The research subjects were 30 students of class VIII H. The method used was case study method. Data collection techniques used diagnostic tests with CRI and non-tests in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that there were students' misconceptions on the material of life organization systems. The percentage of students' misconceptions that fall into the high category is the sub-material on the organism (73.33%). In the medium category, there are sub material organizations of life (56.67%), cells (60.83%), and organs (65.83%). In the low category, there are sub-material tissues (36.67%) and organ systems (27.5%). Whereas the skin of shallots contains flavonoids (quercetin) that are 3-5 times higher than the tubers. This research focuses on the use of shallot skin ingredients fermented by Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY) into kombucha drinks. With the aim to explore the influence of long fermentation of shallot skin kombucha on the parameters of the chemical characteristics of pH and Total Titrable Acid (TTA); the presence of flavonoids; and organoleptic flavors, colors, aromas. The result is the length of fermentation affecting the decrease in the pH value, and had a very noticeable effect on the increase in the Total Titrable Acid value. Flavonoids were qualitatively tested by 3 reagents (10% NaOH, AlCl3 1%, H2SO4 judging by discoloration. At show all samples show positive results of flavonoid presence. The length of fermentation for organoleptic assessment has a significant effect on taste and aromas, but has no significant effect on the kombucha color. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) peningkatan minat baca dan keterampilan metakognitif melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Remap Think Pair Share, dan 2) hubungan antara minat baca terhadap keterampilan metakognitif pada pembelajaran Biologi berbasis Remap TPS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimental dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-korelasional. Data minat baca diperoleh dengan instrumen angket minat baca, sedangkan keterampilan metakognitif diukur dengan menggunakan rubrik yang terintegrasi tes esai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) adanya peningkatan sebesar 1,80% pada aspek minat baca dan keterampilan metakognitif sebesar 122,19% melalui penerapan Remap TPS; 2) tidak terdapat hubungan antara minat baca dan keterampilan metakognitif pada Remap TPS. Oleh karena itu, model pembelajaran Remap TPS dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan keterampilan metakognitif jika dilakukan secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Minat baca, keterampilan metakognitif, remap TPS Reading interest and metacognitive skills on biology course through remap think pair share model. Metacognitive skills and reading interest could be empowered through spesific learning model. This current study aims to investigate 1) the improvement of reading interest and metacognitive skills during the process of learning in Remap Think Pair Share learning models, and 2) the relationship between reading interest to metacognitive skills through Remap TPS learning models. This research was a pra-experimental study using descriptive-correlational method. Reading interest data was obtained by reading interest questionnaire instruments, while metacognitive skills were used by using an integrated rubric essay test. The results showed that: 1) the improvement by 1.80% for students reading interest and metacognitive skills by 122.19% through Remap TPS; 2) there was no relationship between reading interest and metacognitive skills in TPS Remap. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan asesmen pedagogik yang dapat mengukur kompetensi pedagogik pada mahasiswa calon guru biologi dengan menggunakan rubrik penilaian. Metode penelitian adalah research and development. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar validasi tim expert, lembar kuesioner respon mahasiswa. Hasil uji validasi tim ahli didapat rata-rata skor 4,18 (sangat valid), hasil uji kelayakan didapat nilai sebesar 83% (sangat layak). Hasil Pengujian validitas instrument diperoleh nilai KMO pada asesmen kemampuan merancang pembelajaran sebesar 0,55>0,5, asesmen melaksanakan pembelajaran 0,50>0,5, asesmen mengevaluasi 0,74>0,5 dan secara keseluruhan nilai KMO>0,5. Hasil penilaian kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa ujicoba 1 menunjukkan 80% berada level kompeten secara parsial dalam merancang pembelajaran, 56% berada pada level kompeten dalam melaksanakan simulasi pembelajaran, 32% berada pada level kompeten parsial dalam melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran, sehingga dapat disimpulkan valid dan layak untuk digunakan.Kata kunci: Asesmen, kompetensi, pedagogik, mahasiswa calon guruDevelopment of pedagogical competency assessment in pre-service teacher of biology. Pedagogical assessment instruments have not been used maximally at FKIP Universitas Kuningan. This research aims to develop pedagogical assessments that can measure pedagogical competencies in Biology pre-service teacher by using an assessment rubrik. The research method was research and development. Data collection was carried out using expert team validation sheets, student response questionnaire sheets. The results of the expert team validation test obtained an average score is 4.18 (very valid), the feasibility test results obtained a value is 83% (very feasible). The instrument testing the validity results value in the assessment of the ability to design learning is 0.55>0.5, the assessment to carry out learning is 0.50>0.5, the evaluation evaluates is 0.74>0.5, overall value is KMO > 0.5. