The main goal of this article is to explain the essence of the \"principal-agent\" problem, at the same time to compare how the \"principal-agent\" problem manifests itself in the private sector and in the public sector. The number of people using these technologies and moving in cyberspace is growing, and therefore it is an important role of the state to respond sufficiently to such developments. A fundamental role of the state is to create a stable security system consisting of complex legislation as well as creation of a legislative environment capable of responding flexibly to the growing number of diverse incidents in cyberspace. Sufficient legal regulation consisting of unambiguous determination of competencies and tasks of individual subjects represents the basic pillar for the creation of a stable security system. Hence improved military mobility in Europehas become one of the flagships for EU-NATO cooperation. This cooperationaddresses several problem areas and challenges in relation to militarymobility, including the insufficient load capacity of bridges. The aim of theresearch is to analyse the current state of the bridges of the road network ofthe Slovak Republic, focused on their load capacity, in the context of militarymobility. When crossing every 2,200 m of road in Slovak republic, the militaryunit statistically encounters a bridge. Josef Bombera. This church prelate fell out of favor after he visited Rome during the Hus celebrations in 1925 and paid his respects to the then Pope. In the historical context of its time, this act was considered by the government of Czechoslovakia as a betrayal of national ideas. From that moment on, the government tried to eliminate him. After reaching the service age, he was sent to pension, but from the point of view of the church, it was necessary to secure a proper place for bishop Bombera. After considering more or less suitable alternatives to Bombera was offered the post of provost of the canonry in Stara Boleslav. However, even against this appointment, the then government protested. However, the Holy See did not intend to be restricted by the Czechoslovak government. Keeping a pace with the enemy Technics, Tactics and Procedures (TTP), NATO has a set of exploitation activities on place that are the article’s content, particularly with focus on explosive ordnance. In addition, by following the methods of science, this article brings to its reader a proposal “How NATO’s common levels of exploitation can be implemented into the Slovak republic environment”. The security and existence of people have been interconnected since time immemorial, and the history of mankind is, to a certain extent, also the history of the struggle for its security. That is also why the term security is one of those terms that we encounter almost daily and that we use very often throughout our lives. The term itself has several different meanings and dimensions, and with the development and ongoing changes in human society it is constantly gaining new ones. This is proof not only of the fact that the development of the security agenda is in constant progress, especially in the first two decades of the 21st century, but also that the approach of politicians, political scientists, academics, soldiers, security, and other experts to security is many times very different.
