The importance of this research is based on the background of the lack of student-oriented career guidance based on human concepts in its culture. The data is obtained using qualitative methods through literature studies, field observations, and interviews. The data was analyzed with a descriptive qualitative approach with steps according to Creswell, so that it found themes of career guidance based on human concepts in a particular culture. This study concludes that career guidance is very appropriate to be based on human concepts, such as the concept of lolo tau in the context of Toraja to prepare students for the industrial revolution 4.0.\u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bimbingan karir berbasis konsep manusia dalam konteks Toraja untuk membantu siswa di era revolusi industri 4.0. Pentingnya penelitian ini didasarkan pada latarbelakang kurangnya bimbingan karir yang berorientasi pada siswa berdasarkan konsep manusia dalam budayanya. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi literatur, pengamatan lapangan dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan langkah-langkah menurut Creswell, sehingga ditemukan tema-tema bimbingan karir berbasis konsep manusia pada budaya tertentu. As for the coronavirus disease pandemic (covid-19) sweeping the globe, it has had a profound impact on various areas of human life, one that is educational, so the government has designated one of the methods of online learning as part of remote learning (PJJ). Applying online learning methods, becoming a new challenge for teachers, especially in educating students' character. The formulation is ow Christian teacher face challenge in educating students' character through character education in online learning? The purpose of writing this paper is to know the challenge of educating the character of the student through online study, having seen the effects it can have.  The result of the research are, 1) be creative in presenting learning materials, especially in educating students' character, 2) build good relations with learners, 3) view his role as a transformation agent essential in setting an example, 4) realize the importance of the holy ghost's role in developing the character of learners.\u0000 \u0000Berdasarkan riset yang dilakukan Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI), menunjukkan bahwa banyak anak usia sekolah harus berhubungan dengan hukum, hal ini membuat Indonesia berada dalam darurat pendidikan karakter. Adapun Pandemi Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) yang sedang melanda dunia, berdampak besar dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia salah satunya dalam bidang pendidikan, sehingga pemerintah menetapkan salah satu metode pembelajaran daring sebagai bagian dari Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Diterapkannya metode pembelajaran daring, menjadi tantangan baru bagi guru, terutama dalam hal mendidik karakter siswa. Rumusan Masalahnya ialah bagaimana guru Kristen menghadapi tantangan dalam mendidik karakter siswa melalui Pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran daring? Tujuan dari penulisan makalah ini ialah, untuk mengetahui tantangan guru Kristen dalam mendidik karakter siswa melalui pembelajaran daring, setelah melihat berbagai dampak yang ditimbulkan. Based on several cases, it can be observed that a person tends to kill her or himself after having personal or family problems, economy, bullying (been slighted or offended). The inclination along this pandemic should be previewed and compared according to the cause of each suicide. There were several cases found, but this paper builds only the description by focusing on two cases as shown in the resulting exposure. The paper concludes that there is the four-psychological reason that caused a youth to kill her or himself, and by this analysis, all internal and external stakeholders may emerge the spirituality of frugality, and psychologically to push every educational institution and society for the campaign to stop bullying in all aspect. \u0000  \u0000Hasil penelitian ini hendak menyajikan, memaparkan dan menganalisis realitas meningkatnya kecenderungan bunuh diri yang terjadi di Toraja beberapa waktu terakhir. Pengamatan didasarkan pada beberapa kasus bunuh diri dan/atau upaya bunuh diri karena berbagai persoalan pribadi atau masalah keluarga, kesulitan ekonomi, serta akibat perundungan. Pendekatan metodik yang digunakan meletakkan kecenderungan yang tampak sepanjang masa pandemi dilihat ulang, serta disalingbandingkan sesuai kondisi kasus masing-masing. Ada beberapa kasus yang ditemukan, namun tulisan yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini  lebih berfokus pada dua kasus sebagaimana tersaji dalam hasil penelitian. The disability is for everyone who has a long period of intellectual, and mental disability. Limitations that have been imposed have a bearing on the difficulty of effectively interacting with those around them. Therefore, what happens in the lives of those who have disability is feeling neglected. As though no room in