Because this study uses a qualitative approach, the instruments used in collecting research information are references found by the researchers themselves that are relevant to be presented in this study. Data analysis used small-scale tests and large-scale tests. Data reduction is used in the findings of expert statements and research published through articles. Then explained in short sentences. In the end, I obtained a conclusion statement from a conceptual study of research and development in sports science. The results of research on a limited scale by 30 sixth-semester students of the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation study program with 16 questions show 86% in the \"Very Good\" category. Abstract
