To reduce the emergency rate, there has been proposed an emergency prevention system targeted at identifying the technological situation at the facility, predicting its further development, and also de-veloping the control actions to return the facility to normal operation. The task of identifying pre-emergency and emergency situations for technological objects is realized as a particular task of recognizing a technological situation based on a situational mathematical model of an object. The situational mathematical model of the object is implemented as a set of production rules that reflect the knowledge of experts about the identification of pre-emergency situations at the object, as well as possible trajectories for bringing the control object into normal operation. A three-level grouping of the rules of the situational mathematical model by security levels is proposed. The features of the formation of the rules of the situational mathematical model in the processing of qualitative information about the object are considered. Based on the situational mathematical model, a method for identifying pre-emergency situations is proposed, the stages of the method implementation are described. An algorithm of functioning the emergency prevention system has been developed. The interaction scheme of the proposed emergency prevention system and the process control system based on the SCADA system is determined. However, the Euler-Lagrange variation theory is not applicable to the description of the motion of systems with dissipation. The aim of the work is to demonstrate the possibility of using the Euler-Lagrange theory in relation to dissipative systems with different types of friction. Mathematical models of systems with dissipation are based on the superposition of mechanical and thermodynamic Lagrangians. To obtain a mathematical description of dissipative systems it is proposed to use the field theory as applied to the thermodynamics of dissipative processes within the framework of the Lagrange formalism. The Euler-Lagrange equations are obtained for the Stokes and Coulomb friction models. As it was referred to the research results obtained there is possibility of accounting the energy dissipation in the Lagrange formalism. The mathematical models proposed describe dynamic processes in heterogeneous structures with friction based on the Euler-Lagrange theory. When solving the problem of transmitting information about equipment between different systems, errors of inconsistency in data formats occur. This situation arises in the practical work of instrument making and space industry enterprises. There is a fragmenta-tion of the used information environments, models and methods. Today the development of new models and methods of identification of objects of material flow is important; they would provide data flexibility and the ability to integrate with existing RFID hardware systems, readers and other hardware systems. As a methodological support there have been chosen CCSDS standards, which offer solutions and development of hardware and software packages to solve the problem of identification of objects based on RFID tags. A systematic approach to representing the object identification levels has been offered and the need to develop a new system that is applicable for the identification throughout the life cycle of the object of material flow has been proved. The analysis of changing CCSDS standards in the development of hardware and software systems is presented to solve the problem of identification of objects based on RFID tags, the developed new model of data representation for the identification of the object is given, the practical implementation in the form of a subprogram is given. In addition, the possibility of adding new information about the object of the material flow is implemented, which has caused an opportunity to solve the problem of monitoring its movement in practice. The presented solution is versatile and can be used with a large number of well-known models of RFID tags. The physical nature of the echo effect lies in the fact that after the application and removal of the signal, the response of the system disappears due to a violation of the coherence of the various spectral components of the system oscillations. The effect of the reading pulse, due to the nonlinearity of the system, generates oscillation components with an inverse phase change, which leads to the restoration of oscillation coherence and causes an echo. The information carrier in these cases is the vibrations of the spins of the nuclei or lattice atoms, and the active medium, thus, is the volume of a solid. The effect of spin echo consists in the possibility of recording \u0000a signal in the volume of a solid body by the action of a magnetic field carrying the signal on the system of spins of electrons or nuclei of matter. After the delay time has elapsed, the recorded signal can be read. To do this, a reading pulse is applied to the volume of the solid after a certain time after the signal is given. The practical value of using the echo effect is that the time position and shape of the echo signal are uniquely related to the spectrum of input signals and their temporal arrangement, and a change in the functions of the device can be easily obtained by changing the frequency, phase, and time position of the control pulses. The process of spectrum analysis in an analyzer based on nuclear magnetic resonance is reduced to the fact that the spectrum of the analyzed signals is recorded in the form of rotation angles of the nuclear magnetization of the working material within its spectrum. Unlike traditional spectrum analyzers, NMR analyzers determine the spectrum of each incoming pulse. Within the framework of the proposed approach, a mechanical oscillatory system is compared with a dynamically equivalent structural diagram of an automatic control system. Based on the concepts of objects, whose dynamic properties are estimated, on the external force