Teoretické skúmanie problému agentstva v intenciách implementácie zastupiteľskej teórie v ekonomike obrany

Abstract

The "principal–agent" problem refers to the conflict in interests and priorities that arises when one person or entity takes actions on behalf of another person or entity. The main goal of this article is to explain the essence of the "principal-agent" problem, at the same time to compare how the "principal-agent" problem manifests itself in the private sector and in the public sector. The article also provides a presentation of the theoretical starting points for research into “an agency theory” in the military field.
