This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Three informants in this study are employees in the position of training officer and recruitment officer. The results of this study indicate that the cause of the lack of personnel is the difficulty in finding human resources that match the company's qualifications. The shortage of personnel in the department then increased the workload of employees, so employees often came home late or continued work when they were at home. This study employed a quantitative research design. The research sample was 32 employees of PT. Podomoro Poultry Equipment. Data collection was done by distributing closed questionnaires; quality of work life questionnaire, self-esteem questionnaire, and employee performance questionnaire; using a Likert scale 1-5 which was given to respondents directly. The analysis phase was carried out the first time by testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. Empirical studies have proven that the creation of good performance is supported by many factors, one of which is budgeted planning. This study found that other factors affecting managerial performance are budget emphasis, budget participation, organizational commitment, differentiation strategy, organizational culture, leadership style, and many others. Based on the classification and type of budget, the budget is divided into several, namely short-term budget, long-term budget, fixed budget, flexible budget, zero-based budget, rolling budget, activity-based budgeting, incremental budgeting, planning, and programming budgeting systems. This literature review provides a contribution of thought that can be a reference for future researchers who want to conduct research and focus on performance with predictors of budget planning. The sample used was the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Situbondo Regency, with a total sample of 175 respondents. The findings of this study state that benefits and leadership have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Then, in this study, job satisfaction could mediate the influence of benefits and leadership on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that homemakers also have the potential and ability to support the family economy. This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The respondents of this research were the users of the Shopee online application in the West Surabaya area, with a total of 80 respondents using non-probability sampling and incidental sampling. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that brand image, trustworthiness, and information quality have a joint effect on purchasing decisions. In this study also found that, partially brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions. Trust and the quality of information affect purchasing decisions. The emergence of this theory provides meaningful guidance in an organization in overcoming agency problems that occur due to conflicts of interest between principles and agents. Agency theory is an old theory in accounting and financial management, but its existence is very much needed today. This article aims to present the existence and development of the application of agency theory in various types of research, as well as to prove the strength of this theory based on support from various documents. This research was conducted by adopting a bibliometric analysis based on the Scopus database. Based on the keywords used, namely related to agency theory, this study succeeded in obtaining 564 documents for further analysis. This study reports the results using standard bibliometric indicators such as year of publication, document type, source type, source title, subject language, keyword analysis, article author, and active institution. Based on our findings, the existence of research that adopts agency theory is still highly recognized with evidence of an increasing trend of growth every year since our observation period, namely from 2013-2020, but there has been a slight decline in 2021. While, the tax amnesty is one of the government policies in encouraging taxpayers who are late in paying their tax vehicle by giving no sanction toward their out of date payment. Meanwhile, Samsat online is one of the new breakthrough systems in having tax vehicle payment in every Samsat offices within one province. The data is primary data, taken from questionnaires which were distributed to one hundred students of STIESIA including Diploma Three, Strata One, Strata Two and Strata Three education levels. Moreover, the data collection technique used Accidental Sampling, in which the sample was chosen accidentally among respondents by the researcher. From the research results, it concluded the tax amnesty had significant effect on taxpayers’ obedience in paying the tax vehicle, because taxpayers’ who are in arrears feel that they are given relief without being subject to fines so that they are enthusiastic about paying their taxes immediately.
