Shneigelberger","doi":"10.24143/2072-9502-2024-1-7-17","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24143/2072-9502-2024-1-7-17","url":null,"abstract":"An automated algorithm for calculating the time of the full cycle of operation, the stages of thermal stabilization and cooling of the reaction mixture in a reactor designed for the synthesis of a sulfur-containing sorbent produced on the basis of waste products from metallurgy, petrochemistry (sulfur), epichlorohydrin (1, 2, 4-trichloropropane) and the pulp and paper industry (lignin) for extraction from wastewater of heavy metal ions. The use of algorithms and a program for automated calculation of the reactor helps to reduce the complexity of production costs and the cost of the finished sorbent, increases the reliability of calculations and the quality of design solutions. The developed algorithms and program include the following calculation routines: physico-chemical properties of the components of the reaction mixture and the choice of a mixing device (propeller three-bladed agitator), taking into account the viscosity of the mixture; hydrodynamic calculation of the mixing device and heat transfer when heating the mixture from 20 to 45 °C; heat transfer during thermal stabilization and cooling of the working mixture, as well as the time of the full cycle of the reactor. The proposed algorithm of heat transfer during thermal stabilization of the reaction mass is based on the determination of the temperature range of water heating, compensating for heat losses. For this purpose, the inverse problem of heat transfer with unknown temperatures over a hot heat carrier is formulated and solved, such that the average value between them is a thermostabilizable value. An algorithm for calculating the cooling process of the reaction mixture in a sulfur-containing sorbent synthesis reactor, taking into account heat losses to the environment in the amount of 5%, is presented. A program has been developed that implements the presented algorithms in C#, designed to automate the calculation of a sulfur-containing sorbent synthesis reactor designed to extract heavy metal ions from wastewater.","PeriodicalId":123666,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik of Astrakhan State Technical University. The structure of the control system includes a controller on the Arduino Mega 2560 Pro Mini board with a loaded low-level program and an upper-level program. A web application has been selected as a software component. This type of application consists of a server and a client part. Data is exchanged between them over the network using the HTTP protocol. The application is built on the Microsoft .NET platform and the ASP .NET WebForms framework. The web server is a computer connected via a USB cable to the controller and currently used for a desktop application. The description of the web pages of the developed web application and its operation, algorithms of functioning, indicating the specifics of execution for this type of program is given. The program provides manual and automatic operation modes, as well as control of not only the RTK, but also its model. This type of management system involves multi-user mode and network transmission, two types of user rights and authentication have been developed to ensure the security of the complex, as well as antivirus protection, network settings for protection against unauthorized access are used. Guest access allows you to control only the robot model, in order to ensure the safety of the equipment. Memristors can be part of a processing chain and, in the future, combine signal conversion with subsequent processing, acting as intelligent sensors. An energy-informational memristor model describing this nonlinear physical and technical effect and a parametric block diagram for describing such nonlinearity are proposed. To obtain a model of the nonlinear physico-technical effect of a memristor within the framework of the energy-informational model of circuits, a special functional dependence in the “charge-pulse” plane was revealed. It is noted that the memristive effect is observed not only in electrical circuits, but is also described for mechanical, thermal, diffusion, and optical circuits, which are well represented in terms of an energy-informational circuit model. The presented model of the memristive effect will expand the knowledge base of the computer-aided design system by including passports of memristive physical and technical effects. A classification of biosensors based on memristive effects is proposed, which will make it possible to supplement the knowledge bases of the computer-aided design system with passports of memristive physical and technical effects in accordance with this classification and parametric structural schemes of memristive physical and technical effects. The systematization of knowledge based on the identification of the characteristics and features of biosensors, as well as the classification of various types of memristors, will automate the process of choosing the most appropriate type of memristor, taking into account the required characteristics and features of the biosensor, which will lead to an increase in the efficiency of synthesis of new designs of memristive biosensors.","PeriodicalId":123666,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik of Astrakhan State Technical University. Situations of failure to achieve the goals of a cargo port, as well as cases of failure by indicators to assess these goals of normative values, are considered as risks. The goals and indicators are outlined and described in the previously built Balanced Scorecard (MTSP). A set of links between goals and indicators of their assessment with risks at various levels of management is presented in the form of a developed multi-level hybrid logical-probabilistic (LV) risk model of a cargo port, as well as in detailed scenario models of this LV model. The integrated use of SSP and LV modeling technologies allowed us to build a general concept of multi-level goal setting, the main advantage