This conflict/dispute is better known as the Industrial Relations Dispute. One of these cases occurred at the Industrial Relations Court at the Class 1A Tanjung Karang District Court between workers and PT. X. This study aims to 1) find out and analyze the basic considerations of the judges of the Industrial Law Court in examining and deciding the case Number: 11/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2016/PN.Tjk; and 2) knowing and analyzing the fulfillment of the rights of workers/laborers based on the decision of the judge of the Industrial Relations Court Number: 11/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2016/PN.Tjk. The problem approach used in this study is a normative approach and is supported by an empirical approach. The data was obtained using the interview method to 3 sources. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. that the basis for the consideration of the judges of the industrial relations court in making decisions is based on article 100 of Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning the settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes (PPHI), however, in examining and deciding cases, workers/laborers cannot obtain their rights. The type of research used is qualitative research, with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data obtained from KSP Kopdit Mekar Sai. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the procedures for granting credit at KSP Kopdit Mekar Sai included incoming member loan files, interviews and surveys of the location of the guarantee which were then closed for a decision, the loan file that had been approved by binding a notary immediately checked the identity of the borrower and the original certificate was then submitted to notary to be examined by the State Land Agency. Loan files that have been checked are then scheduled to be made a notarial deed. Penanganan perkara ini sangat berbeda sekali dengan penanganan tindak pidana umum. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur penetapan tersangka pelaku penjualan bibit benur secara illegal dan apa saja faktor penghambat dalam melakukan proses penyelidikan dan penyidikannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan yuridis, normatif dan empiris, data yang digunakan adalah data skunder dan data primer, studi yang dilakukan adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara langsung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, Pelaku M tertangkap tangan di dalam rumah pelaku pada saat sedang mengumpulkan dan pengepakan bibit benur. Pelaku melakukan tindak pidana perikanan melakukan kegiatan jual beli bibit benur yang tidak memiliki SIUP. Dalam proses penyidikan sudah ditemukan 4 alat bukti yang sah. Kasus ini tidak dibutuhkan proses gelar perkara karena proses penangkapan pelaku adalah tertangkap tangan. The purposes of this study are 1) to find out what kind of guidance is given by the Class IIA Penitentiary in Bandar Lampung to prisoners who commit narcotics abuse crimes; and 2) to find out the obstacles in carrying out the process of fostering narcotics abuse prisoners. The problem approach used is the Normative and Empirical Approach. Data collection techniques were carried out in 2 ways, namely interviews and literature study. The results of the literature study and the results of interviews were then analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The results showed that the coaching process is a form of the correctional system whose implementation is in the service, namely in the field of religion/spiritual, skills guidance, social work guidance, and health and sports guidance. The obstacles that occur in the process of implementing prisoner coaching are obstacles in internal factors and obstacles in external factors. The mapping of village use priorities is a reference that must be carried out by village heads. Therefore, this study aims 1) to determine the role of the village government in managing village funds and 2) to find out the procedures for managing village funds. To achieve this goal, qualitative research methods were used using descriptive data. Data collection techniques used by interviews and through literature study using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the role of the village head in planning and budgeting village funds was in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 of 2014 and the Regulation of the Minister of Villages Number 2 of 2015 as well as the Village Regulations that had been jointly determined. The form of village fund management is in the form of more advanced village development, improving the quality of life of the community and tackling poverty. One of the negative impacts of the internet is cybercrime, which is a type of crime with the use of unlimited information and communication technology in the form of engineering technology used by perpetrators. The objectives to be achieved from this research are, among others, in order to understand the role of the police in cybercrime prevention and to know the inhibiting factors in cybercrime prevention efforts. Primary data is obtained through field research, while secondary data is obtained through library research with a series of documentation studies. The analytical method used is the Juridical Empirical Data Analysis Method. The results of this study indicate that the actions or efforts of law enforcement regarding cybercrime prevention are in the form of pre-emptive, preventive and repressive measures. In addition , Internal obstacles start with weak government and police supervision, evidence in cybercrimes is easy to change, delete, or hide by criminals, there are rarely witnesses in cybercrime cases and the determination of jurisdiction is not clear.
