Thearticle's main aim is a statistical assessment of emergencies in the SlovakRepublic during 2013-2020. The findings were then compared with theviews of domestic authors and experts. This statistical assessment has notbeen processed in the literature. The content of the methodology is thecreation of tables for classifying emergencies according to the establishedcriteria and assessing the dependencies between qualitative signs. Theassociation and contingency express the dependence between thequalitative signs.","PeriodicalId":124045,"journal":{"name":"Vojenské reflexie","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125015546","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The goal of the article and supposed contribution is to present concentrated, synthetised and via experts discussed known and new data about robotic autonomous systems, which can be used as a booster for following studies. Authors selectively describe current security and operational environment, using various sources, trends, unmanned technologies and possibilities to increase military capabilities. Using deep analysis of large scale of sources and Dolphi method, they present real options to utilise robotic autonomous systems in short and medium-term time horizon according to capabilities. The motivation for creating the article was fact, that in military family are not complexly discussed arguments and circumstances, why to deal and implement robotic autonomous systems. The employment of the article is directed mostly into field of military theory and military art.","PeriodicalId":124045,"journal":{"name":"Vojenské reflexie","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116783395","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Fast and dynamic information processing has become one of the basic needs of countries and their organizations. Furthermore, higher levels of info-communication technologies can also be detected. In the field of computing, quantum computers are becoming more and more popular, and their current development process is particularly intense, which in turn has triggered a kind of competition between the countries interested in the subject. The estimated future usability of quantum computers for humans is currently being outlined. Regarding to the new computing capabilities, quantum informatics is closely related to artificial intelligence and military forces can gain unprecedented information superiority through the development.","PeriodicalId":124045,"journal":{"name":"Vojenské reflexie","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124555314","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Conflict is a struggle of wills, which takes place in peoples’ minds as well as on the battlefield. Conflict is a struggle for power. The power may be political (ideological), military or economical (material). There is hardly a more merciless conflict than that based on ideology. The attitudes and behaviour of people (friend, foe and the undecided or uncommitted) may ultimately determine the outcome of conflict. Therefore it is necessary to understand the motivation of their leaders, forces and populations in order to shape their perceptions, affect their will to continue the conflict and to persuade them to accept the desired outcome. The employment of any element of power projection, particularly the military element, has always had a psychological dimension. This paper deals with the analysis of psychological operations in the conditions of NATO and the Slovak Armed Forces. The first part provides general information about psychological operations. The second chapter discusses basic NATO documents defining psychological operations, their goals, main tasks, organization and command and control. The third chapter contains basic documents dealing with psychological operations in the conditions of the Slovak Armed Forces.","PeriodicalId":124045,"journal":{"name":"Vojenské reflexie","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122572509","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

His intention was to reveal the religious environment in which the cadets of this academic institution grew up and currently live, as well as the willingness of the cadets to subscribe to their denomination. We found that most cadets come from a religious background, but their willingness to live their faith actively depends on their level of spiritual maturity. Regarding the individual results of the research, we found that more than three quarters of the cadets belong to the Catholic Church of both rites. Compared to the results of the population census of the Slovak Republic from 2021, this is a noticeable increase, which is caused by the fact that the cadets come from areas where the Catholic Church is in the majority and where unemployment is also higher. The percentage composition of cadets of other christian denominations was approximately the same as in the results of the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic. The number of non-religious cadets at the Academy is smaller than the Slovak average resulting from the results of the census. The interest in spiritual activities on the part of cadets is average, it depends on the commitment of individual cadets, as well as the spiritual offers of the military chaplains themselves. However, there is considerable interest in religious studies at the Academy. This results from the interest in studying the elective subject of religious studies, and we also register an increased interest in the processing of military-religionistic topics in the form of seminar and final theses. The results of the research are a challenge for us to create a programmatic vision of systematic work with cadets on religious basics, which would ultimately lead to the axiological education of mature, responsible and nationally oriented leaders of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic.","PeriodicalId":124045,"journal":{"name":"Vojenské reflexie","volume":"489 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122757622","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, this Directive, or any other document, does not specify how it is to be applied. This paper therefore deals with the definition, history and purpose of war games.
