This study aims to investigate consumer perceptions towards organic food and why people purchase it. The research was conducted through a survey of a sample of consumers in various age groups and demographics. The results indicate that consumers perceive organic food tobe healthier, safer, and more environmentally friendly than conventionally produced food. Consumers also believe that organic farming methods are more sustainable and ethical. Consumers prefer to purchase organic food from certified organic sources, and they trust government regulation to ensure the authenticity of organic food products. The study suggests that increasing awareness and education about organic food and its production can help bridge the knowledge gap and dispel misconceptions about organic food. Furthermore, improving the availability and affordability of organic food productscan increase consumer access and help grow the market for organic food. The study highlights the importance of effective communication, education, and regulation in building trust and confidence in organic food products.","PeriodicalId":124991,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Enhanced Research in Educational Development","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125048571","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Though her family was financially sound, still Merkin and her siblings were made to live with some abusive caretakers leaving a scar on her psyche to push her into depression. Her mother would always almost all the time remain emotionally absent. Her father was extremely cruel and indifferent towards his children. She would have the thoughts of committing suicide and contemplate about death every time. As she came under the grip of depression, it became impossible for her to eat or talk properly even to her therapist. She underwent continuous therapy for almost more than forty years. In Enriching Students' English Vocabulary during Covid-19 Pandemic","authors":"Manipatruni Venkata Ramana, Dr. Nannapaneni Siva Kumar, Karibandi Venkata, Rama Rao, Tanuja. It is applicable to any language and English is no exception to it. As the English language has been the professional language that connects people globally, learners are obliged to master it to communicate and even to procure their dream careers in India or abroad. But mastery of a language is proportional to the enhancement of its vocabulary which is the currency of one's communication. We know our words are our ambassadors which program us for either success or failure. But in a traditional classroom, we often tend to see some students become hard up for vocabulary while speaking or writing English. With COVID-19 wreaking havoc, the chances of getting students synchronously to improve their vocabulary slowed down. Yet this pandemic compelled the teachers to have dug out a plethora of tools of educational technology to sustain the lost spirit of teaching and learning. Kahoot! is one of the various Edtech tools which has been instituted exclusively to gamify learning in the form of quizzes of various types. Our research analyzes the role of Kahoot! in enriching students' English vocabulary online and further, brings forth the outcome of experimentation with Kahoot! through a new approach to asynchronous teaching and learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.","PeriodicalId":124991,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Enhanced Research in Educational Development","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123931982","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Commission provided immensely important guidance regarding the principles and direction of the educational system. The 'Four Pillars of Learning' are among those principles which narrate basically how learning should lead the all-round development of a learner systematically through gaining knowledge, applying that knowledge in practical life, living in harmony with others and, above all, building a perfect humane character and personality. Indian tradition since the ancient ages keeps believing that education or learning must build the character and personality of a human being noble if it claims to be called a 'true education'. The learning which is not capable of raising the level of humanity and spirituality within a person/learner, though it may raise the levels of intelligence and skills, is not considered as 'Vidya' or genuine education in India. The noble aim and objectives of the Vedic system of education in ancient India, which aim at 'Self realization', emphasize upon the culture of 'Para Vidya' or spiritual knowledge but not at all ignoring the culture of 'Apara Vidya' or material knowledge, and scientifically establish the idea of 'oneness' (Non-duality) and 'togetherness' ('Unity in diversity'), set this tune in this pious land more than three thousand years ago. In this connection, the underlying essence of the Delors Commission Report's 'four pillars of learning' seems to be very much harmonious, may not be throughout but certainly up to a considerable range, with the underlying philosophy of the aim and objectives of the Vedic system of education in ancient India. The present study attempts to unfurl the reflections of the age-old Vedic educational system's aim and objectives in the Delors Commission Report's 'four pillars of learning' through a purely qualitative research approach.","PeriodicalId":124991,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Enhanced Research in Educational Development","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128705063","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
