Germany is renowned for its high educational standards and remarkable achievements of its athletes on the international stage. In order to accomplish this objective, a comprehensive set of interconnected methods, including analysis, synthesis, and generalization of scientific information pertaining to the specific issue, as well as educational and methodological literature and internet sources, were employed. The study reveals that a successful football career is the outcome of the interaction between two pedagogical systems: one that reflects an individual's educational endeavors and the other which relates to their sporting accomplishments. The step-by-step construction of the educational and sports systems, their common orientation, which enables constant multifaceted control and support of each young talent, optimally coordinates all areas of his life, promotes further harmonious development. It has been proven that the German model provides comprehensive support of the chosen professional path, the opportunity to study in the institutions that correspond to the preferences, aspirations and abilities of the individual.\u0000Keywords: Education system, sports training, football, young talents","PeriodicalId":126717,"journal":{"name":"JUMORA: Jurnal Moderasi Olahraga","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116145860","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective of the study is to determine the effect of Simplified Learning Materials (SLM) on students' learning performance in Physical Education. The study specifically aimed to determine the following: (1) evaluate the learning performance of the students in Physical Education before and after using simplified learning materials, and (2) identify the said significant differences between the students' mean scores before and after the intervention. The researchers used a pre-experimental design, specifically the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study was participated by 52 Grade 8 students in one of the secondary schools in the Philippines. Purposive sampling was used in the study. Data analysis was performed using the JASP software (weighted mean and paired t-test). Data revealed that the Shapiro-Wilk test of normality can be used to determine that the data does not deviate from the assumption of normality with a p-value of 0.305, which is greater than 0.05. According to the descriptive table, the post-test result is higher than the pretest result. The mean difference of -2.538 in the Paired Samples T-Test results is significant, with a p-value of 0.002 for the test. The use of Simplified Learning Materials (SLM) helps grade 8 students perform better on tasks and grasp understanding to the lesson related to physical education. This shows that the intervention has a significant effect on the student’s learning performance in Physical Education. Future researchers can utilize the findings as a foundation to use simplified learning materials (SLM) for further contextualize and address what students need to accomplish.\u0000Keywords: JASP Software, Learning performance, Modality, Physical education, Simplified Learning Materials","PeriodicalId":126717,"journal":{"name":"JUMORA: Jurnal Moderasi Olahraga","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121353719","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Participants in this study were Nemo Wallet Swimming Club KU IV athletes aged 10-11 years with 11 athletes. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The method used is a survey of athletes who perform freestyle swimming by measuring the time taken by athletes in freestyle swimming at a distance of 25 meters. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that as many as 8 athletes (73%) have excellent freestyle swimming ability, 1 athlete (9%) has good 25 m freestyle swimming ability, 1 athlete (9%) has sufficient freestyle swimming ability, 1 athlete (9%) has less freestyle swimming ability, and 0 athletes (0%) have very less freestyle swimming ability. Based on the results of the research concluded that freestyle swimming skills measured using stopwatches in athletes aged 10-11, from these data can provide an illustration that the category of 25 m freestyle swimming ability in Nemo Wallet Swimming Club athletes is a category (excellent), with a total of 8 athletes. Contributing to further research is conducting research on more intense exercises on freestyle swimming techniques as well as strategies for improving athletes' abilities in freestyle swimming. Thirty-six people act as the research population who are young female soccer athletes aged 13-18 years and living in Surakarta. This study uses random sampling to determine the research sample of 32 people. Meanwhile, the research design used was experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design. Researchers apply a treatment combined with pre-test and post-test to obtain research data. In addition, the Illinois Agility Test with Ball is the research instrument used in this study. This study uses ANOVA as a data analysis technique. According to the study findings, there is a finding that the effect of the hurdles agility training method is higher when compared to the ladder drill agility training method. This finding is evidenced by the results obtained from the ANOVA test that there is a significant difference in the effect because the significance value of p is 0.005 <0.05, and the F value is 9.498.
