This research aims to describe students' resilience by implementing a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was 236 students of class IV SD. Sampling in the study was carried out using a proportional random sampling technique by randomly taking samples from members of the population without regard to strata so that the total sample was 148 students of class IV SD. Data collection in the study was carried out using observation, interview, and questionnaire distribution methods, with the research instrument being a student resilience questionnaire. The data obtained in the study were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the average value of students' resilience through the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project was 76.95. When converted to the categorization of resilience according to Stoltz, it is included in the medium category (Campers). Based on the results of this analysis, students' resilience through the implementation of Pancasila strengthening projects in elementary schools is in the medium category.","PeriodicalId":123671,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pedagogi dan Pembelajaran","volume":"43 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139351488","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The impact of ambiversion on collaboration among various groups has received limited attention in the literature. This study examines the relationship between ambiversion and collaboration among individuals with culturally diverse backgrounds, using three leading theoretical models in personality psychology: the HEXACO Model, the Big Five Model, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Model (MBTI). This type of research is qualitative research (literary study). The data collected and analyzed are secondary data from research results such as relevant books, journals, articles, internet sites, and others. Data analysis techniques in this study used content analysis data analysis techniques. The results of the study, namely, in particular the HEXACO Model, highlight the importance of openness to experience in facilitating collaboration among various groups. In contrast, the Big Five Model emphasizes the role of conscientiousness in this relationship. The MBTI model must provide significant evidence of its contribution to the relationship between ambiversion and collaboration between diverse groups. It concluded that individuals and organizations could create ways to encourage successful collaboration and teamwork while leveraging the capabilities of various team members by identifying the strengths and specific problems of ambiverts.","PeriodicalId":123671,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pedagogi dan Pembelajaran","volume":"85 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139351441","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Assessment of student performance is an essential aspect of different learning, but it is difficult for teachers to evaluate individual student performance when there are many students in a class. This study aims to analyze teachers' ability to conduct performance assessments in differentiated learning. The research method used is the mixing method. The population in this study were the teachers of the learning committee at the driving school. The sample consisted of 30 teachers spread across three districts/cities. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the teacher's performance appraisal skills in differentiated learning were still very varied and tended to be in choices 2 and 3 in the predetermined rubric. It was concluded that analyzing the teacher's ability to evaluate performance in differentiated learning was still relatively low. Integrating teacher assessment in learning refers to developing, implementing, and analyzing assessment results that are integrated and interrelated in learning programs. Integrating this assessment is very important because it can help teachers monitor student progress, evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, and make the right decisions in improving learning programs.","PeriodicalId":123671,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pedagogi dan Pembelajaran","volume":"79 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139351445","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