and kinematic influences, typical elementary links, negative feedbacks, transfer functions and dynamic modes of mechanical oscillatory systems, a new technique is proposed, taking into account the motion transformation devices. On the basis of the developed approach there are obtained the new data on the dynamic properties of systems that include links with reduced elastic characteristics. Each district is further divided into sections to improve the accuracy of the study. The analysis of data on the location of passenger public transport stops in residential areas and areas with socially significant objects was carried out. Visualization of the analysis results was performed by superimposing isochronous accessibility of the main objects of attracting passengers onto the map of the city. Using the algorithm of the minimum cstop of the way there have been found the points of destination in all the routes of the public transport network, which the passenger will be able to reach in 15 or 30 minutes. The route network is presented as a graph, whose vertices are public transport stops. The weights of the graph correspond to the travel time from one stop to another. The shortest paths between all vertices of the graph have been found. The Floyd-Warshell algorithm is selected for calculations. The obtained data are prepared for using them in the transport network model to solve a multi-criteria optimization problem. When adding a new vertex, it becomes possible to calculate a new route with minimal time cstops. Intelligent energy control methods help modernize the engineering systems of buildings, while using artificial neural networks and fuzzy logic for minimizing energy consumption is espe-cially effective in the operation of buildings. To control energy consumption there was proposed the Mamdani fuzzy inference system, selected membership functions of Gaussian, triangular and trapezoidal shapes in the course of the research, implemented the types and functions of inputs and outputs for engineering systems control subsystems in software. According to the input and output parameters, the following systems were designed: lighting, smart window, HVAC; fuzzy inference tables were built, graphical data analysis was performed. The proposed control solutions for the implementation of fuzzy rules based on linguistic variables make it possible to adapt the building management system to environmental conditions and prevent excessive energy consumption. The study substantiates the choice of energy-consuming parts of the building; when forming control actions, fuzzy logic rules are applied in functional ranges. The fuzzy inference system was shown to generate the solutions in accordance with changing input data, integrated control is implemented, the responses of lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems are analyzed depending on the input membership function. It is proposed to control the intensity of ambient light using motion sensors, including optical ones. It is shown that the results obtained make it possible to achieve a reduction in lighting energy consumption by 15 - 25%, maximum use of external light, ensuring a comfortable temperature regime, and also lead to implementing the coordinated and integrated control functions","PeriodicalId":123666,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik of Astrakhan State Technical University. The initial data for calculating the efficiency indicators are the following: fixed costs; variable costs per unit of output; average unit price; milk production; the amount of subsidies. To assess the efficiency of milk production, the following performance indicators are selected: operating profit, profitability of subsidies, payback period of subsidies. The functionality of the created software is described. The software helps test the models of the initial data, display the test results on the interface, as well as in visualized form, using graphs and histograms to display. Based on the developed software there have been obtained the point and interval estimates of the listed efficiency indicators. A check of the compliance of the forecast value of operating profit with the real value of this profit in 2020 was carried out. There has been stated a relevance of these values, the real value fell into the confidence interval defined during the simulation. The functionality of the created software made it possible to assess with high accuracy the predicted values of milk production efficiency indicators. In the future, the software can be upgraded by supplementing it with other probabilistic models of the initial data, as well as by expanding the modeled efficiency indicators, which will allow for a more detailed assessment of the predicted values of efficiency indicators including other types of agricultural products.","PeriodicalId":123666,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik of Astrakhan State Technical University. The aim of the work is to study a system of differential equations describing the speed of the motion of the parachutist when descending on the open parachute, in order to establish the dependence of the trajectory of movement of the parachutist, the presence and stability of equilibrium states on the wind. Initially, a system of ordinary differential equations is considered, which determines the relationship between the acceleration of the parachutist and the speed along each of the three coordinates of space in windless weather. Then the influence of the wind is taken into account. The theorem on the number and stability of equilibrium states is proved. Numerical values of coefficients of the system of differential equations are obtained on the basis of real data received with the help of special software installed on the parachutist's mobile device by the method of nonlinear regression analysis. The equilibrium states of the jump, their stability and the maximum value of the speeds at the moment of landing with the presence of wind are determined.