living life is what everyone is entitled to. This is what has become a problem until now. The onset of the problem requires Christianity education is not only present in the form of a formal educations but also in non-formal education. The non-formal education referred to is the family, and community ward Church. Hence the research method to be used is, a descriptive qualitative study method. Descriptive qualitative research is understood to describe a condition of its nature without manipulating the variables. This type of research is exploited with qualitative data and then descriptive. Like analyzing phenomena of phenomena and social circumstances. So based on that the findings that are available in the research are: the integration of Christian religious education is where all parties in either formal education are the family, and community churches capable of building the character and mentality of those with disabilities. \u0000Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji pendidikan agama kristen yang terintegrasi terhadap penyandang disabilitas. Penyandang disabilitas adalah setiap orang yang mengalami keterbatasan fisik, intelektual, mental, dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Keterbatasan yang dialami memberi dampak terhadap sulitnya berinteraksi secara efektif dengan orang disekitarnya.  Terkait itu, maka yang terjadi dalam kehidupan para penyandang disabilitas ialah merasa terabaikan. Seperti tidak diberi ruang dalam menjalani kehidupan seperti hak setiap orang pada umumnya. Hal inilah yang kemudian menjadi masalah hingga saat ini.  Timbulnya masalah tersebut mengharuskan pendidikan agama kristen tidak hanya hadir dalam dunia Pendidikan formal, namun juga dalam Pendidikan non formal. Pendidikan non formal yang dimaksud ialah gereja, lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat.  Oleh karena itu metode penelitian yang akan digunakan ialah, metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dipahami sebagai penggambaran suatu kondisi apa adanya tanpa melakukan manipulasi pada variabel yang diteliti. Jenis penelitian ini memanfaatkan data kualitatif lalu menguraikan secara deskriptif. Learning will not be effective if the learning strategy is not suitable for the situation of the students. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) has unique characteristics, namely in the form of direct activities and various situations related to concrete interests and experiences that can be observed with motor activities. By using a descriptive qualitative approach, this article is intended to describe four learning strategies that can be applied to teach Christianity in Early Childhood, namely edutaintment learning strategies, expository learning strategies; problem-based learning strategies and learning strategies through storytelling.\u0000Strategi pembelajaran sangatlah penting sebagai sarana untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran agar tujuan pembelajaran menjadi efektif dan materi pembelajaran dapat diserap dengan baik oleh anak didik. Pembelajaran tidak akan efektif bila strategi pembelajarannya tidak cocok dengan keadaan peserta didiknya. Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki karakteristik yang unik, yakni berupa aktivitas langsung dan pelbagai situasi yang berkaitan dengan minat dan pengalaman yang konkrit yang dapat diamati dengan aktivitas motorik. In this digital era, students' reading interest in textbooks has decreased. The level of visits to the library has reduced. The rate of accessing digital content is higher than reading books. The purpose of this study was to examine the reading interest of students who were given reading assignments. The research method used by the author is quantitative. This method statistically analyzes students' reading interest. Based on the research, First, students read books because they are related to grades. Second, the reading task makes the level of interest in reading increase. Third, students can respond well to reading materials. Fourth, the workload can increase STF Jaffray Makassar library visits. \u0000Tulisan ini merupakan kajian survey persepsi mahasiswa mengenai beban tugas baca terhadap minat baca mahasiswa. Di era digital ini, minat baca mahasiswa terhadap buku teks mengalami penurunan. Tingkat kunjungan ke perpustakaan mengalami penurunan. Tingkat mengakses konten digital lebih tinggi dibanding buku bacaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji minat baca mahasiswa yang diberikan tugas baca. Metode penelitian yang dipakai penulis adalah kuantitatif. Metode ini menganalisis secara statistik minat baca mahasiswa. Berdasarkan penelitian, Pertama, mahasiswa membaca buku karena berkaitan dengan nilai. Kedua, tugas membaca membuat tingkat minat baca meningkat. Ketiga, mahasiswa dapat menanggapi dengan baik bahan bacaan. In online learning, there are challenges in building the character and spirituality of students. Character and spiritual formation of students is generally done by direct interaction between educators and students in the class. The purpose of this research is to look at learning challenges and provide solutions. The qualitative descriptive method is chosen in this study because the researcher seeks to collect data and understand the meaning of an event or phenomenon that is the subject of observation and occurs in real or in full in the field so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of the study prove that students are hampered in following the online learning process, educators are less creative in utilizing online learning, no learning material can be used as a benchmark for students and educators, and the lack of supporting facilities in the online learning process.