This study was conducted In economics education courses STKIP PGRI West Sumatra In force 2012. The population in this study as many as 270 people, while the sample in this study as many as 161 people. Results of the study found that: 1) The perception of students about the style of teaching faculty partial effect on learning motivation students education courses economy STKIP PGRI West Sumatra with a coefficient of 0.027 2) Learning Facilities berpengararuh partially on motivation to learn Students STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, with the coefficient of 0.042 3) The perception of students on faculty teaching styles and learning facilities simultaneous effect on student learning motivation STKIP PGRI West Sumatra calculated F value of 1.006. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population is 197 people with a sample of 66 people using the Proportional random sampling technique. This research is quantitative research. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there were influences on how to learn about the results of learning economics. The magnitude of the contribution of learning methods to learning outcomes is equal to R2 0.501. This study aims to analyze bank customer satisfaction with services provided by conventional banks and Islamic banks. Bank satisfaction is measured through several factors including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. This research method is a descriptive method using TCR analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that TCR values in conventional banks do not have too high differences. The purpose of this study to investigate stakeholders’ perception toward government accounting subject in the accounting curriculum; the level of lecturers’ teaching interest towards government accounting subject; the existence of teaching resources; and the suitability between users’ need and content of government accounting subject in higher education. Data was collected by questionnaire sent to stakeholders which consist of lecturers, students, and users and analyzed by using statistic descriptive. The results of this study found that government accounting subject already offer in accounting curriculum both bachelor and diploma degree on public and private university joined this study; but unfortunately government accounting subject only take 3 or 4 credit hours from total hours; less than 4% from total accounting curriculum. This study also found lack of lecturers teaching interest, also conventional learning method and resources for this subject. Fortunately, the content of government accounting subject in universities already suitable with users’ need. Subjects in this study were Manager, HRD staff and SPV Project at Cataliz Research Jakarta office. With the number of informants three people with details of one manager, one HRD staff and one SPV Project. This study uses a descriptive research approach using a qualitative approach. The results of this study have a significant relationship between employee job training to build the quality of human resources in improving economic growth where employees can have an income that will impact on the reduction of unemployment and improve the country's economic growth because of the methodology used by the WEF to determine the competitiveness index of a particular State in ASEAN is the first, basic requirements such as institutional, infrastructure, macroeconomic conditions (stability) and the level of education and public health. Second, factors that can improve economic efficiency or productivity such as higher education and training to improve the quality of human resources need a training strategy to increase worker productivity. If worker productivity increases, then economic growth will increase. On the other hand, a rise in productivity is defined as an increase income. So it is always assumed that the benefits of an aggregate increase in education will be greater for the poor. To improve competitiveness, education is needed for the people of Indonesia. Various policies have been implemented to increase education participation. In fact there are still students who drop out of school at all levels of education in Indonesia. The research was conducted to identify the characteristics of the socio-economic conditions of families dropping out of school in the city of Padang. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 36 students who dropped out of school. Based on the data obtained it is known that students who drop out dominantly come from families with low and middle income economies. Parents of dominant students have primary and secondary education. The work of parents who drop out of school is mostly farmers, fishermen and laborers. Generally the value obtained in this material is still quite sufficient, although many of them are above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Based on these facts, the authors are interested to analyze how to improve the learning outcomes of the first year students by using Smart Teaching approach in learning process.This activity uses Classroom Action Assessment (well known as PenelitianTindakanKelas) method with two activity cycles, the first cycle is before the use of Smart Teaching Approach, and the second cycle is using Smart Teaching Approach which was held in November 2017.The research tool is student questionnaire, formative test, and observation notes. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population is all of students of the Department of Economics, who took Accounting Introduction 1 course, during   The period from July to December 2018, and the sample are 32 students. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Research results showed that students had different educational backgrounds who came from Senior High School majoring in Science, Senior High School majoring in Social Sciences, Vocational High School majoring in Accounting and Vocational High School not majoring in Accounting, From research data, it is also known that there are differences in the ability of students to take part in Accounting learning and only 33.33 % of students who are interested will choose accounting as their choice of expertise.
