In this paper there is developed a robot tracking system with two mobile robots: the master robot tele-operated from an Android application via Bluetooth, and the autonomous slave robot with three ultrasonic sensors which will track the master. The tracking algorithm of the slave robot employs: i) a position control to maintain a constant distance between slave and master, and ii) a tracking direction control in one of the six control states detected by a finite-state machine based on fuzzy logic, with smooth transitions between states. The master-slave mobile robot system and the tracking algorithm are designed and implemented by using low-cost microcontroller boards. The experimental results validate the proposed master-slave solution with tracking algorithm.","PeriodicalId":126087,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 12th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121945256","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

What was already known was continuously improved and aspects like requirements for environmental and human protection increased over the years and were more and more formalized leading i.e. to complex procedures for safety designs. The innovations of the IT world which continuously gained speed especially over the last decade were taken over rather reluctantly. But recent trends show a growing push of IT technologies into every field of industrial application, frequently named as industry 4.0 or 4th industrial revolution. We will look at opportunities and threads created by the technological changes, touch preconditions for success and pitfalls for failure. Analyzing the past trends of both IT and industrial automation will allow us for some astonishing predictions for the next decade.","PeriodicalId":126087,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 12th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"139 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121326921","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But this is also one of the weakest. As the two values are static, anyone who finds them can impersonate the authentic user. Over the years several new authentications principles have been proposed, such as two factor authentication based on One Time Passwords, but they have failed to gain a broad acceptance. A special kind of propositions are the authentication protocols using QR codes, from which SQRL is the most famous. From the point of view of authentication this protocol accomplishes its goals, allowing the user to authenticate to any system implementing the scheme without physical interaction except with the users smart phone which is a trustworthy device. But implementing the protocol is not exactly easy. This paper proposes a new version of SQRL that uses cloud cryptography for the needed cryptographic operations thus providing a simple and natural answer to all the hard question raised by practical implementations and without eliminating any advantages of the oriainal protocol.","PeriodicalId":126087,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 12th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"147 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117173826","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Behavioral modeling approach of a system is used to define dynamic behavior of a system. There is a big list of modeling approaches proposed by the researchers of various disciplines to simplify the analysis of system so that it is used as standard for system development in the real world. The cyber-physical system (CPS) is the next generation of system where the physical system acts smartly with the power of computing. Therefore, modeling of CPS is gaining popularity in the industrial design. This paper starts with the discussion of behavioral modeling era of a system and CPS respectively. Then, the survey of the state of the art of system behavioral modeling and CPS behavioral modeling is provided in which most of the approaches are reviewed PLM system. The system modeling survey is conducted based on the work done in the late 20th century to the recent years of 21st century. The CPS modeling survey is conducted based on the work done in the recent years of 21th century as this technology and modeling approach is emerging. One of the most important factors in these methods is the computational requirement of the algorithm. The paper presents a novel method for the line following problem using image processing technique. Our main goal is to find an efficient way with real-time computing to track a line using a camera-equipped robot. To measure the effectiveness of the presented method, we compare two line following robots with the line tracking method being the only difference between them. The first robot uses the proposed camera-based method and the other robot has reflective optical sensors in order to determine the position of the line. These real life experiments demonstrate the efficiency of the presented method.","PeriodicalId":126087,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 12th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"277 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116560734","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Moon is more affordable, a lunar base provides a stepping stone from which to move to farther destinations, and it allows for validation of technologies and mechanisms of international collaboration. Furthermore, advances in robotics would permit teams of robots to collaborate on the lunar surface. Concepts such as that of the Moon Village, promoted by the European Space Agency (ESA), offer a vision of collaboration via assets owned (and operated) independently, by different nations, yet engaged in mutual support and assistance, in a robotic ecosystem. Yet, perhaps the most profound factor affecting the future exploration and use of the Moon comes from the imminent involvement of private companies. The Moon is gradually becoming interesting from a commercial point of view; and this is indeed a logical next phase of an emerging space economy, which, with Earth-orbiting satellites, has already proven that it can bring profits to investors. The talk will review current and planned lunar missions, illustrating the state-of the art in technologies and operations; then, it will take a leap into the future, presenting a vision of lunar robotic villages, robotic mining operations, and human presence, permanent colonies, and tourism and entertainment zones. It will point out what technologies need maturation, in order to make this future possible. Among those, perhaps within the next decade, and, if not, almost certainly before the end of the following one, exploration by robotic intelligence will exceed the capabilities of current human-driven exploration, and become the determining factor in conquering space. I discuss the consequences of such a disruptive technology.","PeriodicalId":126087,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 12th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131310549","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For different PID controllers projecting methods, using the simulation, the comparison of the influence of the process parameters change onto the response of the feedback system, the setpoint and disturbance response, has been carried out. The results suggest that the method of projecting PID through the use of the gain margin yields good results under the influence of the uncertain changes, too.","PeriodicalId":126087,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 12th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124730764","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