\u0000Abstrak: Pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan) menjadi solusi pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar dimasa pandemi yang melanda dunia masa ini. Dalam pembelajaran daring menemui tantangan dalam pembentukan karakter dan spiritual peserta didik. Pembentukan karakter dan spiritual peserta didik umumnya dilakukan dengan adanya interaksi langsung antara pendidik dan peserta didik di kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat tantangan pembelajaran dan memberikan solusi. Metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini, karena peneliti berupaya mengumpulkan data dan memahami makna dari suatu peristiwa atau fenomena yang menjadi pokok pengamatan serta terjadi secara real maupun secara utuh di lapangan sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan. In connection with Christian religious education, it must be studied systematically and critically as basis for knowledge so that it is parallel to other sciences that show real benefits for the development of humanity. The author will describe Christian Religious Education as a science praxis ontologically, epistemologically and axiologically. The method used in this research is systematic literature study approach. Ontologically Christian religious education must be a strong guide towards the journey of human life so that it is able to exist and exist both theologically and socially. Epistemology talks about knowledge. Epistemologically, the Bible and Jesus are the epistemological sources of Christian religious education. Axiology speaks of utility value. The axiological foundation of Christian Religious Education is a loving humanist inspired by Christian values. In other words, it axiology helps to humanize humans and free them from the alienation of their human role in life.\u0000Abstrak: Filsafat merupakan metode berfikir secara sistematis dan kritis. Sehubungan dengan pendidikan agama Kristen, maka ia harus dikaji secara sistematis dan kritis sebagai basis ilmu sehingga mampu sejajar dengan ilmu-ilmu lain yang menunjukkan kemanfaatan nyata bagi perkembangan kemanusiaan. Penulis akan menguraikan Pendidikan Agama Kristen sebagai praksis ilmu secara ontologis, epistemologis dan aksiologis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi literatur. Secara ontologis pendidikan agama Kristen harus menjadi pedoman yang kuat kearah perjalanan hidup manusia supaya ia mampu ber-ada dan ber-eksistensi baik secara teologis maupun sosial. Epistemologi berbicara tentang pengetahuan. Secara epistemologis, Alkitab dan Yesus adalah sumber epistemologi pendidikan agama Kristen. Aksiologi berbicara tentang nilai kegunaan. Landasan aksiologis pendidikan agama Kristen adalah humanis yang penuh kasih yang dijiwai oleh nilai-nilai kristiani. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the form of storge love that has been trained by parents to children in order to form character and soft skills to love oneself and others. The research was conducted using the interview method, the results of which were processed by means of reduction and verification. The results of the study show that parents at GMIT Syalom Oinlasi congregation apply the value of storge love to their children in the form of protecting them from fighting, promiscuity by advising them repeatedly. Ensure that her children receive food, formal education, and spiritual education to be actively involved in Bible studies in the Church. Parents also try to be role models with respect and honesty with themselves and others.\u0000Abstrak: Artikel ini fokus pada penerapan nilai kasih storge orang tua terhadap anak  dalam keluarga Kristen di GMIT Jemaat Syalom Oinlasi. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk kasih storge yang telah dilatih orangtua kepada anak-anak dalam rangka membentuk karakter dan softskill mengasihi diri dan sesama. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode wawancara yang hasil penelitiannya diolah dengan cara reduksi, dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa orang tua di GMIT Jemaat Syalom Oinlasi menerapkan nilai kasih storge terhadap anak-anak mereka dalam bentuk mengayomi anak-anak dari tindakan perkelahian, pergaulan bebas dengan cara menasehati mereka secara berulang-ulang. Memastikan anak- anaknya mendapat makanan, pendidikan formal dan pendidikan rohani  aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan PAR di Gereja.
