Still, nowadays, technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligent, Data Analytics, robotics, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality, and automation has rapidly changed the way people do work. The future of work is a rethinking of how work can be done. This is a fundamental shift in the work model to a model that encourages collaboration between machines and people, thereby enabling new skills and work experiences and supporting an environment that is not limited by time and physical room. This study aims to create a concept in building a room management/scheduling system assisted by Machine Learning algorithms to produce web-based centralized room management equipped with a feature of rarely used or even empty room recommendations. The method used in this study is a qualitative method because it can directly present the relationship between researchers and respondents more sensitively. It is hoped that with a measurable and directed concept, the system can be realized precisely.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128664533","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, the author uses smart city references to design smart residences that are narrower and more complex in scope, regardless of the fact that there has previously been a lot of research and development about smart cities in large cities in Indonesia whose scope is quite large and wide. Literature and observation studies are the study methods used to gather data and information regarding smart residences.. This study using descriptive method to describes characteristic of the population or phenomenon studied. There are essential features in the design of this smart residence that support activities in housing to be more effective and efficient. Smart lighting, smart garbage management, smart watering plant, and automatic gate are among the architectural proposals designed. Millions of hours are reportedly wasted each year as a result of the harmful effects that poor environmental quality has on workers' productivity and health, according to the findings of several studies. Therefore, a centralized approach is required to be able to give quick and accurate information. This may be accomplished via digital twin technology, which will result in a workspace design that is more ideal in the future. The major goal of this research is to create a digital twin prescriptive model in a physical workspace environment that can create a strategic space design plan and be flexible enough to react to changes in the physical environment, which will improve user comfort and productivity. A life cycle model was employed as the study methodology, which begins with the identification of the model's requirements and ends with its maintenance. This model is employed to offer suggestions for preventative and remedial activities on actual things.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129106896","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Two top priorities pursued by the plan are AI technologies for disaster risk management and smart city. On another hand, aging and degradation of reinforced concrete infrastructures are two factors that increase the risk of structural failures and decrease infrastructure resilience in developing countries. A primary mechanism for these factors are steel rebar corrosion inside reinforced concrete structures. In this paper, we present an AI approach for structural corrosion monitoring. We also present the technical challenges and proposed resolutions toward achieving automated, real-time corrosion monitoring in infrastructures as part of disaster risk management in a smart city setting.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128349975","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this research NetworkX is integrated in to a social networking platform Discord, to help visualize connections made in a server. NetworkX is also equipped with centralities that can be used to find out how influential a member of the discord server is, the centralities that will be used in this research are degree, betweenness, closeness and eigenvector centrality. Initial research on a focus group was done to gather data to compare with the results and a hypothesis was create. It was believed that the more mentions someone sent to another, the closer their relationship is. The result of implementing the NetworkX centralities was able to show the top three users that are the most influential in the server channel.","PeriodicalId":125054,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on ICT for Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130744610","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By looking at the data, you can imagine the impact of population growth on service quality, environmental impact, urban care, and the use of integrated technology. For this reason, it is very important to prepare a smart city that can integrate all the impacts of population growth that will be faced in 2045. Of the 25 cities that apply the smart city concept, they still experience obstacles such as smart cities that are difficult to understand, how to identify solutions from smart cities, and the absence of knowledge about the benefits of using smart cities for the region, this is because there is no understanding regarding key success factors and models for building smart city concepts.
