Il a fallu qu’on gère, à la prérentrée et à la rentrée, tout septembre-octobre, il a fallu gérer les angoisses des professeurs, donc les absorber, y répondre, tout en sachant que nous-mêmes, on n’était pas du tout sûres de nous, et qu’on était nous-mêmes très angoissées, sans essayer, sans le montrer, quoi. (Annie, deuxième entretien) ce soit retenu contre moi. J’ai trouvé que la démarche était intéressante avec un cabinet privé qui a formé dans un premier temps une équipe de personnes choisies qui ensuite devaient former leurs pairs. J’ai assisté à deux journées. Heu… Pour être franc, j’ai trouvé ça très intéressant, mais ça n’a pas répondu à mes attentes.
