionnaires and tests. Data analysis using T-test. The threshold value of Sig to determine the magnitude of the influence of the learning model is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount is 4.083 <ttable 2.738. The threshold value of Sig creative thinking ability and student learning outcomes is 0.000 < 0.05 and the tcount value is 43.186 < t table 2.738 with a significant value between variables on student learning outcomes of 0.000 < 0.05 and the F arithmetic value is 1865,006> 4,150. This research was conducted with a population of 171 students. The research sample was 42 students with an explanation of 21 students in the experimental class and 21 students in the control class. The research instrument used an observation sheet and a test sheet. Data analysis using T-test. From the results of the CIRC class hypothesis test, it was found that tcount (3.556) > ttable (1.720). Hypothesis test results for the Close Reading class Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 that is 0.04 and t count (3.146) > t table (1.720). Anova test with sig = 0.000 <0.05, Fcount (8.309) > Ftable (4.325). The research method is a quasi-experimental and 2x2 factorial design. The research population was 159 students with a research sample of 56 students. The instruments used are questionnaires, observations and tests. Data analysis using T test and Anova test. The results of the first hypothesis data analysis obtained Fcount = 262.36 > Ftable = 4.20, the second hypothesis Fcount = 112.73 > Ftable = 4.20, the third hypothesis Fcount = 10,069 > Ftable = 4.20. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, literature studies and interviews. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Community Based Tourism strategy for the Pari Island tourism sector, especially for natural and cultural tourism. This research is an empirical legal research, with a case study approach and a statutory approach. The data sources are primary and secondary data, the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are: First, the implementation of a lawsuit in the Binjai Religious Court in terms of registration through the e-court itself is of two kinds, namely advocates/legal entities and independent users. Second, the difference between an ordinary lawsuit and the submission through e-court is an ordinary lawsuit, a divorce suit is filed by the husband or wife or their proxies to the Court whose jurisdiction includes the defendant. Lack of awareness of maintaining cleanliness makes people vulnerable to health problems. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Gemar Berseri Program in increasing environmental care behavior in the Dusun D community, Karanganyar Regency. This research is a quasi-experimental using one group pre-post-test design. Assistance and psychoeducation program for stakeholders and residents of Dusun D 185 residents. Analysis of the data using the Wilcoxon test with the results Z=-2.041 with p=0.041, which means that there is a significant difference in understanding of environmental care behavior before and after psychoeducation. The data can be analyzed qualitatively in the form of the formation of a Residential Feasibility Assessment Team. The Gemar Berseri program is effective in increasing public understanding of environmental care behavior. This fact indicates that the law continues to require renewal. One of the proofs that the law cannot reach people's lives which continues to develop is the emergence of Emergency Law no. 12 of 1951. The emergency law emerged as a renewal of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 8 of 1948, and changed the Ordonnantie Tijdelijke Bijzondere Strafbepalingen (sbtl. 1948 No. 17). At certain times the emergency law was the right solution, but now the law that has not been updated can cause problems. One of the problems that arise is the ambiguity of the \"without rights\" element in the use of sharp weapons. The law does not specify which party has the right or the right to not use sharp weapons. In order for the law to continue to be used, a ratio legis is needed. This study aims to examine (1) the ratio of the elements of \"without rights\" in Article 2 of Law no. 12 of 1951, and (2) the configuration of the concept of Article 2 of Law no. 12 Year 1951 which is ideal in the future. This research is juridical-normative research with a statutory approach. The technique of analyzing legal materials is done by qualitative descriptive. Factors that can affect economic growth are unemployment and HDI. This study aims to determine the effect of unemployment and HDI on economic growth in Bali Province. The method used is quantitative based on secondary data obtained by the Central Statistics Agency based on a 10 year time series. The results obtained are unemployment and HDI variables together have a significant influence on the variable economic growth. This is shown from the results of the F test calculation with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Partially the influence of the unemployment variable on economic growth based on the t test shows the results of sig 0.000 <0.05, which means that unemployment has a significant effect on economic growth in Bali Province.
