The research design used is causality research design while the type of research used is quantitative research using questionnaires. The research population is all people who are interested in and or like healthy instant food in Jabodetabek, while the sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis obtained are multiple linear regression analysis, partial analysis (t-test), regression model reliability analysis (f-test), correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that: (1) Lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention and had the greatest influence; (2) Celebrity Endorser has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention and has the least effect; (3) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention and has a greater influence than Celebrity Endorser and less than Lifestyle. Reliability analysis of the regression model (f-test) shows that the regression model is considered feasible in explaining the independent variables. In this study, there are two independent variables, namely leadership style and social work environment to test their role on the dependent variable, namely Keterlibatan Karyawan. The population of this research is the employees of Bank Mandiri Ujung Menteng branch, totaling 35 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method, so that the entire population is used as a sample of 35 respondents, . The data collection technique was using a questionnaire with SPSS version 25. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression test.   \u0000The results showed that: Leadership style has a negative and significant effect on Employee Engagement, while the social work environment has no significant effect on Employee Engagement. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination between the variables of leadership style and social work environment on Employee Engagement are 53.6%, and there are other factors of 46.4% influenced by other variables outside of this study. So it is recommended for further researchers to add independent variables that have not been studied. The population in this study were Perbanas Institute students who had used the Online Library Service. The sampling technique was selected using purposive sampling and a sample of 100 people. Data retrieval using primary data with a questionnaire tool and the method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results showed that system quality, information quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, then user satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on net benefits. The method used to solve the research problem was descriptive qualitative research method. Informants were determined by purposive sampling technique, namely the research sample taken not depending on the number of population but adjusted to the purpose. Methods of data collection were done by interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data display, and data verification. From the results of the study, it was found that the resources of the Olilit village which were considered to be the strength of the village for improving welfare included the physical environment, tri sakti, tourism potential, culture and tradition, as well as the position of the western village in the district city. The strategy of the Olilit village government in improving the social prosperity was realized through the consistent attitude of the village government in paying attention to the operations of existing government officials and organizations, setting night study hours for students, fostering the younger generation, and providing compensation to families who were classified as poor, widows, and disabled. Based on previous research conducted by Bachtiar (2012) and Reza (2010), according to Rahmawati (2011), Widyanti et al (2015) and Timothy (2017) there are differences in research results, so this study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee performance.\u0000Research methods. The population in this study were all 60 employees of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Jakarta Global Supply Chain division. The sampling used is saturated sampling where the entire population is used as a sample so that the number of research samples is 60 people.\u0000Data analysis. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.\u0000Findings. Based on the results of the study, partially work motivationand job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square of 0.854 which means that employeeperformance is influenced by work motivation, job satisfaction and work environment with a percentage of 85.4% and the remaining 14.6% is influenced by other factors,\u0000Recommendation. The analysis used is the correlation test, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) Celebrity Ambassador has a significant effect on Rental Interest and has the smallest effect; (2) Corporate Image has a significant effect on Apartment Rental Interest and has the greatest influence (3) Service Quality has a significant effect on Apartment Rental Interest and has a greater influence on the Celebrity Ambassador variable and less than the Corporate Image variable. The F test shows if the regression model is considered feasible to predict the independent variable on the dependent variable. The data in this research were obtained by distributing questionnaires that consist of 100 Islamic bank customers as samples and using the purposive sampling technique. Partial Least Square was used as the method of data analysis. The results indicated that Islamic financial literacy, religiosity, and lifestyle have effects on the decision to use Islamic bank products in the Millennial generation. It is suggested for Islamic banks to continue the socialization of Islamic financial literacy to gather more Islamic bank customers. There are three independent variables: individual characteristics, work placement, and work environment to be tested for the effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT Post Energy Indonesia Jakarta Office, amounting to 114 people. This study used simple random sampling and obtained data from as many as 57 respondents. The research data used are primary data, which is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical tool used is the multiple linear regression test. The results showed that: There is a positive and significant influence between Individual Characteristics and Work Environment on Employee Performance, but there is no effect of Work Placement on Employee Performance with a significant value. The coefficient of determination test results shows that the Adjusted R Square value of 40% of the dependent variable on employee performance can be explained by the independent variables, namely individual characteristics, work placement, and work environment. This study uses measurements, one of which is the effectiveness of a system that is tailored to the needs of users in supporting a business process, including information presented in the right time, in the right format so that it is easy to understand and consistent with the specified format. Indicators of the effectiveness of technology-based information systems are data security indicators, time indicators related to the speed and accuracy of information, accuracy indicators related to the level of freedom from error in information output, reports or output variations indicators related to the completeness of information content and relevance indicators showing the benefits generated from the product or output information. The test in this study used 40 respondents obtained by purposive random sampling in a KPP Pratama. In the test using the F-Test and T-Test through the SPSS program. The high earning quality paves out the way for the investor to calculate the future return accurately, by minimizing the volatile movement of market price and agency cost. This research tested how the accruals quality and tax management influences the investor’s perception in the future, that measured by future market value. The observation data had used the samples on the listed company in the industrial manufacturing sector for the period 2015 until 2017, which had amounted to 384 observation data. This multiple regression model with data panel has used the discretionary accruals quality, tax management, and future market value, the result is the earnings quality has a positive influence on the future market value significantly. The management should carry out consistently all available tax accounting standards and tax regulations at the maximum level without any infringement, this one is related to deduct the risk. It is an implication of the Signalling and Regulation Theory. The investor has realized the gap between the accounting standard and tax regulation intolerance zone, absolutely it has no crucial impact on the volatile movement of the market price. Primarily they concern about the high book and tax accruals, meanwhile ignoring both positive or negative.
