The results showed that: There is a positive and significant influence between Individual Characteristics and Work Environment on Employee Performance, but there is no effect of Work Placement on Employee Performance with a significant value. The coefficient of determination test results shows that the Adjusted R Square value of 40% of the dependent variable on employee performance can be explained by the independent variables, namely individual characteristics, work placement, and work environment. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨个人特质、工作安排和工作环境对员工绩效的影响。有三个自变量:个人特征、工作安排和工作环境要测试对因变量即员工绩效的影响。本次研究的人群均为PT Post Energy印度尼西亚雅加达办事处的员工,共计114人。本研究采用简单随机抽样的方法,获得了多达57名受访者的数据。所使用的研究数据为原始数据,通过发放问卷获得。使用的分析工具是多元线性回归检验。结果表明:个体特征和工作环境对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,而工作安置对员工绩效没有显著的影响。决定系数检验结果显示,40%的因变量对员工绩效的调整后R方值可以用个体特征、工作安置和工作环境这三个自变量来解释。相比之下,60%的其他因素受到研究变量之外的其他变量的影响。