of which lies in the detailed elaboration of the company's goals subordinate to the main strategic one, which allows, if necessary, to influence operational events and obtain a positive result in the longer term, in tactical and strategic plans. The ontological model contains all the information about the interaction of elements that affect the occurrence of risky events, and allows you to select options for getting out of a risky situation in accordance with various specified conditions. The currently existing methods of evaluating the solution of programming problems are considered, their advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. Based on the considered methods, the possibility of using the representation of the source code of the problem solution in the form of a semantic network for its further qualitative evaluation by machine methods is substantiated. The concept of the similarity function of two semantic web based on the program code is introduced. This function is defined as the ratio of the sum of the sizes of subgraphs composed of common elements of semantic webs to the sum of the sizes of thise semantic webs. The properties of the resulting function based on its definition are given, and an algorithm for calculating the similarity function created on the basis of the ISD algorithm. Various modifications of the specified algorithm and influence of each of them on the final result are considered. To test the algorithm's operability, an experiment was set up comparing various solutions for the problem of finding the maximum element, as well as comparing solutions for various tasks of the basic programming course with each other. The results of the experiment are presented in a summary table and allow us to justify the chosen modification of the algorithm for calculating the similarity function. The results also demonstrate the prospects of using this method to determine the competence of students in the programming language. As a side effect, the algorithm of qualitative evaluation of the program code based on its semantic web allows us to automaticly search for plagiarism of the program solution of the problem.","PeriodicalId":123666,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik of Astrakhan State Technical University. The controlling action is the placement of cathode parts of different shapes and sizes on the suspension device of the galvanic bath. A combined method is proposed, which consists in repeatedly solving the vector optimization problem with different order ratios and with different convolutions of criteria, as well as by analyzing hierarchies and constructing a Pareto domain. Forecasting allows the telecom operator to know about the future behavior of the network, take timely necessary measures to improve the quality of customer service, and decide on the need to install or upgrade equipment. Using data collected from IoT mobile devices as an example, this article provides an overview and analysis of various time series forecasting models describing the traffic behavior of telecommunication systems. Forecasting models such as the exponential smoothing method, linear regression, the autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) method, the support vector machine regression method, the N-BEATS method, which uses fully connected layers of a neural network for forecasting a one-dimensional time series, are discussed; the features of some of them are briefly outlined. For a specific data array, data preparation operations are described: removing unused columns, replacing missing data on transaction durations with their median values, and describing the main statistical characteristics of the data array. A preliminary data analysis is presented, which consists of using smoothing methods: moving average and exponential smoothing. The process of training models and a comparative analysis of the quality of their training are described. For this data set, it was concluded that for the UDP protocol the ARIMA model has the best learning quality, for the TCP protocol - linear regression and the Theta model, for the HTTPS protocol – linear regression, ARIMA and N-BEATS.","PeriodicalId":123666,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik of Astrakhan State Technical University. The technological process of manufacturing mechanical engineering products using metal-cutting machines is a structurally complex process. This process can be described by the combination of two types of actions: the working stroke, which results in a change in the structure and properties of the workpiece, and an auxiliary transition, the task of which is to prepare the technological system for the execution of the working process. The execution \u0000of auxiliary transitions does not entail a change in the structure and properties of the product, but leads to an increase in the complexity of its manufacture, therefore, increasing the efficiency of technological processes of mechanical processing largely depends on optimizing the complexity of performing a complex of auxiliary transitions. The purpose of the work is to develop a model for optimizing the parameters of a complex of auxiliary transitions for machining operations. The structure of the control object “Technological system” is described, within which two subcategories of control objects are defined: the control object “Technological equipment” and the control object “Wearable equipment”. Hypergraphs of changes in their intermediate states are presented for these subcategories of control objects. According to the presented models, the subcategory of the control object “Technological equipment” has 4 levels of control, the subcategory of the control object “Wearable tooling” has 3 levels of control. Lists of single and vector optimization criteria have been formed for the intermediate states of control objects. A description of a set of actions for the transition of control objects from the (i – 1) state to thei-estate is presented. A list of control parameters has been defined for each subcategory of the control object.