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis kinerja terhadap siswa kelas X SMA Karya Sekadau. Model yang peneliti gunakan adalah model pengembangan 4-D. Model pengembangan 4-D terdiri atas 4 tahap utama yaitu: Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate.  Subyek ujicoba lapangan yaitu siswa kelas X sebanyak 30 siswa SMA Karya Sekadau. Persentase hasil validasi modul oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan guru bidang studi sebesar 86,6% sehingga modul memiliki kualifikasi sangat layak. Modul diuji coba terhadap siswa SMA Karya Sekadau kelas XI IIS 1 pada tahap initial development testing. Persentase penilaian modul oleh siswa kelas XI sebesar 88,43 %. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kualifikasi modul yang sangat layak. Efektifitas dari modul ini dilihat dari nilai gain score 0,54 dengan kriteria sedang, sehingga dapat dinyatakan efektif. Keterampilan ini memungkinkan bagi calon guru turut andil dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan teaching skills mahasiswa calon guru biologi laki-laki dan perempuan di era revolusi industri 4.0. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi semester 4 Tahun Akademik 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis uji T untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan teaching skills pada mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Data teaching skills didapatkan dari skor pada lembar asesmen teaching skills. Lembar asesmen teaching skills yang digunakan memiliki empat aspek penilaian, yaitu: 1) membuka pelajaran; 2) melaksanakan kegiatan inti pembelajaran; 3) menutup pembelajaran; dan 4) faktor penunjang. Masing-masing aspek penilaian tersebut memiliki indikator dan deskriptor. Salah satunya adalah model pembelajaran JINEMAM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh model pembelajaran JINEMAM terhadap berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperiment dengan pretest-postest nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa SMAS Diponegoro Tumpang Kabupaten Malang. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI IPA1 sebagai kelas eksperimen sejumlah 23 siswa dan XI IPA2 sebagai kelas kontrol sejumlah 20 siswa. Instrumen tes berupa tes essay dan di uji reabilitas dan validitas sebelum digunakan. Data diperoleh dari hasil pretest posttest kedua kelas. Uji ANAKOVA digunakan sebagai uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 melalui aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05, sehingga menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran JINEMAM berpengaruh terhadap berpikir kritis siswa biologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sparkol videoscribe terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik lintas minat pada materi sistem endokrin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI IPS SMAS PGRI 43 Singaparna dengan jumlah peserta didik 42 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 2 kelas yaitu kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang pembelajarannya menggunakan media sparkol videoscribe dan XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol yang  pembelajarannya menggunakan media power point. Insrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 31 soal. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji ANCOVA dengan taraf signifikan 0,05%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penggunaan media sparkol videoscribe mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar pesera didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis dapat meningkat melalui multimedia-STEM education dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 90,48% (P>85%) dan N-gain sebesar 0,501 pada kriteria sedang. Keterampilan berpikir kritis dapat meningkat karena langkah-langkah model pembelajaran STEM yang terintegrasi dalam multimedia dapat memberdayakan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kembali tentang model pembelajaran PBL dalam pembelajaran Biologi terhadap aspek kognitif atau hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode meta analisis dengan sampel sebanyak 15 jurnal nasional. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ternyata model pembelajaran PBL mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar biologi mulai dari terendah 15,03 % hingga tertinggi 61,76% dengan rata-rata 29,34%. Dengan memperoleh size efek yang kuat yaitu sebesar 0,97. Peningkatan yang paling signifikan pada penelitian model PBL yaitu sebesar 28,13 pada pembelajaran model PBL dengan didampingi dengan LKS dan dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis pemecahan masalah pada materi tertentu.
